I didn't pick Hooters, but I wasn't disappointed. I got the Western burger and you can tell by the picture just how amazing it was. There's two patties well cooked lots of oozing cheese. I don't know how I got my mouth around that huge burger but I'm not a quitter. Lol. Burger was awesome but it could use a little more barbecue sauce, which I asked for. I got tater tots and asked for them crispy. They were perfectly fried. I was absolutely happy with my food. My nephew got all you can eat wings and I had to sample a couple. Their wings are bomb too. Hooters used to be our favorite place to watch NFL games. NOT anymore. Waitresses seem disinterested, managers don't pay attention to what's happening or they do, but they just don't care. The food is delicious and we got it fast but it's been 4 times in a row that when we're still eating they ask us to close out, say they will send another waitress but never do! It's awkward that we were still willing to ask for more food or drinks but they kinda kicked us out by not offering further service. While we were waiting for a second waitress to replace the first one, one of the girls accidentally dropped a bunch of dressing on my husband's back and yes, she apologized, but they never took all the papers towels -trash- we used to clean his sweatshirt and even with that embarrassing moment we never got any further service! Terrible experience! Go for the food (thank you cooks!) but when it comes to service lower your expectations, seriously! read more

We weren't necessarily looking to go to Hooters in Loveland because the last Hooters we went to (in Westminster) was absolutely awful. This one was a nice surprise. Not joking: Playboy had good articles, and Hooters has good food! I had a tenders & wings combo. The wings were decent size - bigger than Wing Shack's, smaller than Buffalo Wild Wings - and the sauces were fine. (I'm still looking for a favorite.) I was glad I added a side of waffle fries, which is big enough for two normal people to split. Very good dipped in ranch! Speaking of ranch - what came with my meal was delicious but small, and I ran out well before my need ran out. My husband & I frequent many restaurants here in Loveland area & enjoy contributing to the Loveland community. We 99.9% always encounter a 4-5 star experience at many places, however today was awful. Our server Caroline at The Loveland Hooter Location was one of the worst servers we have experienced. The wait to to be served was very long at our booth, no engagement with us while ordering, zero CS experience & overall rude. The restaurant was not even busy..... we understand if somebody is training, busy crowd and just a hard day. I suggest management trains their staff and let them know that they'll get way more of a tip a simple smile, personality, and customer service experience. After being sat, we waited for 10 minutes hoping someone would at least acknowledge us. We told the hostess about it who immediately went and talked to someone about it. Another 10 minutes went by, (for a total of 20 minutes now), and still no one had come to our table at all. We decided to leave and as we were leaving, we told the manager about it who offered free wings if we wanted to sit down again. Hooters in Loveland does not. It's a 25.00's gift card. It's not 100.00's. It likely cost them 10-15.00's to honor this gift card. What a shame. I won't be back. I recommend you skip this one too. It was pretty dead for some reason so we took a seat at the bar and had lots of beers and the tender of the bar was a lovely young lady named Maddy or madeileine. she was a swell bartender! Well, thanks to a sick cat I have the joy of going to Ft. Collins once a month or so, and this Hooters has become my go to pitstop on the journey. The good: The coconut shrimp is delicious and the hot wings are so much better than they used to be in the 1990s. The bad: The service was not too terribly good, but then again, who comes to Hooters for the service. The ugly: They played the theme song from "2 Broke Girls" as an actual song. A little overpriced, but that isn't the main gripe. Ordered the Philly cheesesteak, and the Hooters branded wax paper it was served on completely disintegrated under the grease and cheese. Not fun picking tiny bits of paper from every bite of food! Our server had a wooden personality and didn't seem able to muster a smile if her life depended on it. Charging extra for a small side of ranch to dip fries in seems unnecessarily petty, especially given the inflated beer prices. The server was not friendly at all. She did check on us frequently but acted like we were beneath her. When we got our ticket she had put 4 deserts on our ticket that wasn't ours plus my extra shot for my drink was more then my actually drink. When we asked about it they took the deserts off but informed us that she accidentally ordered me a higher quality tequila and that is why it was more expensive. Have a Hooters regular patron over the years. But have not been to one in about a year. There is one across freeway from our hotel, so my copilot and I went there for dinner tonight. The best part of our meal was the service. Melissa provided excellent service, highly personal. And although we have had Hooters Wings in locations all over the country, tonight's wings were nothing special. We intentionally order them extra crispy because their wings are better when prepared that way. The cook did not give us extra crispy tonight. But instead of complaining, we ate them anyway. Besides, a good New Belgium Ranger IPA makes any meal better. No worries, we will always return Hooters. Their wing sauce is still the best. read more

Sometimes they're super friendly and fast, on the other hand we've dealt with servers that sit and talk with their friends or are also not very attentive.
