Excellent food and great atmosphere. BWW is always a good place to eat.

Not a bad b dubs... went at an off time for late lunch early dinner (230). Place was empty and iwas seated promptly. Sat in the bar area at a high table. The bartender was my server and ahe did a fantastic job! Ordered my usual... mago habenero boneless wings with 2 blue cheese and celery and pretzels with 2 quesos and since it was early yet an iced tea. I never once had to ask or wait for a refill and the food was as expected. Looks like a newer bdubs.. I will assume they will be sucessful if the service and quality stays up to standards read more

My problem with BW3s is that it's inconsistent. Sometimes their wings are awesome, sometimes they suck. Sometimes the service is pretty good, sometimes it's abysmal. If only they would pick where they want to be and stick there. On my latest trip, I got the Soft Pretzel appetizer which, while tasty, were pretty tiny soft pretzels. I was annoyed that they were so puny. The waiter screwed up my order (6 wings of one type, 12 of another flavor, he flipped the order). And some of the wings were...weird. Probably not trimmed up properly or something. So that all sucked. But there are plenty of times when I go and it's actually pretty solid. I'm a big fan of the Spicy Garlic sauce and really should just go ahead and buy a few bottles. Oh, the atmosphere pretty much always sucks. It's a sports bar theme, so if you want to actually talk to the people you're having dinner with, don't bother. Either you'll have people hooting and cheering at a game, or they'll have music cranked up to deafening levels. Sometimes both! Anyway, I'll probably go again. Maybe this time it'll be one of the good trips. read more

Placed an order through their app for pickup. Arrived about 10 minutes after app said order would be ready. Had to wait an additional 10 minutes for my order to be finished. After arriving home, I unpacked my order and realized I was missing an order of wings, all of four ranch containers were not closed in the bag and had spilled, and the small orders (advertised as "about 12") contained at most 9 wings each. I called and complained to the manager. He told me that the best way to resolve it was not to come back to make the order right but to mail a gift card for the price of the order. Expect 7-10 days for it to arrive. That was over two weeks ago. Nothing mailed yet. read more

We waited about 20 min for our food... and now waited 50 minutes for our bill because they got so super confused... AND ITS STILL NOT RIGHT!!!!!!!! The service has gone down hill so much since they redid this and got new waitresses. If you dont want to sit down for a 3 hour dinner/ordeal... find another restaurant!!!!!! read more

Always good food and good service. We come here regularly. Probably 2 times a month for over a year. Not a bad seat in the house. The manager is always walking around and asking how everything is. Always clean and plenty of parking. read more

I love BWW. I always have a good time. Their chili cheese dip is awesome!!! I love all the wing sauces to choose from. They have Mike's Hard Lemonade which is sometimes just what I want with my wings. Sometimes I want something better. :-) The service at this location is great every time we go. Only reason I give two stars is because I love bdubs food, but this location is the worst I've been to. Every time I go here the food seems to take longer than other locations and the servers are god awful. The last two times I got here the servers I had forgot to put in my food, didn't bring me the right amount of dipping sauce, walked off before I could ask for anything and were not attentive on refills. I recently moved to Hagerstown, but I feel like this is the last time I'll frequent this location I'll just take the extra time and go to Martinsburg. read more

Made a HUGE take out order today from BDubs in Hagerstown. Needless to say, NOTHING was right!!! I ordered a burger with ketchup mustard and mayo only. I got it with lettuce,tomato,onions,and pickles!!! Ordered fries, they didn't even give ketchup for the fries!!!! No other person in the ordering party had the correct order either!! Terrible order taker for take out?!?!?!? I think someone needs to be washing dishes instead of taking orders! The order was given in PLAIN ENGLISH!! read more

After driving 6.5 hours, alone, for a sad event, all I wanted to do was eat something good and have a drink to relax. Upon entering the restaurant, I was ignored by two individuals on the phone at the take-out window (which I understand), and not greeted by any other employee near the door (which I do not understand, that is your job). I was exhausted and just wanted to sit down. After waiting at the front door for a few minutes, I walked to the bar area only to be ignored by the rude bartender. After flagging her down to ask her if I needed to see anyone to be seated at the area, she arrogantly proceeds to say that the bar area is first come first serve, then walks away to chat with the multiple males at the bar. I proceeded to seat myself as she so advised and waited for almost 25 minutes without someone greeting me (they never did my entire visit). Ironically I sat next to the server station, so I had groups of servers gathering to gossip with the bartender, yet no-one spoke to me. I continued to patiently wait, still having no one approach me. You would think that especially during these difficult times of COVID, they would be thrilled to have a customer and at least someone ask if I had been helped (or better yet, you'd have thought that since this was a restaurant they would have greeted me, eventually. But that didn't happen) Not a glance from anyone in a half-empty restaurant. So I left. I do not recommend this restaurant unless there is not even a McDonalds or gas station food available. I grew up in the service industry and this was just atrocious. This location is clearly intentionally placed in an area surrounded by hotels, therefore designed to focus on travelers. When individuals are ignored and treated as if they are not important, that speaks volumes of how this place is run and the quality of individuals they hire. Why pay money to eat/drink somewhere that doesn't appreciate your business! Pass on this place and head to literally anywhere else! I left and headed to El Ranchero. I had superb service and even had the bartender ask me how I was/why/where I was coming from since he could tell I was alone and rather upset. Go to places that treat you like family. Not Buffalo Wild Wings! I only gave one star because I was not able to post without selecting at least one star. My rating is a zero. Cheers! For a sports bar, BWW isn't half bad. The huge projection TVs are good, but the opposite of high def. As for a restaurant, it's lacking. If you're going to have buffalo wings in your name do them well, not like this. The wings themselves are small and overcooked. The sauces taste of chemicals with the heat obviously not coming from natural sources. Just about every bar that sells wings can do them better than this. On a positive note, the wait staff has always been friendly. read more

