Whenever we are in Loveland, we always stop here. We order the Big Mouth Chili Burger with fries, which is an open faced burger smothered in pork green chili, yummy ! You will not be disappointed. Hubby and I split it and enjoy some adult beverages. Service is great, clean inside and out. We stay at the Holiday Inn Express and just walk across the street. read more

Bad service & Poor Food Quality My wife and I placed an online takeout order from this restaurant tonight at 5:50 PM, following the instructions on their website. We were given a pickup time of 7:30 PM, and my wife arrived at 7:27 PM to pick it up. Unfortunately, the food was cold and soggy , the bag was wet from the condensation. When we got back to hotel, which made it obvious that it had been sitting out for quite some time before pickup. The quality was extremely disappointing, especially after such a long wait. What made the experience even worse was the customer service. Went back to restaurant requested a refund due to the condition of the food, but were told the only option was a replacement order. Then the manager on duty stated that even a replacement was no longer possible. There was no effort made to resolve the issue or show concern for the poor experience. After reading other reviews, it seems this may not be an isolated issue. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this establishment, especially for takeout orders. We will not be returning, and I would strongly encourage management to address both food quality and customer service problems. read more

Reviewing Boot Grill as a restaurant only: it was underwhelming. It was "seat yourself", so we picked a table and did. The waitress definitely saw us sitting there, but we sat for a LONG time before another woman came over and gave us menus. One minute later, the waitress came over to take our order, and we weren't ready yet. We decided what we wanted, then waited a LONG time before the waitress came back. So the timing was really off. The rest of the way, our service was friendly, but not attentive. We ordered the nachos appetizer. Maybe some people like the flavor of raw jalapenos. I'm not one of them. And most places give you a lot more food when you order $16 nachos. The chicken fried steak had a little "especially good menu item" symbol next to it, so I tried it. The quality of the meat was better than most places, but the flavor was very bland. I want a lot more flavor from a chicken fried steak and gravy. I failed to notice the "Kitchen Staff Gratuity" that was snuck in below the state, county, and city taxes, so I paid two gratuities, and that rubs me the wrong way. How about you just pay your kitchen staff a little more? read more

The Boot Grill has a promising concept as a cowboy/country themed sports bar, and its spacious layout makes it a good spot for large groups or catching a game. We came to the Boot before a show at Blue Arena. Our experience wasn't average at best. The food, while acceptable, is uninspired and generic, offering little to stand out from countless similar establishments. I had the Southwest wrap with chips. While the wrap was decent, the chips were greasy and so not tasty. My boyfriend had the chicken tenders, which as expected were just like any other chicken tenders, so nothing unique. Additionally, the service was a significant disappointment. The staff felt inattentive and unfriendly, which made for an unwelcoming atmosphere. While the decor and ample space might appeal to some, the lackluster food and poor service overshadow these positives. Not sure we will visit here on our next adventure to Loveland. read more

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Everything we had was either subpar or not good at all. On top of that, our server took us over 15 min to bring us the check, we were also waiting for an additional 15 min to pay and eventually got up to head to the front to pay to speed up the process. We got the boot shot which aren't very good and not very flavorful. I got the bacon Guac burger and was one of the worst burgers I've had. It tasted as if the hamburger patty was previously frozen and had freezer burn on it. I would look elsewhere if you're looking to go somewhere for food. read more

I wish I would've taken pictures. I know it had bad reviews but we tried it. Servers were sweet. Beer was cold. Steak was juicy and good. Chicken fried steak,mashed potatoes,and green beans were perfect. The chicken was crispy how I like it. The green beans had a crunch and tasted fresh. Only thing I could complain about was baked potato that came with steak a little hard but even then I could live with it. Moral of the story give it a try. Went on a very busy night (a Friday, a live band, an Eagles game at the arena). Hostess was excellent, and our server tried her best to keep up with a lot of customers. But the Reuben sandwich was the worst I've ever had --- or ever will have, I'm sure. The corned beef, if you can call it that, was slimy and lukewarm. The other ingredients were almost unidentifiable and equally hard to eat. Even more shameful is that they charge $17 for it. When everyone at our table got up to dance, the busboy took all of our drinks, even though we had coats and other things at the table that showed that we were still there. read more

Edit: Go to Mashlabs just down crossroads. Better food, better beer, better employees. I like supporting local restaurants. This place does a good burger and the beers are cold. For some reason they have 4 different t seating areas. Typically only the dining side and the bar side are open, but occasionally the upstairs and the patio are open too. The bar side is the only place to sit, imo. The dining side is sad and depressing. All of that is the good about this place. The wait staff is atrocious. Rude, unfriendly, bad odor, and all around unfit to wait tables. I don't know if these ladies are giving favors to the owner or what but half them shouldn't be employed holding a traffic sign but here they are waiting tables and "engaging"with customers. read more

