Not too bad. We came here to celebrate my brother's birthday. This is where he chose. I started off with a nice Angry Orchard on draught. It was yummy. We also ordered the fried cheese curds as an appetizer. For my main course, I ordered garlic and parmesan boneless wings and a caesar side salad. The cheese curds arrived first. They were pretty good. The ranch dipping sauce could have used some oomph though. It just fell flat. My wings were pretty good. Nice and filling. My salad could have used some more dressing, but it was still fresh and tasty. Our service was good. Our plates were cleared off in a fairly timely manner. i placed an online order and had to go back and ask for my potato wedges because they weren't in my bag. not only that but i ordered 12 wings, 6 buffalo dry rub and 6 buffalo ranch. 6 of my wings were naked with no sauce?!? As someone who works in food service bagging orders please double check what you are handing out to guests, it is extremely upsetting and turns me away from wanting to order from this location again. read more

Buffalo Wild Wings has created a place where even the athletic novice can feel like he or she knows something about sports. And it's not the type of place that is "owned" by a particular group of fans, so all are welcome to come in and cheer. I am not particularly knowledgeable about sportsing events and their rules or teams, but I still enjoy raising a glass with a raucous crowd when one group of people does something presumably great against another group of people. I jest (mostly) but my point is still that it's fun to come in and let my flag fly a little. Theyve got a lot of room, a lot of TVs, and usually a lot of different sports. Since we're coming up on the only tournament I don't miss in a year, March Madness has already taken hold and the televised options are primarily college basketball. But I've been watching some great F1 coverage as well. I'm also not a fan of wings, which might invalidate my opinion for some, but despite that I have to mention the only real shortcoming here, which is presentation. Everything comes out looking like little more than high quality fast food. Don't get me wrong, it's really tasty, but there's a sort of "stamped" feeling. Consistency can be a good thing though, so I can't fault them too much. Then again, no other restaurant serves food as casually messy as this place. My pulled pork sandwich was such a pile of glop that I couldn't imagine actually holding the whole thing. Eating with a fork wasn't an issue, as it was still tasty, if not a little underwhelming in the Barbeque department. Overall, it's a legitimate place to go if you like sports, if you like wings, or even if you don't like either. Just home from Buffalo Wild Wings. Went to watch the Colts Play off game. Expected it to busy and it was. The service was worse than I have ever experienced in my life. We sat for 45 minutes before anyone came by and we were seated at the kitchen door. I have always been partial to independent restaurants where the owner/managers had a stake in customer satisfaction. This visit reinforced my opinion. I have never seen wait staff that seemed to be annoyed that customers came in. Plenty of tips to be made. Some type of Manager ask about who was covering our table and we pointed to the guy she just past. She had just asked him if we were his table and he said no. She replaced him with another guy who was just as bad. Another 45 minutes to pay our bill. We regularly go to Buffalo Wild Wings but won't return to this one. I love this place, as an option, for the lunch time meals/good prices. I can't judge on dinner time or bar area, because that doesn't involve me. I like getting the "Buffalito" which is a chicken soft taco - and small side salad. You can choose one of their famous wing sauces that is coated on the chicken inside the taco, however, I found out getting a BBQ sauce makes it taste too much like a McDonalds Snack Wrap. The side salad is a small step above Subway in the quality of their lettuce/greens. I know most people don't usually order a salad at Buffalo Wild Wings, so the taste seems old and bland. The taste of the Buffalito is good, but I try to finish the salad in hopes of not wasting food. I recommend the cheesecake dessert bites (you can get a chocolate or caramel dipping sauce with it - included). Those are worth it! read more

