Consistently friendly service. It seems like I can't get enough of the cheddar biscuits and lobster bisque!

1.18.26: My rating is actually 3.5 because our food was actually good once it arrived. It's super unfortunate everything from beginning to end took an excessively long time, causing this visit to kinda miss the mark...disappointing especially since we were having dinner here for a birthday celebration. I made reservations for 3 people for 5:15pm, just in case they were busy, and also noted it was a birthday dinner. We arrived on time, however, it took them 5 minutes to figure out where they were going to seat us. Let me just say the restaurant was not visually busy the entire time we were there and with several empty tables. It took about 10 minutes before our server, Gabby (sp?), came to greet us. By this time, we were all ready to order--drinks, apps, and entrees lol. Besides we didn't want to risk waiting forever for our food order to be taken. We ordered 2 appetizers: shrimp cocktail and crispy dragon shrimp. It took forever for cheddar bay biscuits to be brought to our table but the appetizers arrived right when we began to question where our food was. Both appetizers were really good. For my entree, I ordered the Lobsterfest Boil with Old Bay & Butter seasons and medium spicy level. My friend ordered the Ultimate Feast and birthday girl got the Seafood Shrimp Trio. For the restaurant not being visually busy and even with empty tables, we waited an absurd amount of time for our entrees to arrive. Thank goodness our food tasted great once it finally arrived, but it didn't erase the fact of how long everything took. Honestly, it put a damper on the birthday dinner as a whole. It was nice Gabby gave my friend's Mom birthday ice cream when it wasn't expected. Again, for the restaurant not being busy it was disappointing the amount of time it took for 3 people to have dinner. All I can guess is a shortage in kitchen staff. read more

We love their crabs. Although their value used to be very desirable but it has gone way up. Same price as their competitor, Yummy Crab. My boyfriend told service that he did told him for me order menu but didn't food for me but yes to my boyfriend and I'm last person wait for food. I was hurry to ate but not finish my plate so I had to get food box to go home. Then waited for service come to give us receipt more than 30 minutes. Our amazing server, Laure, made this the best experience for us. I had to let the manager, Brandon, know. She was attentive, filling our drinks or even swapping out one that had gotten watered down by the ice for a fresh one. Getting our biscuits refilled before our basket ran out. My garlic butter crab was perfect! As was my broccoli and potatoes. The booth was very well cleaned and the low lighting in the room with lights above each table was great. Laurie was an outstanding server! Our water glasses were never empty, biscuits were constantly being delivered to our table, and she had boxes ready to go without even being asked. She was so amazing I would give an extra star if I could. The food was delicious. Red lobster has certainly stepped up their game. The bacon wrapped scallops were a huge hit. They practically melt in your mouth. As for the ambiance: the restaraunt is very clean but I think most agree the decor seems outdated. read more

Manager claimed my REAL ID was fake after saying a waitress overheard me talking about "blurred numbers" in the bathroom..? And said they couldn't serve me another drink after ALREADY serving me one. Lobster fest for the win! While I'm visiting here from San Diego, I took my parents out to one of their favorite restaurants and this was it! From the delicious cheddar biscuits, to our delicious seafood entrées, we had a yummy meal! The brussels sprouts are so Tasty and the Idaho trout was so big that I took half of it home! I ordered the specialty lobster baked potato with broccoli for my sides, and my parents shared some jumbo combo lobster /seafood concoction! We were all very happy with our dinners and my stomach is ready to burst right now! We went on a Monday night at 5 o'clock and yet it was still busy! I think the staff did a phenomenal job! Only did one star because I had too. ANYTHING I had with lobster in it was salty enough to send you to the ER. The lemon vinagarate might as well have been straight lemon. Our server was slow, asked for water 4 times to wash down the taste of salt. She brought me a margarita that was actually a daquari, and said that I had to ask for "on the rocks" when I've ordered hundreds of them before and always came standard on the rocks. Went to celebrate my Birthday and Mothers Day. Was 400 on Friday 5/9/25 wasn't too busy were seated right away. I ordered the Lobsterfest feast for $54 and my husband the flounder sandwich. The server brought him a flounder meal instead of the flounder sandwich. We got our servers attention and she took my husbands meal back to the kitchen where she sad the manager was going to fix it. Approximately 15 min later the sandwich returned. I had eaten one of my lobster tails but when I took a bite of the second one the lobster was only cooked on the top surface the underside was raw shellfish. We stayed for my husband to eat his sandwich and asked for boxes. We politely told our server that the lobster was raw, she offered to have the kitchen cook a new lobster tail. After having waited so long for the manager to fix the sandwich we were so discouraged that our special dinner had been so disappointing we don't want to wait for the second meal to be fixed. This was a special occasion for us and our expensive special dinner was spoiled. So disappointing. read more

