Got take out tonight from Texas by the house and it did not disappoint. Food was ready when it was supposed to be. Cashier at the to go window was helpful, friendly and quick. My food was great. Portions were just as good if I were to dine in the restaurant. The to go window was clean, organized and easy to access. I like to dine in here and now I know the to go option is Just as good! Definitely recommend!

My family and I visited this location on Tuesday, December 30. We originally planned to dine at another restaurant, but it was closed, so we decided to try this one down the street instead. When we arrived, the restaurant was very busy, with a quoted wait time of 25-35 minutes. They have outdoor windows where you can add your name to the waitlist and receive a text when your table is ready. We received our text a little over 20 minutes later, but once we went inside, we were asked to wait off to the side with a group of people for an additional five minutes or more before being seated. This was a bit unusual, as most restaurants seat you right away once your table is ready. After being seated, we looked over the menu and noticed the $5 drink specials, so we ordered those first and later placed our food order. Unfortunately, our waiter did not check on us as often as we would have liked. We do understand that the restaurant was extremely busy, but we still expected a little more attentiveness. Our food took a very long time to arrive, and we noticed other tables around us receiving their meals even though they had ordered after we did. We mentioned this to the manager, who explained that they were very busy due to the holiday season. However, our waiter also told us that Tuesdays are usually not this busy, so it seemed they were not well-equipped to handle the unexpected rush. Our aunt ordered the catfish with fries, but she could not really enjoy it because the only hot sauce available was Tabasco, which was disappointing. We ordered the 9-piece grilled shrimp over rice with sides of green beans and corn. We also ordered several appetizers: boneless wings with barbecue sauce on the side, mozzarella sticks, and loaded potato wedges. The fish dinner and the appetizers were just okay, so we were a little disappointed with the overall taste. The grilled shrimp dinner was decent, and our drinks were fine, although our margaritas could have used a little more alcohol. Overall, our experience was just okay. You also do receive complementary warm rolls and cinnamon butter and also have peanuts. You could take home as well available at the table and I hope you can't sign up for their emails to receive special offers..

I chose to celebrate my birthday with dinner at Texas Roadhouse but given that the closest one to me is ~always~ busy, we made a further drive to this location. My sister had called ahead so we didn't wait very long between arriving and getting sat. When we were sat, we were given two bread baskets (love that for us!) I had the house margarita with a salt rim and it was tasty and balanced. Sweet but just strong enough. I opted for a sirloin and it was fine (could've been a little softer and was on the drier side). Our server was really really busy but nonetheless she still managed to bring us plenty bread and meet our needs. When my brother in law asked if they could sing to me, she first checked in with me about what I was comfortable with and then she brought folks over. My dessert did come melted but all in all, I still had a good time and I enjoyed my meal. The servers and busboys here are very efficient!

Giving one star only because the server was nice but they'd get zero stars if it weren't for that. The food was salty and the restaurant had gnats flying everywhere. You can see people at other tables swatting them away as well. We had to cover our drinks to keep them away.

I've never, while going to this location have had a bad experience! As a veteran, I love how they support us as well as other organizations around the community. Now for the food review! This time I did a to go order and the staff was so sweet. It was so hot out and they gave me water without asking. Ordering on the website was easy and my food was top tier. I get the same thing every time, and they nail it every time. They even threw in my bag of peanuts. Parking can sometimes be a hassle but that's the only wait I had to tackle. And thanks to the waiter that recommended the cream gravy for my mashed potatoes. (Cinnamon butter was included)

16 oz Prime Rib* with Steak Fries & Applesauce

This was our first time at this Texas Roadhouse location & we arrived about 4pm on a Monday (MLK Holiday) the place was packed. We were immediately greeted & seated within 5 minutes of our arrival. Our server Tina was friendly & knowledgeable offering suggestions, taking our drink orders & she even offered to get me a wet towel when I mentioned getting something icky on my hand from the drink menu (I opted to wash them in the restroom) As I mentioned it was busy so kinda loud with everyone talking but thankfully the music wasn't overly loud, unless the staff was dancing (which I read they do to allow the kitchen staff a chance to get caught up) We are BIG time Texas Roadhouse fans & normally creatures of habit when dining out, hubby has a severe dairy allergy so we keep our ordering to familiar foods. Hubby ordered the prime rib -medium rare with steak fries & apple sauce. Sadly his prime rib was not up to Texas Roadhouse standards it was cooked medium rare but the meat was chewy & lacking it normal tastiness. This was his first time ordering applesauce, it's standard canned/jarred sauce & nothing to write home about. (normally he gets the chili to dip his fries in but he wasn't feeling it today) Before you ask, No, we did not complain or mention the prime rib not being perfect, sometimes you have a bad day, it was busy & we were expected somewhere so time was an issue. When I ordered I decided to order something outside the box & try something different. I ordered off the early bird special ($13.99) & had the 6 oz sirloin- medium rare, mashed potatoes-plain & buttered corn, my meal was absolutely delicious. I know it sounds weird but the mashed potatoes without gravy or toppings was amazing a new favorite. Our drinks were good iced tea & Modelo. It was a good experience not great & will not hold it against the establishment. Thank you Tina for your excellent customer service.

