Empty restaurant, took 20 min to find hostess. Told to wait another 20 min for table. After 30 min, we left.

Doubt management actually reads the review, considering all the one star reviews! After many mistakes we've decided it was time to leave a review. We love the idea of Buffalo Wild Wings but it feels like somethings always wrong with our meal! We have a newborn at home so we've been ordering takeout. On multiple occasions we get home after pick up (which btw is pretty far from the restaurant and BWW never meets it pick up time expectations) and something's missing or wrong with our order. 1. No season on wings! 2. Forget our side of fries 3. Put sour cream after requested no sour cream (I hate sour cream, ruined the whole plate of nachos) 4. Forgot the marinara sauce and salsa that come with the $18 sampler platter 5. Food wasn't ready for pick up at set time (waited 20 minutes longer) Needless to say BWW needs to step up their game! read more

Saturday of NHL and NBA playoffs with UFC pay per view scheduled. Place is only 1/2 full. Ordered appetizers that took 40 minutes. (Onion rings and Fried Mozzarella). People come in after us and have been served. No wonder 2 stars. read more

Food has really gone down hill since Covid. A shame since it's nice place to watch the game.

No no NOOO!!! Why does everything have to have spice in it? I mean when you order a Parmesian garlic sauce one wouldn't think it would burn your mouth. Fries came out Cold. Even my husband who likes spice did not like the Caribbean jerk sauce, he said it tasted like a Christmas spice candle. Thank goodness I got a burger the cheese curd one and it was good. Might as well tell ya too that even having a handful of tables seated with most if them eating already, it took for ever to get our food. TERRIBLE SERVICE! I went here twice within 3 months and both times I waited over an hour for my food before canceling my order because I needed to leave to eat to go get food because I was so hungry. I brought it to the attention of the manager and she said "Its the best I can do" .... Really? That's the best you can do for PAYING customers ? We sat for over 15 minutes just for our waitress to finally show up at exactly 6 and tell us that happy hour is over, then we waited over 5 minutes for our drinks and now we've been waiting for over half an hour and no one has come by to fill our drinks or let us know how long our food will be. The service was so terrible! We got sat down and we had waited 30 minutes and had to WAVE a server over and yelled " ma'am" then she proceeded to tell us she is not our table and called another guy over and they had a back n forth conversation in front of us that neither of them wanted to take it because they had 3 tables each. This place can't ever seem to improve. From the day it opened to years afterwards, the kitchen is incredibly slow. If you're lucky, you'll have a server who comes by and takes your order and refills your drink while you wait. Otherwise you are sitting there, starving, and dehydrated. Online orders are no better. You order it and get there, and it's not ready until at least 30mins AFTER they tell you it's ready. And when your food comes, it's cold. So cool. They are consistently crappy service. read more