BW3's. Seems like I'm only allowed to go there when the wife is out of town! However, on this fine day there was a game on TV that we both wanted to watch and we were stuck - BW3 or nothing. Oh, the humanity! Like most, this particular BW3 has the bar, the TV's and the great menu variety. What it doesn't have is a great layout. We were seated in a section that had the choice of either watching a projection screen of questionable clarity in another room or looking straight up at the TV's in our area. Think front row of a movie theater. Not the best view, and the sound wasn't much better. The food was typical BW3. . . great wings (always better than Hooters) and nachos, wife had a burger (good, but not as good as my wings) and the kids had something kid like. I have been to this location 3 times since the original shut down. I understand these times are difficult on everyone, including those who work in the service industry. Especially since I have worked in the industry. I really try to be empathetic and understanding as much as possible but my service at this location for the third time in a row has been frustrating. The amount of people they can seat is obviously reduced; however they seem to have drastically reduced their staff as well. They don't have enough people working to cover the capacity they have. The staff seem to not be able to keep up and I think that is unfair to the wait staff. The food has also taken a decline is quality. Wings were over cooked and fries were subpar. What was most disturbing to me today was there was a particular staff member who constantly pulled his mask down below his chin. He was initially bussing tables but pulled his mask down while cleaning them. Even while within 6 feet of a customer. Later during my visit he started waiting tables and PULLEDHIS MASK DOWN after he got to the table to speak to the customers at his table. While walking to the restroom I could see into the kitchen and see that the kitchen staff snd wait staff also had masks pulled down to their chin. This is a management issue and a pretty serious one at that. I will no longer be frequenting this establishment and will be going elsewhere to watch my football games. I do not like to be the person complaining about these things. I hate to come across as the mask police and it pains me to say anything to an establishment during such times, but there is a blanent disregard for customer and staff safety at this location. This is on a non busy day After sitting in booth for roughly 15 min our waiter comes and says he'll be with us in a minute. By far the worst service I've ever had anywhere. Had better service at McDonalds. Walked in with my fiance, hostess were rude and wouldn't even look or make contact. Sat down, waited 10 minutes with no server & plenty of servers kept walking past. Eventually went to the take out station, waited a good 5 minutes finally was approached. I'll be damned, it was our server. She took our drink orders and food, never talked to her or her trainee again until we asked for the bill. We ate here quite often dine in or carry out. We placed a to go order for $60 and when I got home one order of my wings that was supposed to have hot barbeque, had no sauce at all! My onion rings & cheese curds didn't come with the southwest ranch they were supposed to, let alone the extra I paid for. ALL of my ranch was blue cheese instead. Take last Thursday when I ordered a bottled beer, Red Stripe, and the waiter quickly snickered and said "We don't have that". Came in last night to catch the Colts game with my family, service was great but food was mediocre at best. When our food came out the fries with all five meals were cold, so I asked for fresh ones. Instead of giving us fresh fries, the cook put the stale fries back in the grease to warm them up and it was very obvious when they brought them out as they were all crispy with nothing inside. Been here a few times since this is the closest Buffalo Wild Wings for us. This location always seems crazy busy, and service is just okay. Usually the servers are fine, but the kitchen gets backed up really easily. This is a very large location, so the fact that there's always a wait is a pretty good indication of just how backed up the kitchen is. Pretty loud here too, but that's pretty well the standard for BWW. If you're looking for a good place to catch the game, this is a good spot - just be prepared to wait a little bit. read more

I don't have any complaints with the food, I love their parmesan garlic and honey BBQ sauces. They give me the flavor I want. I also really like their potoato wedges and their waffle fries; they are much tastier than their traditional fries. Their beer selection is good, I would like to see more local brews offered at B-dub's, but maybe they will in the future. I've begged them enough and have heard from their managers that other customers are asking for locally brewed beers. It is supposed to be a sports bar, but it is a little on the big size and lacks the sports bar atmosphere, which detracts a little when I am watching any type of game at B-dub's. My biggest issue with this location in general is the slowness of the service. Gettign seated isn't a problem, but sometimes getting waited on can be a problem and so can getting refills on my soda or when I want to order a second beer. I dont know what all the bad reviews are about, this is my favorite place to get wings. There's several Tv s for sports, great menu, and the wings and diversity of sauces are great. And 30 beers on tap mostly craft beers what more could you want. To be fair I always go to the bar and sit so my service is awesome and I get my wings hot and in a timely matter. I have like 34 check ins here some there doing something right. My only complaint would be there a little expensive. But this is my goto place for wings and beer. And the have half price wings on Tuesday ... 10 wings for around $5.00 is a great deal and they have daily beer specials . What more could you want.. This is a sports bar. It can be loud and obnoxious, but that is what is supposed to be. I go there often for lunch. It gets 4 stars for bar food and wings, not as fine dining. If you want a place that has a good crowd and enjoys whatever game is on, this is it. They also have NTN Playmakers, I love those trivia machines! Free wireless is such a bonus. I go to the bar, have a beer, wings, and work. It doesn't get better. Don't go expecting to make phone calls though. You can't hear anything because the noise level is very high! Very disappointed with my second time here. To be clear, I made an online order to be picked up at approximately 6:40PM on this past Saturday night (11/7). I got traditional wings and boneless with fries. I called at 6:10PM to let them know I actually wouldn't be able to pick it up until 7:00PM that night and they said that it was fine and that they would let the kitchen know. When I arrived at 6:55PM, I picked up my order they showed me everything and it looked fine. When I got home I looked at the ticket on my box and it said that it was approximately finished at 6:23PM. Yes, that means that my wings and fries were cold. They were not warm whatsoever and the fries seemed barely cooked to begin with. I am very frustrated that they didn't tell me that when I picked it up or that whoever I spoke to on the phone was incompetent and didn't actually tell the kitchen that I'd be coming at 7:00PM instead of 6:40PM. 30 minutes of my food just sitting makes a huge difference. It was disgusting and I'm appalled that this even happened at an establishment like this. read more
