Overpriced scammers. We ordered boneless wings that we're hardly sauced, and over breaded, we had to ask for sauce to put on them, and a burger that was supposed to be a double Patty. In fact all of their burgers are listed as double patties unless you do the all American then you have a choice single, double, etc. The burger arrived I cut it in half and there was only one patty,(I was splitting this with someone else), when I asked the server why only the single patty she said they're all singles unless otherwise specified. I showed her the menu and pointed out they're all listed as doubles. She said the menu just changed and no one had ordered a Bleu burger in quite a while so she was unaware of the change. I asked how much we were being charged because it's listed at $11.99 and she said oh it wasn't that much, I'll look. At the same time I asked for napkins she never came back. I had to go to a corner booth where napkins were stacked and help myself. When she did finally came back 33 minutes later it was with the check stating she took the burger off. They're clearly running a scam on over-breaded, under-sauced boneless wings and serving singles unless questioned, and once you do they claim ignorance and just remove it. Its a corporate wing chain so you know what your getting but i love their flavors so wanted to stop in. This is the largest bdubs ive been to and the bar was open so my gf and I sat there. The server was friendly and patience. She gets five stars. My only real complaint is that i wanted something other than wings to share with my girlfriend so we ordered a snack plate called the "garden crasher" and the portions were pathetic. For ten dollars we got robbed. Guess thats what i get for trying to be some what healthy at a wing joint. read more

The server was an excuse oriented individual. Our food took forever and they messed up all 4 of our meals. When asked for a manager they did not seem apologetic or give a crap about our problem. They also made up a ton of excuses to try to salvage the situation. For a person like myself that work in customer service it was the worst experience I've ever had at a Buffalo Wild Wings. So what can I say about BWW. The food is good hot and plentiful. for the most part Service is really decent unless they are busy. Let's just start with I love this place. It's easily a default choice if me and my wife can't agree on dinner. Typical of the service you get at Buffalo Wild Wings. I stopped in today for wing night. I don't have kids so I'm at the bar. The bartender is polite but, she doesn't know me so, I got my food and a beer and then she brings the receipt. I never asked for it. It's not too busy at the bar. Maybe I might have another over priced beer but now it's like drink that and get out. The wings were good but the potato wedges tasted like they had been pre cooked and put back down in the dryer to warm. Wonder why they just sold out to Arbys. We dined in this evening and it wasn't awful, it just wasnt great. We got out entrees before our appetizer, which kind of defeats the whole purpose. We did not have any silverware, napkins, or condiments and weren't offered any. We had to ask. When I did ask for some ketchup we got about 6 packets for the 2 orders of fries we had. Our table was not very clean as it still had crumbs on it when we sat down. Idk if they were just THAT busy with mobile orders or what, but you'd think they'd cater to dine-in customers just a bit more than they did. Came to watch the game and as always, the food didn't disappoint. We tried the new bourbon honey mustard sauce, on the side at the waiters suggestion, I wouldn't recommend it. I like bourbon and a honey mustard but this was neither. Our service left us wanting more. They knew we were there for the long haul and we had some beer lovers in our group but they left us hanging on refills. I chalked it up to a long day. Where do I start? We came here during a Pacers home game and asked to have the nearest TV changed to the game. "Our bartenders don't like changing the TVs but I'll try." It wasn't busy. Still never got to watch the game. Took 30 minutes to get our appetizer followed by cold wings. My son's Mac and cheese was cold so we sent it back. Sat in the bar and I'm in the service industry and have been for many yrs. holy F my life, what a HOT MESS. Appetizers took 36min to arrive which was just as long as the wait to place the order. This place is horrible. The staff sucks. Ask they want to do is stand around and talk to each other. We were seated immediately, and that was the best part. No once ever came over to acknowledge that we were even there. We're sat foot ten minutes with no one saying e anything, not even a drink order. We got up to leave and no one said anything. There was a guy at the door, he asked if we were satisfied and were told him what happened. He just looked at us with no response, so we left. Maybe it was a dead night but this location is just dreadful. The ambiance here is nothing like a sports bar. I use to love going to Bdubs with my friends, we could hang out all night. On this particular occasion I felt a little rush. The waiter kept coming back to ask if we needed anything else. He even gave us the check before I even asked for it. I paid for my check but we still hung around to chat. Again the waiter came back to asked us if we needed anything else, it's not like they were super pack and needed a table. This is a franchise, the wing taste similar at every location and I much prefer Wingstop anyways. We used to be heavy regulars here...4 times a week on avg for trivia. But over the years they have become way too expensive compared to other local sports bars. This is a chain restaurant. The atmosphere and the menu are the same at every BW3's. With that said, I have never been disappointed with the food or the service at this location. Maybe I've just lucked-out. Or, maybe it's because I try to stay away when I know the place is going to be packed to the gills. We pretty much just stick with bone-in wings and baskets of potato wedges and draft beer when we eat here. Their wings are always cooked perfectly and their huge variety of sauces are all great. The only complaint I would have is that the wings seem to vary in size too often. I've yet to have bad or mediocre service here. It seems most of the waitstaff are younger but they've always been on the ball and been courteous. BW3's is close to our house and always a great place to go with our kids & family or a large group of friends. read more

