I understand the staff shortages and all, but waiting 10 minutes to be seated, and then another 20 minutes before we see a waiter is ridiculous! The worst experience was tonight, Superbowl Sunday. We place a take-out order 2-hours in advance, and had a 5:50 puck up time. When I arrived to pick up my order I ended up waiting until 6:15, only to be told it would be another hour! My daughter and I went there for a late lunch.The place was to loud and when we order out appetizer it came out the same time as the entree. My daughter sandwich was not the right one so we had to send it back. Mine was over cooked and hard as nails. Absolutely the worst restaurant I've ever been to. I usually don't complain, I've worked in the restaurant industry. I know that it's hard and grace is due most of the time. The servers were good. But, from the timing of the food coming out (an hour late when the building was barely half occupied) to actual food being missing and the manager arguing that we were wrong and still being charged for said food when we literally never got it.... I don't give bad reviews but this place deserves it. Check to make sure your food is correct, your food will probably be delivered 10-15 minutes after other people at your table's was and a management that explains it's policy. To say the least, I was excited when I found out that Buffalo Wild Wings would be opening in Cool Springs! Traveling for business, I often find myself at BWW. On the road it's great because it's full of TV's, activity, lively and the food is good. I'm truly a fan of the wings! And now, there is a BWW locally! It seems like there are two different types of Buffalo Wild Wings - the kind that has portable speaker systems that are available for your table, and the kind who do not offer this service. Sadly, Cool Springs BWW did not appear to offer this service. They have TV's in every direction, but when it's time to watch a game that they are not playing the audio for, it would be nice to have an audio option. They would have gotten 5 stars if they had this option. But for games that will be played with audio - this is a media haven of glorious proportions! They impressed me with their massive screen selection. I'm excited to watch my first Preds game there. I have visited BWW twice since they've opened this week. I experienced from them the typical opening week jitters, glitches and mistakes that most restaurants would go through during their first week with new staff, but I know without a doubt they will get these issues worked out. Some people seem to get their panties in a wad over this kind of thing... come on people, they are new...it's really not THAT big of a deal they delivered someone elses food to your table or gave you the lunch menu for dinner... The attractive staff was there in abundance and constantly checking to see if all was OK with my food. They get an A for effort. Buffalo Wild Wings has an amazing array of sauces and seasonings. The menu is typical sports bar flare and they do an outstanding job of presenting their menu. It's a fun brand, and they market it well. BWW isn't expensive, but not really cheap either. It's a very casual and sporty atmosphere and certainly has a much different feel and vibe to it than Jonathan's, Drake's & Brewhouse South. All four have their place. I just spent 20 minutes sitting at a table in the open seating bar section. The restaurant is 1/4 to 1/3 full. Not a single employee said a word to me or even acknowledged my existence. It's been a similar experience each of the 4 times that I've been to this location. So I'm leaving to go somewhere that focuses on customer service...there are plenty of them very nearby, so don't waste your time here. read more

Wings and Sports! This is our regular lunch spot on Fridays. There are usually 7 to 10 of us and they seem to always want to fit us in as tight as they can. It must be because they get so busy but it's difficult to eat wings without plenty of room. I've found the outdoor tables to be a better option for more room. The servers are very friendly. Our favorite server is Jasmine C. She's friendly, accurate with our orders, and quick. What more could you ask for? Our drinks were never empty. I've tried almost all of the sauces and my favorite is the Honey BBQ. I stay away from the really hot sauces. I prefer the boneless wings over traditional and I usually get them with potato wedges. Both are delicious - so delicious that I look forward to Friday lunches. Although the service is usually great it does sometimes take awhile to get your food especially when they are busy. I am normally a fan of Buffalo Wild Wings but the visit today was very disappointing. The restaurant was filthy and the majority of the staff was hanging out on their phones. We decided to sit in the bar area but the majority of the tables were dirty. We waiting patiently for someone to come greet us but watched at the waiter looked at us multiple times with no acknowledgement and worked and helped everyone but us. We eventually left. Please keep in mind the restaurant was practically empty. There are way to many great wing places in Nashville to even deal with chain rudeness. We won't be going back. read more

I got the same delicious wings (5 stars) I always get however my waitress decided to charge me for celery. I know it's only $.60 but the celery comes with the order. She said "we always charge people but I can take it off if you insist". I disliked this attitude and no, I don't want to pay $.60 for something that already comes with my meal. Since it was bothering me I just decided to call and talk to the manager to make sure the waitress is made aware of the menu. Bummer. This place is struggling to obtain reasonable quality in terms of food, ambience, and service. I should give it a one star. The place was dead when we arrived. I only point this out because this should indicate that food would need to be freshly cooked. Our wings were cold and dabbed with clumps of sauce. This presentation is not even close to wings being freshly fried served up hot spun in sauce. The wings were so cold, the sauce was clumped in spots and not melting. The Buffalo Chips (thick cut potato slices) were cold and mushy. Again, not freshly cooked. The carrots were dehydrated and covered in white oxidization. The celery was cold, hydrated, and crisp. They were really promoting their "March Madness" events so we were hoping to enjoy the games with all the hype. From my seating position, there were 13 screens. Only one small screen had the basketball game showing. The other screens ranged from hockey to bowling. The biggest screen in my view as bowling. I asked for a screen change so they added another smaller screen to the basketball showing. Oh well, nice try. I won't even discuss the poor service from the serve to the manager. It's not worth the trouble to document it. We ate our lame food and paid the inflated cost and ran home as quick as possible in order not to miss any more of the game. Buffalo Wild Wings food is the same across the board. If you've had it in Pittsburgh, you've had it in Boise, or you've had it in Franklin - it's going to taste virtually the same. What sets them apart are the levels of service. Buffalo Wild Wings in Spring Hill? Top notch. This one...not so much. Server missed one person at the table (of 6) while taking our orders. On a previous visit, server actually put his finger in sauce to test it...yes, seriously. One the last visit, however, we had the extra bonus of unaccompanied minors "playing" the deer hunter game for 30 minutes right next to our table. By playing, I mean they were screaming at the top of their lungs and hitting each other with the rifles. They had not inserted any quarters...and their parents were nowhere to be found. Also, the food came out at different times. Some people are okay with that. I think it's weird and rude. I don't feel comfortable eating until everyone's food has arrived. I normally have a decent time at this restaurant, but it'll be a while before I go back & I definitely won't go on a Saturday night when the worst fans in college football are there to cheer way to loud for their team.
