I've been to many of these locations, and I can definitely say that they are consistent with their wings. The wings were fresh and hot, and the beer was ice cold. Those are two combinations that will definitely keep me coming back. If you stop by, make sure you try the wings (of course), the french fries, the fried pickles and the jalapeno bombers. The restaurant is very spacious and there are plenty of TV's for you to catch the latest sporting event. The bar is equipped with adequate seating, a wide variety of domestic and imported beers, as well as full bar service for whatever your spirit of choice is for the day. You can't go wrong here. I frequent this location as it's the closest to me. Today- WORST service I've experienced so far in all of Houston. We sat in the bar area as it looked pretty slow. Ordered queso appetizer thinking it would be quick but we were wrong. Took just over 20 minutes, and our server (bartender at the time, KRISTA) finally dropped it off and said "sorry for the wait, we were waiting on fresh chips" and walked away before we could respond. Queso was cold. We had to wait 5-7 minutes before she even bothered to look in our direction so we could ask her to warm it up a bit. What was she doing during that time in lieu of a check-back? Hanging out with coworkers and holding a baby (I assume a coworker brought their baby in?). We finally get her to come over and when we told her "hey, so this queso is actually just room temperature...." she says "oh...." and takes the cup with her without another word. Then I see her running other food, talking to coworkers again, walking back and forth... then she finally brings the nuked queso WITH our wings. So much for having our appetizer as an actual appetizer. We got some spicy flavors- I had a soda that desperately needed a refill. She NEVER CAME BACK. We finished our meal, the re-warmed queso was still untouched on the table, and my drink had been empty for a while. What was she doing? Talking to coworkers again. Right around the corner- I could just make out her arm/shoulder so I couldn't even flag her down. Then she visits with a coworker eating lunch two tables away from us- still nothing, not even a glance towards us. She disappears altogether for another 5 minutes and comes out with food in her hands, walks right past us without any eye contact, and then once again we don't see her at all. Finally I flagged down an "assistant manager" and explained the issue with the queso: no apology, no concern, just "oh, I'll take that off your check." A few minutes later our server walks by and silently drops our check on the table, right next to my card that was already set out on the edge, and just keeps going. The manager beat her back- he's the one that brought us a box and FINALLY a refill on my drink which I didn't even need anymore at that point. She finally processed my card and didn't even bother to say anything. If she hadn't been the one to take our order, I would've though she had a speech disability or something that makes her MUTE. We were the only people in the dining area and there was a few customers on the bar side. Our waiter Sherwin sucked he went missing for a while, he gave me my food before he gave my boyfriend his food and I finished my wings before he ever got his food, didn't inform us there was no free refill on the strawberry lemonade, just took my card and charged us without even giving givme a receipt first. I used to frequent this location quite a bit, but after my latest visit I almost don't want to go to any of their locations anymore. They have really gone down hill over the years and just aren't the same as they used to be. Service was horrendous on my latest visit. It was 1 mistake after another. I ordered 20 wings with 4 different flavors, and you would think it would be easy at 1130 am, with almost no customers yet..but they managed to give me 2 of the same flavors. In fact, 3 of the 4 flavors tasted nearly identical. Even the waiter mentioned they looked very similar when he delivered them to the table. This was all after about 30 minutes of waiting on the order. With only 1 other customer in the restaurant, why does it take that long? Wingstop takes 8 minutes and your order arrives hot, fresh and correct everytime. The waiter brought out the wrong flavored drink. At the end of the meal, he ended up charging me for the wrong drink he brought. My wife and I ordered some wings through Door Dash tonight which is a busy sports night (Astros, Patriots, college football). It took over an hour and a half for our order to arrive. We live 5 minutes from BWW so I guess we should have just picked it up ourselves. But that's not the issue. When we did get the wings, I would say 20% of them were shriveled up and dried out. Inedible. If I had been in the restaurant I would have sent them back. The carrots they sent looked like they had been sitting outside in the sun all day and the celery was mushy and brown. I honestly can't believe that someone actually looked at this food and put it in a bag. I included a picture. I was obviously disappointed with the food quality. Seriously it was pitiful. I called the store and calmly asked to speak to the manager. I really just wanted to let him/her know that the quality was really unacceptable. I didn't want a refund and I wasn't going to yell. But I think the manager needed to know. I was on hold for over 15 minutes. I got the distinct feeling that the manager was avoiding me and again I think this is unacceptable. Anyway, I think this is only my second Yelp review of any restaurant but hopefully the manager reads these because obviously he/she didn't want to talk to me knowing I was dissatisfied. So I've been coming to this Bdubs for about 5 years for every UFC PPV, I have always experienced great customer service from the manager to the employees, never a long wait at all either, but they just hired a new kid Hassan in early December...my God I was so disappointed in the lack of customer service skills this kid has, first time he served us in early December it took him 30 min to get our order for drinks for 3 of us...30!! Then another hour to get us food (mind you it wasn't packed at all! ), we had to call him over to get a refill and even then he would get lost and never come back! Well tonight I went for the jon Jones fight,this time 4 of us went, unfortunately we got stuck with him AGAIN, he was even worse tonight, we had to get up and remind him to bring us boats , napkins, to get us refills, my sister talked to the manager and apparently we aren't the only ones who complained about him tonight, one customer even getting rowdy with him and the other manager . At the end of the night he mixed up my tab and my brother in laws tab even though they were in separate folders when we handed it to him! Charged us different orders, told us to fill a quick evaluation for him and to give him 5 stars...lol