3 pound stuffed lobster was outstanding ! I call to make sure they have it, and when they do, that's when I come. I don't want the biscuits or salad before my monstrous meal (but I eat them anyway). I also don't want alcohol. Can't let it get in the way of my lobster. I've been here 4 times for the lobster and it's OUTFUCKING standing everyone. Worst Red Lobster I've been to. Understaffed servers make for a bad experience. Waited about 10 minutes before we met our server. Biscuits came out with the salad but i know some severs do it sooner. I ordered the endless shrimp and it just takes too long between courses. It's about 15 minutes wait every time you order one more type of shrimp. So most people are done eating at the table while you wait for more food. I only ordered 4 total (2 initially and two more) but it took and hour to get it all. read more

I'm totally showing off my white trash here, but Red Lobster is incredibly nostalgic for me. It's where I learned to get my seafood on as a kid since I live in the seafood starved west. And I'm totally grateful for it. Cheddar Bay Biscuits, Shrimp Scampi, Ceasar Salad (probably the first place I tried it), Chowder, Lobster Bisque , Baby Broiled Scallops, Fried Shrimp in as many ways as you can Fry something..... you know, all the seafood basics. Now they have awesome Monday-Friday deals, otherwise you pay a lot if you come on the weekend. Endless Shrimp, Lobsterfest. I mean what's not to love about that? They are committed to sustainable seafood now which is also a plus. This location is really nice. The Manager is always present, the restaurant is clean, the service spot on. read more

We came in right as they opened up. We sat at the bar and we were quickly greeted. I haven't been to a Red Lobster in probably 7-8 years. But I had a craving for crab legs and so we ended up here. We got a few drinks, which my cosmo was very good, however, my husbands Old Fashioned was just a bunch of muddled oranges in a glass. Oh well, everyone does it differently. The steak my husband got was very tasty and cooked just right. My crab legs were good, if not exactly smelling like they were super fresh. But hey, I kinda already expect that. As usual, the cheddar biscuits were just as good as I remember. I wouldn't mind going back. Even if it is a huge chain restaurant and I usually go for the smaller business places. Ok. First off I have to be upfront that has nothing to do with this restaurants food. I Iike the food. This is about the service which is far from good. I have ordered delivery from the restaurant two times in the past month and both orders were short one of the three entrees. What really gets me is that I order delivery, pay the delivery fees and additional other service fees,I tip the driver generously and inevitably am forced to drive back to the restaurant to get what they never put in the bag. Both time I call back and am told that I will need to drive to the place basically negating the whole delivery option. Both time I show back up and get a very smug "well we're sorry but whatever. I will never spend my money here ever again! It's just bullshit that they cannot get the entire order in the bag. I don't know if they just don't care about the customer or are completely incompetent. By the time I had to drive there and back home the other two entrees are cold so I tell my family to just go ahead and eat and the whole family dinner is down in flames. This is the only real time we have in busy work and school schedule to be together. So I get home all the family has already eaten so their food doesn't get cold and have all gone to do schoolwork or do their nightly routine and here I sit eating alone. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GIVE THEM MY MONEY. I'd say do better Red Lobster but I can't imagine that happening being a consistent fail. read more