So my review is about take out not inside service. I came in to order and Ronan was very friendly, outgoing, explained the deals and made me laugh, he even told me his favorite sauces. He took my order and told me 20 minutes, now i won't lie it took like 47 minutes but i understand they were busy, but Ronan kept me updated throughout and even asked if i needed something to drink. The rest room was very dirty and i actually changed my mind even going in lol, i think they need to hire someone that maintains there bath room. That was very disturbing. The vibe inside this BWW was very nice and i really appreciate everyone saying hi, i seen the other reviews and i guess when you eat inside there is bad service, lol but my take out experience was actually really good. I order via doordash and 3/3 times they have messed up my order and I'm only ordering for two people. This location has some real issues. We have had issues in the past but things change so decided to give it another chance. Our food took well over 40 min to arrive. There were two different tables that sat after we did but received their food before we got ours. ( this table had made made to comment finally when they received their meal)When we did get our food it was half of our order. My wife's meal had been given to one of the two tables I mentioned before. We split the one meal not wanting to wait another 40 minutes to have them fix the mistake. It's time management reevaluate how this place is being run. I must say the hatch chili burger was delicious and would definitely try it again but not at this particular location. Wow, not sure where to start. A horrible experience. We went up to go to my nephews birthday and seven of us went out to eat at this place and it was just awful. First we were told it was a 20 minute wait, after 42 minutes we got seated and once our order was taken it took 54 minutes to get our food! The server was so sweet that it gave us patience but after our food arrived and everything was cold, I mean everything, that's when we became upset. They took a couple of things back to reheat or get it hot or however they do and it came back exactly the same way. So each one of us, seven people, ate cold food and there's nothing worse than cold macaroni and cheese, cold chicken strips, cold burgers and wings, it was terrible. The bill was astronomical, which we kind of knew going in but not as bad as it would be. It was so utterly ridiculous that I should be posting pictures of what all they charge you for. I can't believe this place is in business still but maybe because it's the only one around that area. Horrible horrible horrible, I can't say that enough. The server is the only thing that saved it or I would've called for a manager and we've all would've lost our minds. Her name is ERICE and as awesome as she was, never once apologized for it taking so long as she wa strep-Ed and probably didn't notice. She did know that our food was cold though and tried to do her best but when it came back, it was just as cold. Ordered take-out for pick-up. The order said it would be ready at 6:30pm. It wasn't. They said to come back. I came back 5 minutes later and stood in line. I waited as my food was already ready and sitting there. They asked the people in front of me if they wanted napkins and silverware. When they got to me, I got my order and as I was leaving, I realized we didn't get napkins or silverware. I went back to the counter and asked for napkins and silverware and she grabbed them and then said, "these items are add-in's. Next time you need to ask for them, ok?". Got home with our order and realized the extra sauces I ordered were only about a quarter full. Some of the wings with original sauces we ordered were completely dry. WE DIDN'T GET THE CARROTS FROM OUR ORDER AT ALL! They were completely excluded. Not happy with this transaction at all! Do better, B-Dubs! read more

Today we waited 30 minutes to be seated. 15 minutes before we even got water. Runner that brought our food was rude and threw our food on the table in front of us. Veggies were dry enough that I had to spit them out. Asked for silverware and was brought our check instead. Our waitress charged us full price for apps during happy hour and then told us that we were wrong about what time we ordered when we tried asking about it. Spent almost 2 hours to take 25 minutes to eat our food. Another time only had our waitress come to check on us to take our order and bring us our check, and didn't see her the rest of the time. I've had 3 really bad customer service experiences and they've all been here. Won't be ever be back. read more

Really crappy experience- came in for dinner at 3:45 in the afternoon and it was super empty. After waiting for someone for awhile we were told wait some more- then a lady came or the front and said yeah what do you need. I said well we wanna eat. She goes well yeah but it'll be at least 10 min. Mind you it's been over 10 min of us just standing there. We have being going there for years. Even during Covid restrictions - they did a good job. However with restrictions modified with seating at bar-we went in and there was a wait and they said they were short staffed. The place was basically empty except for the bar itself. Their employees have quit- and moved on. One would think that there is a problem with Management- that has been a problem at this location for a long time. So avoid this place for a while- let them deal with a short staff - because they are short staffed because of Mis-management Good luck - they have so much to overcome read more

When I placed this order it gave me a 1/2 hr-1 hr delivery time. After the hour passed it added another hr. It gave me notice that my driver had picked up the order, but his car had not moved for 15 minutes, then I got a notice that he was running late. I finally got my food 2 hrs 6 min after I originally placed the order and it was stone cold. Inedible. I won't be ordering through BWW or using grub hub again. read more

Only good thing was the waitress. We waited an hour for our food. My son's chicken strips came out so burnt and crispy not even I could bite into them. My buffalo chicken wrap had no flavor. My husband's burger was cold. They brought my sister fries when she asked for a salad. They forgot her chicken tacos and she had to wait an additional 30 minutes for them.
