The guy who was making the pizzas noticed we were still waiting and asked what we had ordered. They said the payment never processed. My husband, rightfully upset at this point, asked what the point was of confirming the order had gone through if they guy wasn't actually confirming it? I finally said I would just pay for the two bottles of water we'd had and go on with our day. The rep offered to still do the sandwich but at this point we had to go get the kids and didn't have time to wait again and then eat. He told the pizza making gentleman (who in my opinion did nothing wrong and was amazing) that this was why he needed to stop telling people and just keep his mouth shut. Ultimately, he was in the wrong. When my husband came to the register to confirm the kiosk order had gone through he should have ACTUALLY confirmed it. The pizza was good, but we won't be back... this is not how you handle customer service situations.

The problem is that there were no signs, ropes, chains, or any other barriers indicating that customers weren't supposed to enter. Since it was our first time there, we had no way of knowing. Instead of calmly explaining the mistake, a dark-haired, female employee immediately became confrontational. My mom tried to apologize and explain that we didn't realize it was a restricted area, but the employee continued berating her, repeatedly telling her to get out and physically ushering her toward the exit. The whole interaction was completely unnecessary and embarrassing. This situation could have been avoided with something as simple as a sign or a chain blocking off the area. Even without those, a polite "I'm sorry, this area is for employees only" would have been more than enough. Everyone makes honest mistakes, especially first-time customers. The lack of professionalism and courtesy we experienced was disappointing, and because of it, we won't be returning.

Ordered their main offering the Cubano sandwich and fries as an after thought. Waited about 10 mins along with one other customer. Chatted a bit with Nico one of the guys working the truck. It's only their second venture on this spot and still working on their menu which apparently will be expanding pretty soon. The owner, Raudel was the one in charge of the kitchen prepping food. I was so excited getting some hot food tried the fries as soon as I got in the car. Was so disappointed! Cold cold fries! Waited till I got home for the Cubano sandwich. The sandwich did not disappoint. Huge and very tasty! And hot! The cheese pull was awesome! This would have gone down as an epic review if only the fries partnered well.
