I would like to start by saying that I am a really enthusiastic and positive reviewer, and this is the first time I've posted a low number of stars. However, I'm hopeful someone will read this and want to make some improvements, because there are some reasons to eat here. First, the good: the food is pretty good. The chicken sandwich is excellent, the appetizers are creative, and everything is well seasoned. In the world of chain wing joints, this food is probably at the top of my list. However. The service. The restaurant had half the dining room closed, so it was not full. There seemed to be ample staff, but even so our server was hard to track down and slow to respond. I ordered a glass of Pinot noir and was presented with a glass of white wine. After forty minutes of twiddling our thumbs, I finally flagged down our server and inquired after our dinners. She went back to the kitchen, and immediately reappeared with our cold entrees. There seemed to be some sort of policy against providing full sets of silverware. Instead pieces of cutlery were delivered one at a time upon individual request. It seems unfair that this sort of poor management survives so well, but in a small town like Lebanon, choices are few. However, one would think that everyone should have the opportunity for a fun night eating wings and watching the ballgame without all of these service problems. Please, Buffalo Wild Wings wings, consider checking in on this location and making some improvements. read more

Lebanon Bdubs. What can I say that's positive about this little gem. I'm seriously asking cause if yelp could give negative stars I would give this one a -20 star. For starters the place is nasty. The food is about as low quantity as the help serving this garbage. Don't get me wrong I love Buffalo Wild Wings. But this place is a disgrace to the brand. Management is as low quality as the food. Don't get me started on the restroom. Smells like a dive bar restroom that's right up the street which will remain nameless. If you want quality food, stay away from this one and go to Bdubs in Anson where the food and service is great. Thank you for your attention to this matter. read more

I ordered a single hamburger with mayonnaise, lettuce and pickles to go. When it was delivered, I was not impressed. It was a double (that was too well done, it hurt to swallow). No lettuce, no pickles and very little mayonnaise. My dogs enjoyed a too done burger and DoorDash refunded my $12. read more

Pink jersey woman for the win! She was great, seemed to apologize right as we both got to the counter for not noticing I was there when she already was bringing my order to the to go counter! Fun vibe here with the staff for sure, it is too rare to recommend buffalo these days. They seem to think wings and beer are all that's needed to treat customers without the insight to note quality positive staff that is well paid and benefits from fair corporate treatment shines brighter than any food or beverages. Proven out everywhere I go enforcing the vital need for proper pay and big chains raking in insane profits for their investors had best realize that those most invested are handling boiling oil, cleaning tables, and patiently waiting on difficult people knowing the tip will not be enough. I can also say my six piece hot Buffalo boneless were made right, balanced on sauce, and too easy to eat! I'm sad the brisket is all cleaned off the menu. That dirty dubs tots, tacos, and brisket burger were the best things here! read more

Every to go order has at least one thing wrong with. Not sure why we even went back. This time ordered 10 boneless wings. Outside sticker says 10 and there's only 5 inside. So, just ordered over the phone (online orders are not available at this time) they told me 45 minutes until i could pick up. it was cold when we got there 40 minutes after i ordered. (5 minutes early) we got 30 boneless wings 10 of each flavor 20 were correct, mine was a dry rub and i absolutely hate it. it was supposed to be a wet sauce. we also were supposed to receive ranch (that i PAID for) with each which we did not. but since this order has went to sh!t i don't want to waste anymore time waiting for them to fix it nor refund it bc it's like what? 11$ for 10? moral of story check EVERYTHING before you leave restaurant . fries were good tho. read more

