We got back into town around 7 tonight and stoped here to grab a bite and watch some football because double dogs and blind squirrel had long wait times. We sat in the bar area and noticed the place was very understaffed but the two servers in the bar area were working very hard to make sure everyone was taken care of. Both were polite, kind and doing their best. They needed help. But i never saw a manager anywhere in the establishment. We ordered drinks and some queso to snack on. By the time the queso arrived my husband had finished this drink- about 15 minutes. She brought him another drink and we went ahead and ordered our meals thinking it might take a little bit for them to arrive. I had noticed the meals at the tables around us coming out in parts. One person would get wings and someone else would get fries. Then a few minutes later a burger would come with the first persons wedges. So I was hoping for the best at this point. About 25 minutes passed and my husbands order arrived via a food runner. He didn't have anything to drink. So i gave him my drink. He ate about five wings before the server came back to check, realized I still didn't have my meal and offered more drinks. She brought his drink but not mine. Then about 20 minutes later, they brought another order of his meal. But not mine. The server apologized and took my meal off the ticket and said she would have mine made. By this time my husband was finished eating and I still didn't have anything to drink. So we just paid for what we had received and left. She did say she was sorry and that she wasn't a cook. I know it wasn't my servers fault. However, I can't recommend eating here since the place is grossly understaffed and had no management present. I know that BW3 is a chain restaurant and they are everywhere already everywhere but I'm all about having more of them.BW3 has the hottest wings of a chain restaurant for wings. If I go to roosters or Hooters then I usually get the step above hot however at BW3 I'm getting the hot and that's it because they are smoking. I have to have a lot of beer to get the wings above the height I have tried the wild which is the hottest ones that they offered when I went there and they were just ridiculous too much for me. The only thing that is keeping me from going to BW3 is the price it is the most expensive of the major chain chicken wing restaurants. I do like their food but they're just priced a little too high for me I wish that they were a little less expensive then I would go more. However I still give us a 4 out of 5 because you can't really go wrong with the giant TVs they have in the locations that I can watch sports wrestling or UFC or basketball. That is one good thing as they have giant TVs everywhere they do serve cold draft beer and they do have hot wings you can't go wrong with that. So I would recommend getting some buddies together going up there for a game have some laughs drink some beer eat some wings. read more

I did not eat here often. Today we came to eat after a kids football game. We were quickly seated. The place is clean and they have game pads for the kids to play on. That's awesome to keep the kids entertained while the adults chat or watch the game. Food is decent. I usually get the boneless buffalo wings. This time I got their regular wings. It's a wing place and they have many options. It's good for kids and adults. Our service at this visit was okay. We had what we needed but the service was slow and the server wasn't very energetic or personable. Want a place to watch a game and eat wings? This is your place. read more

Awful service. I went with some friends a few months ago and the food wasn't bad, but they are very, very, very, very................ s-l-o-w. I thought I would order take out a few months after my dining experience seeing how they couldn't possible mess that up. Wrong. Even though I ordered online an hour in advance, my order STILL wasn't ready 75 minutes later. It is actually 85 minutes later as I stood at the take out counter for 10 minutes before anyone even noticed me. I emailed this BW3 about my poor experience and no one ever bothered to reply. In other instances when I complained to management about a poor dining experience, I got an immediate reply (and usually a offer for a free dinner) I wasn't expecting them to offer me anything for my bad experience but I at least expected them to respond. I guess that was asking too much from these people. I won't go to ANY BW3's solely b/c of the experience I had at the Middletown location. read more