Dirty container, looks like dirt or mold. With valentines stickers when we ordered on Easter.... So weird

Always have dirty containers and random pieces of food mixed in that isn't what we ordered. This time it was a random piece of broccoli. We ordered on EASTER and they put this sticker on only one fries container and the container was filthy with what looked like dirt.. so weird

We go through ~5 pounds of ground beef a week along with other cuts, and theirs is the best. We've been buying their meat for a few years now and I don't care if it's less expensive elsewhere, the quality of theirs is just better. Unfortunately they've had to raise their prices but it's understandable. Everyone has had to raise prices lately. But, like a junkie, they got me hooked. I don't mind really, it's worth the extra cost.

All I can say is: when you worked hard for your money, take your time and gas to visit the place all we want is a good meal without conflict, getting stale, cold fries from a place that literally specializes in burgers and fries just feels disrespectful. We waited for our food expecting it to be fresh only to get cold stale fries in our meal. I normally don't leave reviews, but we felt let down because half the meals I bought ended up being an edible. Le me tell you - if the fries had been fresh this honestly would have been a 5-star experience because the burger was excellent. But the FRIES...the fries why? There's no way those fries came out fresh and hot!

We didn't make it to the pool, but we did get to have dinner at Litchfield's and it was such a beautiful resort , the ambiance was incredible. My boyfriend loved all the wooden floors and western aesthetic. He mentioned what great quality wood floors and tables there were. We arrived early and had a cocktail at the bar prior to entering the restaurant, the waitress and service were great as well. At Litchfield's we sat outside and the ambiance was very pleasant, welcoming and cozy. My boyfriend ordered the shrimp puttanesca, very good and I ordered the marinated wagyu flank, very delicious and cooked to perfection. We also had the garlic Parmesan fries and mashed potatoes. Everything was very tasty and definitely did not disappoint. Our server was more than helpful in making suggestions and he accommodated us accordingly. The cocktails were also well made and just the right touch. Overall this restaurant is very inviting and excellent with the treatment of their customers. Will definitely be back when in town.

The weather was perfect and our table location had the right amount of privacy. We didn't feel like we were on top of other diners. Our brunch items seemed light but was packed with flavor. We were absolutely stuffed! The presentation was colorful and photo worthy. Every bite was delicious and satisfying. Our server was very attentive and pleasant. Live music was nearing the end on the patio and the night temp was comfortable so we sat outside. There was a medium size group by the couches and we sat at a nearby table. Initially the waitress was attentive, she gave us waters and silverware. Soon she became distracted talking to the group about traveling destinations and her upcoming trip to Hawaii. This was not a big deal until we waited 30 minutes to place our order and she still never came back to our table or even acknowledged we were there. We watched this waitress engage in a lively conversation even kneeling down by a customer and looking at pictures on his phone. What??? Are you working or socializing? We left without placing an order. Being ignored for that long even in plain sight of the server is unacceptable. This was a very disappointing experience and we won't be back.

She was so kind, super attentive, and made a point to make eye contact and engage with everyone at the table. It was my dad's birthday, and they brought out a birthday treat for him, which was such a nice, thoughtful touch. However, the check-in process was very uncomfortable. The host who greeted us didn't make eye contact with me at all, a person with a disability. Instead of speaking to me directly, he asked the person I was with if I needed a child's menu. As an adult, being talked about rather than talked to was rude and honestly pretty embarrassing. It would have been much more professional to provide standard menus for everyone or just ask me directly if I needed anything specific. The kitchen definitely knows what they are doing. Everything came out hot, fresh, and delicious: The bread and butter were warm and a great start. We had the bruschetta and a shrimp appetizer, both were hits. Our table ordered the cheeseburger and fries, the salmon, and two orders of the short ribs. Everyone loved their meal and had zero complaints about the food quality. The restaurant was packed and had a high-energy vibe, but the music was way too loud, it made it a bit hard to talk. The lighting was also a bit strange; it was very dark, and at several points, the lights would flicker or completely turn off and on again, which was a bit distracting. If you want to go on a Sunday evening like we did (6:00 PM), definitely plan ahead! We made our reservation a couple of days before, but by the time our day arrived, they were completely booked. I'd recommend making a reservation at least a week in advance to be safe. I would definitely come back for the food and the excellent waitstaff service, but I really hope management works with their hosting team on how to treat every guest with basic respect and direct communication.
