Once the server handed the itemized receipt to us, he did not mention his added on gratuity that he gave himself and the sense he gave us was as if he was entitled to the 20% gratuity. Understanding that the economy is not doing so great right now so friend and I did not ask for the gratuity to be removed but the experience itself left quite a distaste for both of us especially as first timers.
