The food was mediocre at best. The dining room (the bar top is where I sat) was sticky and not clean. The restroom was an absolute nightmare. It smelled like sewage, it looked like the floor hadn't been mopped in a few days, and the commode made me ill. My first time going to a Buffalo Wild Wings because I had a gift card. Went to the website and found a deal. Went inside and asked for the deal and that I had a gift card. The lady pretty much said that's online if you want me to do the order it's more than double the price. I said ok I will figure out how to do an online order. The service was great, our server was attentive and friendly. We waited no less than 10 mins to be sat and attended to. The food always hits, especially for the Tuesday special. However, I went to the women's restroom and all four stalls had no toilet paper or toilet seat covers. We were there on Thursday during HH. There was only 1 server at the bar area, she did great that's why you get a otherwise it would be 0. There's no busser, 2 tables were dirty since we got there and no one cleaned them. Customers sat down at the dirty table and just pushed the dirty dishes to the side. Floor was dirty and sticky, the bathrooms needed service, no manager around to help the only bar server. We noticed 2-3 employees coming before 5:30pm, they all clicked in, but instead of getting to work they sat down to be on their phones or chat with each other. No hostess to greet customers. Overall, a very poor way to run a business. I used to be a Manager at a restaurant and believe me, if I saw my servers busy. I jumped in to help them, even if that means cleaning the bathroom myself. I just love the wings at this place. The garlic Parmesan sauce on the wings is my favorite. This time I switched out my fries for their onion rings and they were really good. I could have used a few more, there was only 8 on my plate but my friend got more. Our waiter Sergio was the best! He was very patient with us old ladies and got us everything we needed with a smile on his face and even joked around. His boss Emily was also wonderful helping us out too. Once again B-DUBBS fails to wow! The place was packed on an NFL Sunday afternoon, dozens and dozens on a wait with seemingly open tables everywhere. I was gifted a $25 dollar gift card in June and as you can see I didnt rush in to use it but I thought today what do I have to lose. Bartender Service was pretty good, and the TV's had all the games I wanted to see. That was the best part of my visit About that gift card for some reason or another the establishment wasnt taking gift cards during my visit and I was forced to do something I said I would never do again, fork over my hard-earned cash for the place I consider the worst restaurant chain in America. I drove 30 minutes to this menifee location because they close at 1 AM . I arrived at 12:00 on the dot one hour before closing . The host whose name I did not get was a (guy) told us they couldn't serve us because they wanted to close the kitchen early today. 01/15/26 . I will say, Kailey did an excellent job serving us, I used to be a server so I know how it can be. The last two times I came here was such a disappointment. I am only rating two stars because it used to be our favorite spot and once upon a time had a staff that cared about their customers. Tonight was a celebration for my daughter and yes I know it was football but we waited to be seated for 2 hours we were super patient. We asked 2 times if they knew about how much longer only to be told "we can seat you but we dont know when" that was after the first time of them saying it was a 30 minute wait. Once that second hour hit we just left and went somewhere else. My daughter stayed with her friends but we ended up at two separate places which was sad. Only to find out it still took 45 minutes just for her to get her drinks and another 20 for their food. Thats just insane! Not to mention the last time I did eat there the food was so awful. First he forgot one of the drinks we ordered. Then we got the wrong flavor of wings. We ordered a large fry and there wasn't much on the plate. The fries tasted a bit cold as if they were sitting out a bit. Not much flavor. For as long as it took to get our food the flavor wasn't really there. I would not recommend this location. Just wanted to let management and the higher ups what's going on in the business. There are 5 tables available and there are 5 groups waiting to be seated. Mind you the tables are for 4 people per table and some groups are more than four but there are 3 groups with 4 or less guest waiting. I went in to ask the hosts why they weren't seating people in those tables and she said bcus the server who would be serving those tables is serving a party of 10 and she would be able to serve those tables so there was no point in seating people at those tables. The entire outside is also not being used. Hopefully BWW can fix this bcus I also didn't have a good experience at the one in Murrieta. I occasionally order takeout from here and they NEVER get my order right. NEVER!!! I ordered a wrap which is supposed to come with fries. I modified the fries with seasoning and cheese, and I also ordered carrots and celery with ranch dressing. Guess what they delivered? A wrap and a container of ranch! No fries, no celery or carrots. The fries were actually an add on, but the chips and salsa didn't come either. Their menu items are too expensive to routinely miss items.