Our previous visit to this nearby restaurant was a flop. Our waitress apologized for the delays and quality (cold) of the food and said that the kitchen was struggling. That was last week. Yesterday (Tuesday 4/5) we tried to go for some wings and there was a sign on the door that indicated that they were closed because of "no hot water". Ok. I called tonight and was told "we're open". We went. There's hardly anyone in there. We sat at the bar to eat and endured 15 minutes of commercial fan noise. We had a drink and ordered food. While we were eating, a guy was behind the bar mopping. I watched him poor a liquid onto the floor and continue mopping. The smell of bleach was overwhelming and when we asked for the manager, our bartender came to discuss it. She told us that they never use bleach on the floor and she was sorry. If I could give this place no stars I would. We came in knowing we would have to wait to be seated. We were told it would be a 30-40 minute wait. 40 minutes later we ask what was going on, as the whole seating area was basically empty with only 2 couples seated. We were told we had to wait for a couple to get up to leave for us to be seated. Which made absolutely no sense as they had LOTS of seating. The service was awful. Came here around 9pm on a Tuesday night, everything was great until we waited for our food for over an hour and a half. Also, our waitress didn't bring us our appetizer until after our food came out because she forgot. The food was cold and the sauce on our wings was wrong. We waited some time for refills twice. Our waitress kept getting our orders wrong so we waved down a different waitress and asked when she thought our food would be ready and told her that we had been waiting for an hour and a half and she had a bad attitude and was very rude and said that she wasn't our server so it wasn't her problem. BW3's used to be a terrible choice for lunch in Middletown because you could never eat and get back to the office (which is less than 3 mins away!) in under an hour. Thankfully they have the Fast Break menu now; your lunch is free if it takes longer than 15 minutes so the service has greatly improved. Now, I'm going to preface that there was a very big game on and the place was packed, and in no way was I expecting anything to be fast. I placed an online order earlier that day and it said it would be ready at 7:15pm. I walked in at 7:10 and the place was insane. The patrons in front of me had been waiting over an hour for their to-go food orders also placed online and over the phone. I had asked a few times what the time frame was the backup and they wouldn't answer. I asked a manager if my order wasn't on the line if I could please cancel my order. He looked at me and walked away. I waited another 20 mins and asked again, if my order wasn't being prepared, could I please just cancel and leave. Again, was ignored. 45 mins later, I asked a final time and they "moved my order to the front of the line." An hour later, I had my food and had missed half the game. Worst B-dubs ever. Ordered online for pickup more than two hours prior to 3:30 set time today. Promptness was important to me because bringing food for many people and my kid prior to 4 pm game time. Got there at 3:24, employee confirmed my order. Sat and waited. Some customers ahead of me, sure, here early. Not really busy in my opinion. All got food and left. Started to see multiple people come in and get food, leave. Still waiting. Almost 30 minutes later with no food, carryout kids hugging, laughing and grabassimg from what I can see in through little window to kitchen. Now 3:56. All carryout clerks MIA at this point. Was told 15 min prior after FIRST complaint by one of the kids that they were waiting for chicken fingers on my kid's order. No one at takeout counter for 10min. Finally had to flag down a waiter and complain, speak to manager. Couple of minutes later, he appears, apologetic but with no real excuse. Disappears into the kitchen. Lo and behold my order appears, but missing a few sauces. I an FURIOUS at this point....game has already started, friends and kid are waiting for food. I shakily go through order and even say 'the worst thing that can happen at this point is if you get my order wrong'. I notice that there is no honey mustard for my son's mini corn dogs. He goes back and brings what turns out the WRONG SAUCE, which I didn't notice until I got home. Also was missing ranch sauce as ordered. I don't typically prefer chain restaurants like this, but I met up with a group of people here. I've been to a few BWW before, but this one had great service and good food. We were sat immediately and couldn't have been more impressed with the service. I ordered buffalitos and a side of buffalo chips (my fav!!). The food was what I expected. It came out quickly and was hot. The best thing about our visit was our server. She was very friendly and helpful, offering good beer selections. She had a table of very obnoxious teenagers that were sitting behind us that were very rude and disruptive. She handled them with class and even apologized to us that it was disruptive to our meal. We got carryout i ordered honey bbq boneless wings. They had little to no sauce on them and half of the "wings" looked like cut up chicken fingers while the other half was all breading no chicken. There were actually 2 "wings" that had a completely different sauce on them. I usually love bdubs but this was an epic fail. I would definitely stay away from this location.