We went there Tuesday (yes I know it is wing night and usually busy) and literally took over 30 minutes to place an order- and they were not that busy. They came 3 times to verify our order- it was to go! Two of those times they asked me ' so you do want celery and ranch?' and both times I told them yes. Got home- and I have carrots and ranch . Also I ordered boneless for myself and they were half covered in sauce ! I think that if I'm paying $35 for some wings our order should be right! I stopped in at 11:35 pm on a weekday night-I got off work unexpectedly, and hadn't had dinner yet. Thought I would stop in for a beer and a quick bite before going home. Apparently they can't serve alcohol past 11:30. It was only me and two other people at the bar(who had beaten the 11:30 cut off, since they had beer). They are open until 1:00 am. You can order food, but no alcohol. That was really fine with me, but I was made to feel very unwelcome, like they were trying to close. I want to say no one should expect much from BDUbs but that would be horrible. Customer service is customer service. If you work at a restaurant you should list customer service as #2 on your list, after quality of food. The wings were good, but cold because we had a big party and I wouldn't even know how to fix that so I didn't care much. But the service was a noooo go! I walked in to 5 or 6 people standing around and not asking me if I needed to be seated, although the sign said to wait to be seated. First off. Service was terrible. Spent 39 minutes waiting for a table. The place was almost empty and we only had 8 people. The lady that seated us told us that we were "stressing her the f*** out". The communication was terrible. When we were finally seated we waited for almost 10 more minutes for a server to ask what we wanted to drink. Not very happy with the service. Worst restaurant experience I have ever had! Took over 35 minutes just to have someone take our order and that was after I flagged someone down. Took over an hour to get our food which was not what we ordered. Waited another 30 minutes for food. While we were waiting for food waiter didn't come back to get drink order. Again had to flag someone down. When we were finished and asked for the check, it took over 30 minutes to get that and that was because I went to find a manager. Used to go to B Dubs in New York all the time so if you've been to one you know what to expect. They have pretty decent food, boneless wings are good, and a pretty good selection of beer on draft. Plenty of sports on a the many TVs and projectors as well as NTN. Still haven't found a "good" bar in Greenwood area so this isn't a bad place to grab a few drinks. read more

I haven't been pleased with any of the BWW locations I've been to but this one was even worse than normal. Slow service, took 15 minutes from being seated to even seeing our waiter. They weren't even that busy at all. We politely asked for a sporting event to be turned on just one of the tv's and that never happened even after a friendly reminder to our wait staff, we were promised it would be on. Never happened. They are also skimpy on the wing sauce as of late. Would not recommend. Personally, I'd go to wings, ect before any BW3 location. read more