We sat ourselves in the dining room. It took awhile for someone to take our drink order. I ordered the chop salad no onions. It came out with onions all throughout. The waitress did not return to check on us for 20 minutes. By that time my husband was finished with his meal. When she did finally return she asked how everything was. I told her I was disappointed that I ordered the salad without onions and she said "OK. Anything else." That was it! No apology or trying to correct the problem. Myself, my two sisters and brother-in-law had dinner there last night, and it was excellent. But tonight, we ordered our food to be picked up, thinking it would be another great meal, but we were wrong. We ordered a Buffalo Chicken Salad with Avocado Ranch Dressing on the side and a Mile High Club Sandwich with Sweet Fries. When we returned back to our hotel with our dinner, we discovered that we did not get the dressing which made the salad a little plain and the sandwich was wrapped in crinkled up aluminum foil with part of the sandwich showing and unwrapped. The fries were soggy and wilted, and the paper they were wrapped in was sticking to the fries. I did not get any condiments, so the sandwich was dry with cold meats and cheese. I am very disappointed, especially after spending $14 for that sandwich. Had we received food like this last night, we would not have returned tonight. They could have spared a Styrofoam to-go container instead of that aluminum foil. The napkins were small bar napkins, not actual meal napkins, but we didn't notice until we opened the bag. I do not recommend ordering takeout because the kitchen does a terrible job with order presentation and does not follow order specifications. T It is quite apparent they just threw this irder together. At least dining in, you can request corrections to the waitstaff. read more

Then 15 minutes after we were done eating i had to walk up and talk to the hostess to have the check brought to us. She asked how we would like to pay, never told me the total, I Had to ask for it. This is a fun ass bar I tell you what, I came in & did have to wait 30 minutes just for a seat at the bar but I didnt have shit to do so I waited in the car for their call. Upon entering I realized they would be having some love music later in the evening, & boy oh boy did they ever. Some bad called "trip wire" was on stage & they rocked the fucking house & none of them dudes looked a day over 63. I've never seen someone make the violin their bitch like this old fella in the band did, drink prices weren't too bad & the shitters were clean. I didnt really have to ask for another drink when I was near empty becaus I'd just turn around from watching the band & one of the tenders of bar had already given me another drink. I did not order any food but I saw some of the food coming out of the kitchen & it looked pretty god damned delectable. I had driven by this bar 100's of times but this was my 1st visit to it, well sumbitch I tell you what Ill damn sure be returning to party my bitch ass off! read more

I was undoubtably racially profiled here. I don't usually use Yelp to report racial profiling but last night one of your security guards very clearly racially profiled me in front of 6 of my white friends. Full disclosure, I was dressed very nice for my friends birthday party and I'm 24 years old. When I sat down at our table, your old security guard came up to me and said "can I have ID please" and I asked him "you want just my ID?" To clarify. And then he said yes, so I asked curiously "you don't want any of my friends ID, you just want my ID?" And he said "yes, is that a problem?" and I said no and handed him my ID. From there my friends leaned in (the bar was had some great but loud live music) to ask "what was that??" And while I was explaining to them that this happens when you're a brown man in a place like the Boot, the security guard came up to me again, put his hand on my shoulder and said "do we have a problem here? I see you guys staring." To which I responded "no we don't". Typically I'm not one to back down but I was clearly in the not a safe place to be disagreeing heavily. (And it was my friends birthday) Luckily I have good friends that will back me up about this. I don't think being someone with my name or look carries enough weight to make a difference in management so I'm getting my (white) friends involved I'd also like to add- I do not drink. I was in no way intoxicated during this experience So if you're brown, or have a brown friend, don't bring him to the bar. Or disguise him or something idk. Decent live music though. read more

So-so food, but with really nice servers. We ordered their blackened salmon special (17.99), but liked the grilled asparagus that came with it the best. Hamburger (15.99) was ordered medium but came out over well-done, dry and not juicy at all. Side salad (3.99) wasn't anything special. So we left $50+ lighter but felt like it should have been closer to $30 based on the quality and taste of what we ended up getting. The good thing was there was no wait. Ambiance, check. Cowboy decor, check. Menu potential... check. And yet, somehow it just didn't add up to a great experience. We had the green chili cheese fries. Not sure about you, but I'm expecting.. green chili. It was red, so red. Red tomato red sauce red. It was regular chili. Strange, but not the end of the world. The chicken avocado wrap. Ok... So the thing is- when I eat a wrap I want fresh crisp lettuce, grilled chicken, sliced avocado, maybe some melted cheese and a delish sauce to top it off. That's just how this was described (in more or less words). But what came out was a tortilla, and inside it was literally a mushed up coleslaw mix of ingredients. It was like they took a pound of shredded cheese, threw in mayo, globs of squishy avocado and a few pieces of chicken. It was mushy at best. We had the brownie dessert, good flavor, but the brownie was more comparable to batter than to a cooked treat. Finally, while the waitress was nice, we had to prompt every step "could you please grab our plates when you have a second? Maybe a soda refill as we haven't had any in our glasses for quite some time?" and then had to wait an excruciatingly long time. There was one other occupied table in the whole place, so I'm sorry but there was definitely opportunity. Won't be back, thanks though. read more

The interior of the restuarant itself is pretty nice and service was good. I cannot say the same about the food. While I am partial to corn tortillas, both the prime rib and shrimp tacos had these dry crumbly flour tortillas and the meat was not very tasty. The Nashville chicken sandwich was also not very good. The chicken to breading to bread ratio was so off, it's like you were eating a bread sandwich. My parents got this dip sandwich and wanted to point out how much scum was in the jus.