fuck that, he said if we did it we would get $5 off both checks, he then said he never said that and continued to give my sister attitude when she confronted him in front of his manager, things got cleared and he gave us the right checks, we gave $0 tips and left a constructional note to help him and when he got to the computer to see what we left him he turned around and mumbled "Fuck y'all" , me and my sister both got up to handle the situation, the manager gave us a refund but they need a better hiring manager because it has been downhill these last months with their staff and they have a couple of solid people who give great customer service but he's not one of them. Also, we orders the chips And queso, and a chunk of the chips looked like they got some tortillas from the back and tried to make their own chips but didn't actually try because they were all soggy and still tortilla textured, some do the fries were still cold and not actually cooked AT ALL!!! I have enjoyed this place many times. The service has most always been very good. The beer is reasonably priced and cold. There are a lot of items to select from on the menu beside wings. The quality of the food that is not wings is very inconsistent in quality. quality is sometimes wonderful and sometimes below average. I am here with my 16 year old daughter. We ordered around 6:00 pm and set for pickup at 6:40 pm. We got there at 6:40 am and went in, but our food was not ready. On this visit, I used two separate rewards. One was a birthday Wing pack, and the other was a side. I could not order one of them online, so I called. The employee helped me place that order with no issues. When I arrived at the location, the order was ready. No wait time. Any fame really, they literally have at least 8 televisions, if not more just around the bar area. A different game on each tv! The wings and wedges are my guilty pleasures here! Lemon pepper wings are delicious and always have the right amount of flavoring for me. Potato wedges with chili and cheese are knee weakening! This BW3 has been a go-to place for me over the years, whether it's late night, birthdays, quick lunch, post-workout meal, or just a random hang out. I love the atmosphere here. So many tvs and games going on. Everyone just having a good time talking to each other. All the servers are great from when you walk in to when you walk out. They're very friendly and they each have their own little conversational input into what you order too. If they mess up on something, they'll sincerely apologize to you and get it fixed right away, and they frequently check up on you to see if there's anything else you need. I can't recall a time where I've ever had bad service here. :) The food here is awesome. I always get the Asian Zing wings and either fries or potato wedges paired with salt and vinegar seasoning! OMG that is so good. Get it! Their Honey BBQ, Salt and Vinegar, and Parmesan Garlic wings are great too! I wish they sold lemon pepper wings though. BW3 MAKE THEM PLEASE KTHNX! I also love coming here in the winter because that's when they sell this certain dessert. It's like a hot cinnamon cake with vanilla ice cream and caramel on top. It's AMAZINGGGGGGG. I'm pretty sure 99% of restaurants work this way. As we are waiting, this woman calls over from the to-go counter asking if we can be helped. I leaned over and said we were waiting for a table. This woman in the most condescending and rude way says "please....be.....seated.....anywhere...". Quoting some sign that we were not aware of. This lady must have thought we were stupid or slow because the way she "read" the sign to me. I have never been greeted so rudely in my life. I hope this person realizes how much of a detriment she is to this business that already seems to be failing. By far the worse Buffalo Wild Wings in Houston. I do not understand how the service can be as bad as it has been the past couple of times I've been here. We waited fifteen minutes for a table during an empty lunch rush, twenty minutes for drinks, twenty minutes for food and thirty minutes for no server to come over to get our checks. After that the bartender couldn't run our checks and the manager did nothing to say sorry for the service given. No discount for their terrible service, ask the manager about it and she took a $6.00 kids meal off the check and gave it back. Never going here again that's for sure. We walked in at about 9 on a Monday night, the hostess(girl with a curly ponytail) was rather dismissive of us but we thought, eh, whatever, it's a Monday night and we were seated relatively quickly. We didn't see her at all the rest of the night. A worker named James handed us menus and took our drink and appetizer orders. He told us our server would be with us soon, and about 10 minutes later brought us our appetizer(mozzarella sticks, very tasty). This was about 9:30. We waited until about 10:10 and flagged down James as he went by. Our drinks were empty, we'd finished the appetizer and we hadn't even seen our server. James apologized for the delay and promptly took our order, and we got it within 15 minutes and were done by 10:45. Food was very good, I had the street tacos which were fantastic. I saw a previous reviewer only got chicken on theirs, but I got a good mix of pico and a very tasty sauce along with the chicken in mine, they were amazing. My husband got a small order of teriyaki and hot wings and those were very good too. If it hadn't been for James, we would have left a 1 star review, and we'd probably never come back. First of all, my kids and I were the only family waiting in the lobby for a greeter. While we were waiting, other families walked-in and waited too. A greeter finally came and started to point at people so that she can seat them. She didn't ask who was first. My family was the first to walk in and last to be seated. Second, we ordered and waited a while for the food to arrive. Once we got it my son was missing the bacon that came with his Hamburger. My daughter wings were too hot so she changed it to medium. Waitress came back with the hamburger and a side of bacon for him to put on himself. For my daughter's wings, she came back with the same wing but medium coating on top of the hot. Third, we waited a while for the check. My kids had their head down, buried in their arms while we wait. Then she finally came with the check with only the receipt, no black book. So I was kinda confused if I should just wait or go to the front desk with the receipt. But I waited. She came got my money and receipt and brought those items back in the black book. We were looking forward to going to a place where we can relax and eat good food. We didn't get that at Buffalo Wild Wings. It was an horrible experience. This was the second time visiting this location and this will be the last time. If I can't get good customer service, then this place do not deserve my business.