We go over at least once a month. This time we did a carryout order online. When we got there they couldn't find our order. Then when they did it wasn't ready. At the time they were not buddy. Carryout is bad here. Sit is always good service. read more

This was my first visit to Maryland and a Buffalo Wild Wings. The wings I had were of very good quality both in taste and spiciness. What really impressed me though was when I asked to be sat near a TV with Euro 2012 on so that I could watch the soccer between England and Italy. The staff went out of their way to turn the majority of the screens to the game so that I could also get sound. Thank you so much to the staff for accommodating the request as well as the patrons who patiently waited out extra time and penalties. If only England could have won it would have been a perfect visit. read more

Why is it so hard to realize that with 9 million tvs in a MD bar ..if the Birds , Nats, Caps , Terps are playing ..please play them on ONE tv...no concept of reality in a "sports bar" is crazy...even after you ask..hell even the skins , they really don't get it... read more

It's Buffalo Wild Wings, so let's not pretend the 4 stars is based on the food. But according to Yelps criteria - "Yay, I'm a fan" I have to give BWW 4 stars. With that being said I would give any BWW 4 stars because it's one of the best places to go watch the games. This one is better than some others I've been to though. The Bartenders are solid. On their job, constantly attentive to their customers and fun to talk to. So far they've made a wise choice for staffing. Never had a problem and always had a good conversation with one of them. I also stopped drinking alcohol so when I go I always order soda and usually order an item off the menu so I'm not just camping a bar stool the whole night. Now my bar tabs are always under $20 and sometimes if I don't order food, I walk out for under $10. Of course, I always slide the bartenders a $5 tip. It's not their fault I'm an alcoholic and quit drinking so my tab is smaller and their positive attitudes, refreshing personalities, and constant refills deserve it. Not overly crowded and they even have a local radio station on Monday nights doing contests during the first half of the Monday Night Football game. Overall, a good spot to go to and better than the Tilted Kilt (the only other sports bar I've tried in the area). read more

We had dinner and drinks at the bar. If you have been to the Anchor Bar in Buffalo, this is a truly a bad experience. Boneless wings way overcooked. Food too salty. Obnoxious patron at the bar so loud I could not hear myself think. Playing beer pong at the bar, what gives. Asked bar keep if he was drunk. NO that's his personality!! What gives? Generally a loud and busy place, that's OK, but other patrons shouldn't need to leave and bar staff need to be able to control their patrons. We went here last night. I generally am not a huge fan but my husband loves it so we went. It was great. Service was fast and friendly. Food came out hot and tasted great. The manager even came over and talked to us. We will be eating here again soon. read more

I was very disappointed in my meal. I ordered the new Honey BBQ chicken salad yesterday expecting it to be as good as the other food I've had there. Well, the salad and dressing were good but the chicken was awful. It was stringy and had no flavor. I don't know if it was old or what but I'll never order it again. The absolute worst experience I have ever had at a bdubs. My boyfriend and I went in to watch the Thursday night game, the bartenders were okay, quite and very timid, they'd ask every once in awhile if we were okay, but the other employees were aweful. They kept hitting my chair and not saying sorry or excuse me. Now I get I was sitting near the service bar but that doesn't mean it's ok. Also towards the end of their shift they all gathered behind us and continued to hit my chair to a point I actually got up and moved cause they didn't seem to care I was there. Their disregard for customers was ridiculous. All they seemed to care about was socializing and drinking after their shift. Needless to say I don't think I will ever go back. read more

I have mixed feeling about this restaurant. I LOVE the food...its addictive...the service has definite downs though. I have sat in this restaurant for too long too many times but I cannot live without the boneless wings (mild is great but I also like the honey BBQ Parmesan garlic Asian zing and Caribbean jerk sauces) and the wedges are great...especially with the added sour cream. I would recommend trying the BBQ nachos as an appetizer. They are yet another thing I crave on a weekly basis. I love doing takeout from both this and the Martinsburg location (it avoids the waiting) The martinsburg location also has games placed at some of the booths (it is wonderful when you have a few extra dollars and would like to keep your children busy :) read more

After told our wait for a table will be 45 minutes, finally seated at hour and half. Atleats 40 people that came in after us were seated before us. Actually had a table of 8 that was seated and 1 guy sat down. Half hour later the rest of his family showed up to be seated, probably after the phone call he made. We voiced our displeasure on this issue and they stated that it is an issue. Finally seated and unable to speak to family members seated 2 spots away due to extremely loud music. When wings finally got served they were not warm and my wifes' pork sandwich tasted more like a salt and liquid smoke concoction. actually a table of 6 was seated beside us after we were finally seated and they finished and left before us. We all pretty much just ordered wings and after hour and 45 minutes later we were leaving. I feel sorry for our home town of State College, Pa that one of these are going to be built this year. Student won't mind excessively loud musc but BEWARE if you want to have a family dinner there. read more
