We ventured to Buffalo Wild Wings tonight for the buy one, get one traditional Tuesday wing day. I would like to say my wings were spot on; unlike the service. Yikes, Christopher left a lot to be desired. He did not stop at the table for more than a quick "drive by" more than 10 seconds. We asked for extra wet wings; didn't happen. We asked for additional sauce; the sauce came well after the wings were cold. No napkins; we ask.... and then ask again. We frequent the BDubs in the Andover area weekly for lunch. I am typically not a fan of BW3...anywhere. But I must admit, this one was pretty fun and we had exceptional service. I feel like almost all of Lexington was at the restaurant that night as the UK vs. South Carolina game was happening the following day, but we got a seat fairly quickly and were treated very kindly by the wait staff. Went in for lunch takeout, waited 15 min for food. Came out, order was wrong. Went back in. Waited 15 min for food to be redone. By this time, fries were cold, I was late for work and still hungry. Was handed the order, host snaps and says "Check it make sure I did it right". I asked "What?", she says check it to see if it's right. I open it and it was correct. When I go to eat my food, there was no sauce on the sandwich and there were no napkins in the bag. I go back in. (I was eating outside with friends a few doors down.) I wait for someone to come back to the front. I ask for sauce and napkins. -By this time I think I made the host mad. I asked her for some sauce and napkins. She got me some sauce. ....and I waited. It wasn't until another server noticed I needed something so I ask for napkins. BOY DID I GET NAPKINS! I spent my entire lunch hour waiting and waiting. Never been so disappointed at this establishment as I was today. This was my family's "it" place to go hang out, watch some football, eat some good food and have fun...I am rethinking where to hang out now. It sucked waited 2 hours for food, it was all cold and they kept saying our food was being held up because of door dash, our waiter played on his phone, my cousin didn't get her food 11:50 and we have been there since 10:15, the mozzarella sticks was so hard it broke my tooth, this place is trash don't recommend eating here unless you have a good dental insurance, that's on period! read more

Horrible experience taking my three children at this location on July 4th for lunch. It was a light crowd and the waitress was just completely aloof of order, service, etc. We ordered soft pretzels as appetizer and after a 30 minute wait we inquired again and they soon arrived. Our entree was small boneless wings, fries, celery. Instead 20 minutes later (now at 50 minutes) we received regular wings, no fries, no celery. Told the server this was wrong and then 10 minutes later the boneless wongs were brought back but still never got fries, celery, etc. They did not provide me the order reciept apparently so I couldn't leave feedback, only a the credit card receipt!! A bunch of F ups work here. For six months they have been screwing up my order. It's truly amazing how many ways they have found to mess up a double cheese burger! Even after politely asking the waitress to double check the order is right(carry out) it still comes out F'd up. Once they got it right and it was everything I dreamed a cheeseburger and fries could be. I kept holding on to hope that they could change their ways but only one order in twenty comes out correct. Today marked the 20th year that I have been coming to this BWW. Worst experience I have ever had, will not be coming back. My son got his food 15 minutes before my wife and I, our food was cold and not prepared correctly, no sauce with Nashville Hot Chicken???? I asked for the Manager and he defended the delayed service, he acted like a13 year old, although maybe he was 16. He didn't care to value me as a customer. I have noticed over the last 5-8 years that this restaurant has high employee turnover and the quality of the food and experience of being in a sports bar has declined to the point that it isn't worth visiting, especially since they have dramatically increased prices over the same time frame. I hope the UK students will not continue to keep this establishment in the black because it needs to be closed for good, poor employees generally means there are associated health risks in eating at this BWW. This location is the worst for carry out! I like my wings cooked 30 mins (seriously extra crispy). The cooks at this location will purposely NOT cook them as asked. I have to recook the wings every single time when I get take out from here. If you're close enough, just go to the other location on Old Todds. As a loyal customer, I have always loved B-dubs but I won't be going to this location ever again. Twice this week I've gone home with the wrong order (learned my lesson) and when I came back to get it corrected, I was met with the worst attitude I've ever received at a restaurant. Great place to meet friends and family for dinner. I love the wings (wet or dry) but my wife can't get something else other than wings. I've always like the wet sauces but have started ordering the dry seasoning with a side of one of the wet sauces. We love to go there to watch Kentucky basketball games. We had a group of eleven people go there for lunch today after our son's 8th grade graduation. To start, it took a while for someone to greet us, & it wasn't too busy there when we arrived. I helped the hostess pull some tables together for our group. Our server was polite, and an ok server, but it took our food over 1 hour to arrive. They blamed the kitchen on being slow due to a lot of people there, but again, it wasn't very busy. When our food arrived over 1 hour later, my grilled chicken I ordered showed up fried. I started to eat it anyway, but it was very thin, dry & simply horrible. The server brought the manager out (by his own suggestion), & he offered to comp my food (though we paid for everything else), which is the only reason I gave a 2nd star... Great Wings sauce selection & food over all, service & waitresses can be sloppy. Most servers barely know the basics like what's on the Menu, what are the Happy Hours timings & the special menu & their prices. That's what happens when you hire a bunch of school teens to work for you. Environment & ambiance is good but the Wifi sucks when you have hundreds of customer in the restaurant on busy hours. I go to this place only on Wings Tuesday & Thursdays to take advantage of the special pricing on the wings and selection on Happy Hours are decent. I wouldn't recommend this place for you to take your date with you (it's Loud AF). Parking on this premises is still a menace, good luck finding a spot during peak hours. I'm a big fan of the chain and we usually eat here once a week. Also, haven't missed watching a SuperBowl from here for years. My only real complaint is: Why no loyalty/rewards program? I actually went to BWW's site to email them this question only to find out that they do have such a program, but none of the Kentucky locations participate in it. What the %!(*? Why is my business and patronage not rewarded as it would be if I went to just about any BWW in any other state? I'm sure this is a franchisee decision, but it's a wrong decision.
