I would normally give this specific store a higher rating. Their take-out. But the last few times the celery were BAD! The forgot to put them in the last time. We went back and it was the center of the celery bottom. This time it was a good part of the celery but it was slimy and rotten! Now down to flavor: they have really good flavor. I especially like the new Korean BBQ! I usually go to Roosters for the Korean BBQ. I hope it stays! Outside of this they are quite reliable. read more

I've been here a lot and the service is usually not great. However yesterday I was served RAW chicken tenders that were supposed to be grilled.. The waitress said she would take them back on a separate plate so I could eat my side. Apparently they are unaware of cross contamination. When I finally spoke to the manager, he acted as if he didn't know of the issue. When I told him, he then reacted as if he knew about it but wanted to know what my complaint was. He said nothing about a health report so I prompted him, to which he replied all instances are reported to headquarters (sure they are). My replacement meal was free and yet they still charged me 1 dollar for dipping sauce, intended for the side that I never got back with my new food. read more

Went to this location for the first time last night. We met some friends that were already seated. They did not have menus or drinks and they had been there for about ten minutes before me and another friend arrived. Several minutes later the waitress came over to take our drink orders. She slowly brought the drinks over one at a time. Eventually she came over to see if we wanted appetizers. After ordering 2 appetizers for the table it took 30 minutes for them to come out. Then our food orders were taken. the service was very slow. The waitress was ok for the most part but a little rude at times. I have always likes bdubs but this location... Not so much. read more

Predictable but a bit disappointing. While this location has pretty much the same menu as all others, my experience with the food was below average while the wait staff was well above. The chicken quesadilla had hardly enough cheese to earn the name, and the sad excuse for pico de Gallo that I received was more like chopped tomatoes and a couple of diced green peppers. No onions or cilantro, making it quite bland. The wait staff was very attentive and helpful, and made up for the poor entree. Just choose something else and you'll be in good shape. Note: it would be nice if they came up with some new dry rubs, perhaps a Cajun version. read more

Lunch carry out services it's really poor. Placed order online. When I arrived, went to the cash registers where I was ignored while they called other people up in front of me. Finally I had to cut in to say I placed an order online. I was told I had to do the CC transduction again. While I was signing the receipt, the guy took a call and ignored me. Is my order ready? The worse experience I have ever had at any restaurant in my 44 years. Went to lunch on July 17 with 3 co-workers and arrived at 11:50 AM. At 1:05 PM we received our food. 3 orders of boneless wings and pulled pork should not take an 1 hour and 15 minutes to cook. Waitress was no help and kept saying "your food is coming", "they are plating your food". Manager would only give us a 25% discount and would not come over to talk to us. After we paid, we noticed they didn't take off the discount. By this time it was 1:30 PM and we were in a hurry to get back to work. This wasn't an isolated situation. When we were in the parking lot, another lady started complaining about the service and the manager. When complaining to the manager about the wait, she was told that it "wasn't his concern." read more

Second time in three nights asked for wings extra extra extra crispy. "REALLY CRISPY" I say. Get them back to the hotel? Next to raw in the drummettes. I don't have the energy to take them back. I love the staff at this location.. I also think everyone should know it is illegal in the state of Ohio to serve alcohol to someone with expired identification. I find it personally offensive that someone would be so crude as to insult the intelligence of another person without having proper knowledge of the situation themselves. With a group of 10, on a NOT so busy night, we waited over 50 minutes for our food. Our server was great and very apologetic. However, the manager was beyond rude and incompetent. My husband and I stopped after a long drive from TN to NE Ohio.. We ordered a couple beers, chicken wrap with tortilla chips and salsa and a snack boneless wing with potato wedges. We sat on the patio, which was nasty. I understand it's apart of outside.. But you can still wipe the gooey crap off the tables, dust the chairs and make some what of an effort to make it look presentable. The beers were probably the only good part of the experience, but it's hard to mess up a beer pour. When the girl brought out our food, she said "sorry it took a while, they had to make new wings"; which made me wonder if they're old any other time they're ordered? I had worked in food service for 8 years so I know phrases people try to use for crappy food and I know what dead food tastes and looks like. So when this girl tries to sugar coat me and tell me it was "new wings" I laughed the minute I took a bite. These were maybe made 3 hours earlier and just re-dropped into the frier. The outside breading was chewy as hell and the chicken was dry and tasted very old. My husbands food was cold and the chips were extremely stale. We didn't bother to complain for new food because we were that hungry. Nor would our server had cared in between her just sticking her head out the patio door to check on us and in between her snapchatting and tweeting on her phone at the bar. Been just over a year since my last one star review; so buckle up for a bumpy ride and heed my words people seeking chain chicken in Cincinnati suburbia. I walked over from my hotel in weather that was extremely hot (85 degrees) and humid (105 degree heat index) and all I wanted was some wings and a cool beer to wash them down with after a long days' work. I was seated in the bar area and the server asked for my ID when I ordered a beer. I complied and was told my ID was no good since it was "expired". Well I had taken a flight at 6:00 AM that very morning and the ID was good enough for the government so it should be good enough for a Buffalo Wild Wings. I had the manager check out my ID too with the same result. Since these workers are not smart enough to decipher an ID , I wouldn't trust them with something you will be putting in your body. A quick search of Google yields a book for about $20 that is a guide for all the IDs in north america (PSA: most alcohol distributors will give this book to a bar for free). Perhaps that would be a wise investment for Buffalo Wilds Wings to make up the $20+ dollars in revenue they lost from me and others likely "caught" by these ID "experts". Anyways skip this place because they would rather insult their customers than give them a cold drink and a hot meal. read more