We love Red Lobster in CDA. We go at least 2 times every year. We visited on May 27th, 2023 about 430. Our food was great but our waitress was terrible. She brought our drinks and then appetizers. Moments later our salads and then all the sudden our dinner. She never once cleared any dirty plates from our table and NEVER once came back and checked on us and how our meals were. All in all the very worst service ever at this restaurant that we normally have amazing service. I don't know if it was her boss or what but she just made excuses for her. read more

Well this was quite the wonderful experience and service we needed. I got the all you can eat shrimp for $15 and the plate was full to behind with! Only only one other refill. Plenty to eat (and share, shhhh) ;) our waiter Bruce was excellent, kept our drinks full and checked on us just enough to be visible but not annoying. He even got us 4 beautiful warm biscuits to go! Going in had a slight wait of 25 minutes, due to lack of staff. Food came out fast and at first they had put cheese on my Wagyu Cheeseburger that I asked for no cheese on. They went back to the kitchen and re-did it and it was one of the best burgers I've ever had. Everyone else shared a "Romantic Dinner for Two", they had everything was really good. By far the best time to visit here is about 11 am. At that time the restaurant isn't that busy and your waitress is very attentive any latter then that and it gets really busy and you don't see your waitress as much. Me and my husband decided to stop by here for lunch last Friday since we were in the area and we hadn't been by in a while. We both got the ultimate feast which is $28 it came with crab, lobster and shrimp two ways plus a salad and two sides and the famous biscuits. The snow crab was amazing by far my favorite thing on my plate the lobster tail was okay a little rubbery but good, the shrimp scampi was good very garlicy, Walt's favorite shrimp was awful and the cocktail sauce was equally bad. As for the sides they were okay the rice was good but not for me, the mashed potato's were very yummy even though I was only able to eat a couple of bites as for the salad I recommend getting the dressing on the side because they are very generous with the dressing. Our waitress was very nice and attentive until the place got the lunch rush and then we found ourselves waiting a little too long for her to come back by the table which was disappointing over all though the service was okay. Over all things were good and we will be back not with the kids though for sure since Lunch for just two of us was about $80 with drinks and a tip which is insane lol. read more

We went to this Red Lobster for dinner, around 5:00pm. The girl, Maddison who sat us was smacking her gum and when I asked for a different table she rolled her eyes. I observed her throughout our dinner and she was obnoxious and even popping her gum as well in the dining room. My boyfriend got up to use the restroom before leaving and when he came back he said one of the urinals was out of order and there was urine and water all over the floor. He had to walk through it. We had another episode with the women's bathroom at a different visit. I went to the restroom and both stalls were filthy. The handicapped stall had feces all over the toilet and smeared feces on the floor! NO LIE!!! I had to tell the manager, I think, Nathan. After these recent visits to this location, it's hard to say if we'll ever go back. The only reason we would go back is the waiting staff have always professional and polite. This review is about the Red Lobster in CDA Idaho. I am an disabled woman in my 60's. I went into the Red Lobster for dinner. The free seating in the bar was all on bar-stools which are not an option for me. The bar was empty, the restaurant had many open tables, but there was for some reason a 25 minute wait to be seated. I asked if since I was disabled and could not climb on to a bar stool, could I sit at one of the small tables in the Bar. No! You have to wait for those tables! But the bar is empty, you have people to seat, but you are apparently not seating them in the bar? No you have to wait. SO the long and short of it was that the location was badly managed, short staffed on the Wed before 4th of July. There were open table but no one to cover them. Open bar but no one there. And the staff was not trained to accommodate a disabled customer. No wonder so many Red Lobsters are going under. It's called food SERVICE for a reason. They don't have to worry about accommodating me! read more

Everything cooked right. Good service. The peach Boston iced tea is delicious. Seasonal beer available. We had an order of the bar harbor... So bright and fresh, nice light sauce with plenty variety of seafood- scallops, shrimp, mussels, and mini lobster tails. Try squeezing lemon over it and add some pepper... Yum!
