BDub is one of top places to get boneless breaded wings! Its been a few months since I've been because a lot has changed...From the menus to the beer selection to the plates!! My go to flavor is forever Garlic Parmesan. I saw they had a limited flavor Jammin' Jalepeno so i gave that a try. I enjoyed it. There was not a lot of heat and it had slight sweetness to it. I also tried their Blueberry Mint lemonade. Sad to say i couldn't taste the mint. Also, if you like their potato wedges (which is also the bomb diggity), get it with queso. Thank me later. read more

We ordered takeout using the BWW app. Order was ready on time and appeared complete at quick glance. However after we got it home we found out that they completely forgot the sauce and salad dressing we ordered. Instead we got tons of ranch dressing we didn't even order. I am Very disappointed in my experience with this Buffalo Wild Wings. I orderEd a 10 piece wing combo with potato wedges for delivery it took an hour for it to be delivered and when it was delivered they only gave me 9 wings with little-to no sauce on them when I wrote in the notes wet wings and my wedges were cold and hard. Be ware of their take out order wait time! I had to literally wait for 1 hour to get my food. I placed an online order and it said that pick-up will be ready by 8.10pm. When I placed the online order, I chose to pay at the store. I arrived the restaurant at 8.15pm. There were about 4-5 people with orders ahead of me. At about 8.40pm I got to make my payment, still my order is not ready yet. Not just me, people ahead of me are still waiting as well. By now everyone was disappointed and started talking with one another about how frustrating it is. Finally, after an hour long wait, exactly at 9.09pm, I got my order. There was just one male staff at the counter. I have no complaints against him, for he was really working hard. He was multitasking, he was doing everyone's payments, taking customer calls in between and bringing the order from inside to his customers. They seriously need more staff members. There were 2-3 other staff members who showed up for seconds and then disappeared. They were not helping in the take out counter at all, might be helping inside. I don't know about their rules, but I really wished that those other staff members could have helped in such a situation where customers are waiting in line for such a long long time. No complaints against the food. It tasted as good as all Buffalo Wild Wings are. However, 1 hour wait to just do a take out order, despite placing an online order, is way to much! Called in to see what could be done, apparently nothing unless I came in to the store. In all honesty dinner can def be a hit or miss with the service but wow! We have been coming here for lunch and we've always received great, quick service which we truly appreciate since we're usually on a time crunch to get to work. Servers greet us quickly, and once the orders in it's guaranteed to come out within 15 mins or else it's free! The food usually all comes out within 10 mins. The food comes out hot and fresh, I love their boneless wings with hot bbq flavor! And their fried pickles w their special house sauce is amazing! Def a must have appetizer! I wish I could give them zero stars!!! I am writing this review while sitting in the restaurant! Took 15 minutes before someone acknowledged we were here. Then another 15 minutes for 2 lemonades for my kids and a long island They couldn't substitute fries for onion rings on the sampler even though they cost less and I didn't even want a price adjustment. Spoke with manager, he said he would not charge for the fries! Got them and cheese sticks and the fries were cold. Service here is horrible! Waited 20 minutes no one came back to the table, so I never got a chance to tell them the food they brought was cold! I'm assuming no one wants to work! Terrible service, it had been 2 years since my last order nd decided to, erroneously, give them another chance... not only they took ages to have the pick-up order ready, but they did not provide enough sauce for the amount of food purchased and a plate order was missing... (a plate was also missing last time I ordered, so I wonder if its a mistake or a strategy)... but wait, it gets better: when we went back to get more sauce, the manager took 15 minutes to attend (why do one need to talk to a manager to get a reasonable amount of sauce!) AND he gave us a hard time to provide more sauce and ultimately gave a miserable amount of additional sauces... Unfortunately, we didn't realize until later of the missing plate, butI was not gonna loose more time waiting for the non-customer-service oriented manager to be willing to attend me... Avoid this location!! I love BWW but this location is straight disgusting. They had a dead roach on the floor and didn't even bother to pick it up. They just continued to let customers walk by it. Had a gift card and went for a couple drinks. We then ordered 10 boneless wings in dry rub and one in sauce. The wings were small, over breaded and maybe the worst I have ever had anywhere. Between two of us we ate 7 and took 3 home where they sit in the refrigerator. Once upon a time things were good and BWW but they have cut costs and quality to where we will never return. I've had mixed experiences at this location. I guess it really depends on what time of day you come by, and obviously on who is your server when you do. On one visit, our waitress was obviously distracted and didn't do a good job of keeping up with us at all. Our drinks didn't get refilled, our sides didn't come out, and our waitress pretty much disappeared for the second half of the time we were there. I had to walk up to the to go area to ask to pay because we literally hadn't seen her in over half an hour. I submitted a complaint and the owners sent me an email offering a free dozen wings and a free side as an incentive to come by again. I took them up on it and went back. Apparently they don't know their own menu, because when I presented the email to take off part of the bill, they initially refused to remove the side item because cheese curds are listed as both a side and as an appetizer. Go figure. One major plus on this place is that they do tend to show UFC pay per views, which draws a crowd and makes for a great environment. They have buy 6 get 6 free on Tuesday so that's what I got 12 total traditional wings in the Hot flavor. I see why they give 6 free now one box the wings were overall a lot larger than the other box.
