She spent time making sure my order was correct and even went to the manager to get 1 item added that I missed from my rewards. Maya was great and I'm sure will be a great future manager sometime! The food is good when it's right, but I've never once gotten a correct order. I don't mean a side of dressing or wrong soda either. It's not unusual to place an order for 2 kids and 2 adults and be missing a side salad, kids drinks, veggies, and have the wrong flavor wings. We only continued ordering because it was SO wrong, we had to assume there was a weird reason. I've worked in food service, so I tend to give the benefit of the doubt when there's stuff like this. As it turns out, it's always like this. They must have some stuff to get to the bottom of and fix, because if it's just careless employees, it's clearly a major issue. I've also given up on trying to order on postmates. I'm not sure why they're even listed as a business on there. Several times I've placed an order to have it canceled for no reason, only to successfully place the same order through door dash (which is why my order is always wrong, according to the restaurant). I held off on writing this for about a week after my visit to the Buffalo Wild Wings in Goodyear. Once upon a time, I lived fairly close to this location and have dined here on more than a few occasions. Clearly, even then, something kept me from mentioning it on Yelp! Buffalo Wild Wings is good for its atmosphere and, perhaps, convenience. They are all over the valley just like there are televisions all over the dining room. But they lack character and the food, other than the wings, is typical bar fare at best. I enjoy wings! But at BWW, there are only a few flavors that I would describe as "outstanding". The Asian Zing is my favorite. Other than that, I'm not sure why anyone would wait for most of an hour to dine here. This is based on experience with their Westgate location. Good wings are not worth that kind of time in my opinion. The beer selection is decent. It's better than some places because I've noticed the taps change to keep up with what is trending or seasonal. But I can't recall ever having had a great beer here. And I regularly take pics of the beers I've enjoyed. That's why they rotate on my Yelp! profile. Now back to my recent visit. Our server was nice but he was really busy. While he did check in a couple times, he was more concerned with the larger groups in his section. That's understandable as there was only two of us. What I couldn't get over was the college football programming selection on the televisions. This was rivalry weekend. A friend and I arrived just ahead of the ASU vs. Arizona game. I would estimate that nearly half of the monitors were tuned to the Ohio State thrashing of Michigan. There was no reason to watch most of the 4th quarter in that game. Even the screens that weren't keeping tabs on the Big 10 switched over to other games while OSU continued to apply the beat down. But why the hell were any televisions showing the San Jose State vs. Fresno State game instead of the biggest game in the state?! Last time I checked, we were still in the Phoenix metro area. Poor programming and good wings aside, there is much that needs improving on before I consider Buffalo Wild Wings again. read more

Went here to try out this location and it was pretty busy for a Wednesday evening but was able to get in before happy hour ended . Ordered the house sampler which was pretty good , the onion rings were great the nachos were good as well and the mozzarella sticks and boneless wings were great as well. We ordered this sampler because it was on the happy hour special as 4$ off but after we ordered the waitress said it was a mistake and shouldn't be on the menu. Luckily she was nice enough to adjust the price but still don't understand why it was on the menu if it was not on special. So since it was Wednesday the boneless wings were bogo free so ordered 2 baskets of them as well as the 5$ happy hour cheeseburgers which to my surprise was a nice size burger and good amount of fries. This is the best Buffalo Wild Wings we've ever been to. Matthew went above and beyond with the service. Asked us how we were doing multiple times. Asked how our food was, if we needed anything. Just overall the best service we've ever received from a BWW. We will definitely be coming back due to the service. On top of that there was another server named Jordan who wasn't even our server but he stepped in and gave us his opinion on some food and asked us multiple times how we were doing. If you are thinking about going to the BWW at westgate let me save you the trip and don't bother going. I was really hoping for quality but it was a bust. The patty seemed like what you would get in a junior high cafeteria. The pork on top was flavorless and it just fell flat in my book. The fries that accompanied the burger were good. Again, another average at best food experience. To top off our dining experience, the service was on par with the food. Our waitress took our order, delivered and then disappeared. In the span of an entire football game I was given one refill. ONE!!! I kept waiting and waiting and waiting.
