Have been meaning to try this place for a while. Stopped in for lunch and so far so good. Not as large inside as I thought it was but it works. Cool but standard bar set up and few tables. It's also attached to a driving range and mini golf course. I tried the bbq burger and fries and sampled one of my mom's bbq wings. My burger was really good, nice crispy fries and the wings were tasty too. Made just right. Service was cool. Our server was nice and seemed to have a handle on everything. I went here for the 90 mins bottomless brunch. I got the brunch burger which was delicious. It was cooked well and juicy. The fries and tater tots were crispy. My friend got the lobster Benedict which she enjoyed. They have indoor and outdoor tables. There was a dj playing a mix a music. There's also card games available to play. The only downfall was the service as there appeared to be one waiter for the whole restaurant. We waited a while for drinks, had to ask for silverware after already getting our food. We had to ask for ketchup and napkins. He was doing his best with all the tables but it's simple things that we should already have before our food comes out. Came here Sunday for brunch, besides me and my three friends. Place was empty, perhaps because of the July 4th weekend. Our server, Jamie gave me a hard time when my omelette came out wrong. She's telling me how I ordered it. I know how I ordered it yet she insisted she heard me say the opposite of what I wanted. Everyone at my table had something negative to say about the food. English muffins were barely toasted and the coffee tasted like it was a week old. There was one other table of customers so how the kitchen could screw up eggs and toast is absurd. The server couldn't care less about us being disappointed in the food. I could have gotten better eggs and coffee at Dunkin Donuts. The ladies room was gross, I won't even get into detail about that. Never again. Came for the Knicks game they hosted and the service was beyond terrible. How do you host a viewing for the Knicks game and are not prepared to handle a crowd and the place wasn't even packed. One of the bartenders/ waiter was rude. Chubby girl with glasses. We had such a good time at The Clubhouse. The waiter & bartender were really cool. 2 of us had the unlimited drinks for lunch. It was $35 for an entree w unlimited drinks (mimosa, Bloody Mary, man-mosa, sangria, miller lite, screwdriver) or $40 if it's a chef's special entree. The chicken & waffles were good, the burger was big & tasty. The pancakes were tasty and the drinks were on point. The waitress was so attentive, and we were on a time crunch before my husband worked. The restaurant is a part of the Spring Rock Golf Center. There is also the Romeo & Juliet mini golf course sharing the same property. They have a sizeable parking lot. My friend and I each had the bottomless drink option. For food we tried the lobster benedict with sweet potato fries instead of home fries and the steak and eggs. There was a minor food snafoo that the staff rectified immediately and without any strife. The food was very good. I added some salt but that's a personal preference and not to say the food was lacking salt or flavor. We sat outside because the weather was beautiful. But also because there the inside wasn't full, they had a dj playing and the music wa s just too loud to sit in comfortably and talk. (Not sure if the dj is a regular Sunday thing or if there were events. The inside crowd did appear to be from two parties of 8-12ish each.) The waitress was very helpful. The only thing we enjoyed was the mimosa and I think this place is known best for the drinks and not food, perhaps that was the mistake we made. Went to the Clubhouse for lunch with some coworkers on a sunny Friday. They have outdoor seating which is nice. They serve typical American bar food, and have a decent number of beers on draft. Not what I was expecting, at all. This is a dive bar and their overpriced brunch items are frozen/precooked and microwaved. Chicken & waffles, and a short rib bowl, appeared three minutes after ordering. Kid you not. Blazing hot inside from the nuking. Bone-in chicken with the tell tale dryness in the breast piece. The cheese on my husband's short rib bowl was definitely from a squirt bottle. The waffle was pretty good though, just like the good ones you make yourself at the Days Inn waffle machine. "Bread basket " normally a high point at a quality brunch, was four bland white Sysco buns. The drinks were premixed and weak. Served in jars which were not hip or cool in this atmosphere. Water bottle with two plastic cups. The chairs were metal without cushions. The institutional bathrooms, located outside the bar, were not heated. The bar itself was pretty cold too with the icy draft every time the door was opened. The final insult was when I asked if I could have my left over to go and the reply was 'I'll bring you a box.' But of course that's typical for a dive bar. They honored the check in discount and they did have nice Christmas music playing. So maybe this dive bar is fun to get some wings and beer in the warm weather. Sunday Brunch? Take your $30 somewhere else. Anywhere. One and DONE. read more

Make sure that if you come in a group you aren't that hungry because you won't get served right away and your order may have been not placed. When I came I ordered and still had to wait an additional 30mins for my partner's food to come out. The food is substandard and I was better off going to a basic diner. Their boozy brunch is a fabulous deal! $25 for any brunch entree (except specialities). With that you get unlimited drinks (mimosas, man-mosas, sangrias, screwdrivers, bloody marry) and a fresh bread basket. Unlimited drinks?! For $25?! Count me in anytime! It also came with a side of home fries. They were flavorful, but they could have been seasoned just a little bit more and they could have been a little warmer. We also got a side of bacon. This restaurant is tucked away just off Denton Ave., Attached to the Spring Rock Golf center. After reading some great Yelp reviews by fellow elites, I had to try. Was craving for waffles no less and it would appear they are one hot spot to get some. This place is ideal for groups, fun times, and bar hopping. They even had two tables on the side of the bar so you could play beer pong!! (They had two water pitchers instead of beer but still fun nonetheless). I can totally see how this place could be a fun hot spot both for the golfer and for those just wanting a chill indoor/outdoor drinking hub. They have ample seating both in or out. The driving range is conveniently connected to the restaurant and steps from the mini golf area (separated by the parking lot). I wanted to try the chicken waffle sandwich and it didn't disappoint. There were some good sized fried chicken strips topped with crisp bacon strips and avocado chunks drizzled with a sweet but tangy sauce. Served with lettuce as well, smack between two waffles (that acts as the bread). Delicious. Also came with a side of fries. My fries were a little sad looking, tiny pieces and too crisp. Almost too dry. But luckily my picky kiddo ordered a side of French Fries and hers ca me in a fryer type basket. Those were sizeable and fresher than my order for sure. No idea why that was. My hubby ordered the kimchi beef tacos. Very messy to eat but flavors were well paired. The kimchi mayo-like sauce topped the beef with just the right amount of heat. Had a kick to it both during and after each bite. I only wish each taco had lettuce or more onions to fill it up more, they looked kinda half full instead of over stuffed. Two things not to order, the Parmesan Garlic chicken wings. They were terrible. Tasted frozen and dry. The meat had no marinade or seasoning to it. Just the sauce rubbed onto it made it look appetizing but it didn't help. I would not try this here, bar food or not. Also refrain from ordering the lemonade. Tastes too sour and had a irony or metallic after taste. My kids didn't like it at all, not even after doctor-ing it with sugar. I'd eat here again to try the Mac and Cheese burger next time or the fish tacos. Both had good reviews on Yelp. We were seated right away and the waitress/bartender took care of us. The menu on the website was not the same as at the place, so I had to decide on another meal to get. As per my husband, this place had the best shrimp and fish tacos he has ever eaten in his entire life. Both tacos had fresh fish and shrimp with their special spicy sauce sprinkled on top to give it an extra flavor kick. Pricing was very cost friendly as well, $12 for 3 tacos. I ordered a split of parmesan garlic and buffalo wings, which I got 12 pieces for $11. I'm going to try their mango habanero and hell fire wings next time because I love spicy food/ wings. The buffalo wings had great flavor and was perfectly fried but I wasn't a big fan of the parmesan garlic because of the heaviness.
