My wife and I were in the mood to eat fried chicken wings, and the closest place we could drive and buy wings is this. So we bought their wings, bone in, with 4 different kinds of sauce that we choose and fries. Among all the sauce that we tried I like their Asian zing the most, it's just the right sweetness and spiciness. In terms of the chicken wings, I noticed that it was skinny and most of it were small and somewhat a little dry. sorry to say but I got a little disappointed. The quality of the fried chicken wings are disproportionate to the price. As for the sauce, the four that we tried were incredible. How the sauces were made were well thought of by this food industry. I think they have to find a way somehow on how to get a better quality chicken wings. Costumer service was good, the place is clean, just had a few tables. I was expecting more from this food business. read more

A bit disappointed when we walked in. On this kind of hot weather, the AC was not on. I understand that they are popular for pick ups but how about those who wants to stay in? The dining area was not we expected or maybe we have high expectations for this location. We ordered their 20 pcs chicken wings regular stayed in. It comes with 4 sauces and customized to have it separated. We realized that it is not a great idea since it was not as tasty when it was cooked or warmed up with the selected sauce. I usually frequent the Garden City location via UE but since this BWW 'GO' is near me, I decided to make a trip here. I ordered on their website for pickup and it quoted me 15 minutes. Got there 20 minutes later & still waited another 7 minutes, which isn't too bad considering how busy they were at 6:45 pm. I always get the mango habanero & honey bbq traditional wings. The wings were juicy, crispy and well sauced~SO good! They even gave me an extra wing & veggies :) Friendly service, store was very clean and quite spacious with about 10 tables. This was my first time ordering from this place. I was a walk-in customer the moment I entered. I felt very comfortable the staff I met at the counter I did not get his name but the said cashier 2 at 1:37 PM today's date which is June 11, 2026 in any case he was extremely welcoming explained to me a different choice of the menu, etc. etc. Let's get down to the main part. I ordered a habanero mango habanero boneless wings, and it was just awesome fries super and a blue cheese dressing. I would say for the price. I paid was well worth it. They had really nice staff my favorites being the black guy and the black lady who was in h charge I believe but I haven't seen her in a while . Now they get this middle age guy working there who is TERRIBLE . I asked for veggies, blue cheese , and wipes with my order last week and they didn't put it in there , I had to wait forever to ask again and when I did he looked at me like he wanted to kill me when that stuff is STANDARD. Today he was there again and I asked him for a cup to get water at the machine when the nicer staff always gives it to me and he looked at me like I was asking for gold and rudely told me "no" . New restaurant in the Glen Oaks area! There is a big parking lot behind the restaurant which is super convenient. The staff was super nice and the interior of the restaurant was so clean. The food was fantastic. Probably better than actually BWW restaurants. They have some seats inside and self service sodas. I hope they do well and also they give Northwell employees 5% off their order with their badge! Just make sure to show them before you pay! read more

Ordered an hour in advanced for a specific pickup time on the website. Food was ready as soon as I got there. Didnt have to interact with anyone as the food was in the pickup area. I didnt even have to show any one the code. There parking in the back but there was lucky a parking space right in front. Wings are on the expensive side but they were decent. Had the buffalo and the BBQ wings and they were pretty good and good sizing too. Its comes out to like a 1.25 per wing. Love the free sauce, carrots and celery. Would come back if I had a coupon. Service was fast and staff was friendly. I got the bundle of 10 piece wings and fries. Food was good and they have seating.

Run (away) don't walk. The service was completely aweful. Surprised it took 15-20 mins to defrost six chicken nuggets and pour buffalo sauce on top! Fries weren't as bad. All that for $14.99 without a soda! My bet is that it will be closed down by this time next year. read more

Don't waste your time going here. I ordered on the app and it said my food would be ready in 30 minutes and gave me a pickup time. I showed up to pick up my food at that time and it wasn't ready. I ended up waiting another half hour in the restaurant before my order was even close to ready. Over an hour wait for sub par wings. I don't blame the staff because they were working very hard and were super nice. However, they were severely understaffed. There were 5 people working when I got there, and 2 of them right after I arrived. Whoever manages or operates that place is doing a terrible job. The food is not worth that kind of wait.