We waited an hour and fifteen minutes for food tonight. The tables next to us showed up much later and somehow got their food faster. Finally got the food and we were missing two meals. 15 minutes later, we finally get them. The manager was far from helpful. Zero stars!!! Had an online order. It gave me an hour and a half wait time. When I got there they weren't busy at all. Then I waited for another half hour while they made my food AFTER I arrived! Then they didn't give me my drink and I had to wait more than 5 min at the bar to get that (it was on the original order). Then I got home and half of my order was missing. No fries with the things that were supposed to come with them. Missing 20 wings. Missing sauces. So I went back. Another 45 min later, I had what I ordered. Close to 3 hours. Our server Mikayla greeted us got our drink order. We sat for about 10 minutes waiting on drinks. We waited another 10 minutes for her to get our order. She didn't come back to check on us at all drinks sat empty. We tried to get her attention to get another drink and she walked right by. Waited 20 minutes for food which she just dropped off and walked away. Didn't ask if we needed anything else. We were greeted then abandoned. Updated review: Never seen Angela since our first visit. Been here three times since then and your staff is horrible. One waitress even forgot to put our food ticket in. We waited way too long for our food when there was only three other tables in the place. Disappearing staff, rudeness, careless managers, and have to wait forever to get anything to the table. First time visiting review: Our waitress greeted us right away and took our order quickly. She was very friendly too. Pretty fast waitress for having lots of tables. Came here with my girlfriend after she got off work. I love BDubs. Always have. She got a cucumber margarita - which was DELICIOUS! When you order the margarita, you also get the leftovers in the shaker which is always a plus. I got a wrap and my girlfriend got a burger. Everything was delicious and perfectly made. The best experience I had at BDubs was today. I'm definitely coming back. The waitress was Angela and she was amazing! read more

Horrible attitude and service from servers and management. Understaffed and overbooked, they don't work well under pressure. Server told me she wasn't gonna go get my pick up order that I was waiting on for almost 2 hours. After she said that I asked to speak to a manager and the manager was too "busy" to talk to me. My boyfriend and I went in to the restaurant last night and during that time, the wait staff was preparing for a surprise party for an employee. Totally fine, but towards the end of our meal, staff began closing down the establishment with 3 tables still in the restaurant. I have worked and managed in the restaurant industry and my staff would have never been able to do this with people still there, and especially on a night where the NBA finals were going on. To make matters worse, there were several times where servers on the clock would walk past our table and curse loud enough for our table and others to hear. More than likely will not be back if this is how the establishment is ran. Very disappointed. read more

My first time here they messed up my cholesterol fudge cake. They forgot the fudge & ice cream. This time they have it so loud in here no one can hear me as I was trying to call in my order. Hard to find, turn in before Bob Evans but before Walmart. I stopped in while traveling from Chicago to Raleigh. Good service, smiling faces, and the usual food. You know how they double up on the breading and then short you on the sauce? Same modus operandi here. The huge surprise came when the bartender, Crystal, stopped pouring a drink as the national anthem played....on tv. I was blown away, I tipped 100% of the bill and thanked her. I was craving some lemon pepper wings and I went in and ordered a to go order. When I got home and dug in, I immediately puckered. It tasted like they just went to Walmart and got regular pepper and then the lemon juice that comes in the lemon juice squeeze bottles. The wings tasted like they were marinated in lemon juice. Trying to get our waitress to come to the table was like trying to catch a fish in my toilet, not happening. She was annoyed that we asked. They are not busy tonight and not friendly. If you are lookIng for any type of good service, friendly staff, or quick food you would be better off building a bonfire in the parking lot and going to Walmart across the street to get s'mores and hotdogs and the homeless treating you better. Overall, staff is still complacent, inexperienced and more concerned with socializing with each other than serving customers. There are a handful of good ones; almost all work in bar area. Charles and most bartenders, such as David and one female bartender are very good. Manager was kind and helpful last time we sat in dining room and had bad experience with botched order there as is usually the case. He listened and showed sincere desire for restaurant's improvement. But today, two other managers still seem to hide in back and show not even a smile when they occasionally come out. If you go, definitely eat at the bar. Service is absolutely horrible and they even manage to mess up carry out orders on a consistent basis. The bartenders are actually pretty great though...just don't ask for a booth or table and expect any type of decent service. You'll likely have to go looking for somebody when you need a refill or anything else for that matter. The wings are good...but honestly...it's pretty hard to mess up wings. I travel the Midwest, and am typically eating BWW two nights a week. I order the same thing every time, and it's amazing how many of the restaurants mess up my order. This place in Lebanon, IN gets it right every time!!! Along with being very easy on the eyes, Melissa does an awesome job of making sure everything is correct, and that you leave with the intent if coming back when you're in the area.
