This was me and my boyfriends first time eating at this BWW, we just went to order their wings thinking that's what their known for. We got seated right away and the waitress was nice. They had a bunch of big screen TVs playing sports it was type loud but that's how it's supposed to be knowing it's a bar restaurant. The only complaint I'd have is the waitress forgot my celery with my honey bbq wings. Hubby and I dined here on a Sunday afternoon in November 2014 - our first time ever at any BWW. Guess I should share with you here that buffalo wings are probably my favorite food in the world, so I've been extremely excited to try this place out! Place was busy and we waited about 15 mins for a table. Our server, Cassidy, was excellent and even answered all of my many questions, I had 2 margaritas which were very good. We shared an order of nachos which were just OK - flavors were good but they could have used more cheese. For our meal I ordered the boneless/regular wings combo - 1/2 garlic parm regular wings and 1/2 medium boneless wings. Both varieties were bad. Really, REALLY bad! Garlic parm wings were extremely undercooked, greasy and had no Parmesan cheese on them, and boneless wings were cold, dry and overcooked. Hubby had the buffalo ranch wrap which he said had very little chicken in it and filled mostly with lettuce & cheese. Onion rings and their accompanying dipping sauce were delicious! Such a shame, loved watching the football games here but if you can't make your buffalo wings right I won't be coming back. Buffalo Wild Wings is pretty much the same any location since it's a chain. I love their boneless wings in honey BBQ but other than that nothing tastes great. Fun place to hang with friends and watch a game but the food taste similar to a movie theater or concert venue. The pretzels I had were fine, served hot which was nice but tasted frozen. In south jersey, soft pretzels are a thing so you can't really get away with that. I think bar foods like mozzarella sticks, fries, nachos can still be done well without much effort-chain or no chain. read more

This review is gonna be a bit different but stay with me. Yesterday I was sitting at the bar enjoy some cocktails and wings when a grown ass man named Paul who is just a customer started losing his mind because the bartender heard him wrong and poured him the wrong beer. She went to turn around to fix it and he processed to say "you don't have to be such a ducking idiot" which of course caught everyone at the bars attention. He then caused a scene arguing with the manager and trying to get another gentleman sitting at the bar to back him up (which wasn't happening because he was wrong). He also said "guess you don't know who I am, I'm here all the time" like he thought that made it okay to call her a idiot. The bartender Tori is awesome and I felt awful that she is being talk to like that over a mistake that easily could have been fix without all the extra drama that followed his nasty comments. So Paul if you see this just know we all believe that you are in the wrong. Other then this whole situation the service was amazing. I'll say it up front, I love this place! My husband and I love this franchise and have visited locations in all the states we have lived in. The food is good and well priced. The restaurants are clean, have lots of TV's, and have good service for the most part. I am in love with the teriyaki boneless wings and the soft pretzels. So yes while this is another chain restaurant, it is s a good chain. I am really a fan of the amount of different sauces that you can try on your wings or a chicken sandwich. I have been here a few times and the food is nothing that I have an issue with. Pub style food and a little bit higher of the price because of the name. The service was good and the number of tv's is enough to see every game you would ever care to. My only issue with this place is that they built it sooooooooo small. The restaurant is the smallest BWW that I have ever been in. If you want to watch a game here with friends make sure you get here very early. Another odd thing that they have is "game day waiting" So usually you walk into a place and they will say 10, 15, 20 minute wait. Well during any kind of game they say "game day wait," which means, they have no idea how long it will be. It was a little disheartening, but we were over to overcome it when a few seats opened at the bar. Also, since the parking lot is shared with a shopping center, good luck finding parking. I was very disappointed with my visit. We got there at 6:20 and reserved a table for the 5 of us. They told us it would be about a 30 minute wait... but we waited for about an hour before going inside to ask about our table. When we went inside, they said that their text message to us never sent and that's why we weren't seated. No big deal, she said we would only have to wait about 5 more minutes, so we stood there and waited. and waited. and waited. for 25 minutes while other people came in and we're seated. One guy even came in and offered us his table, and the lady at the front waved us off and said "no don't worry about them". She finally grabbed our menus and rudely told us to follow her almost annoyed that we were asking about our table, threw our menus on the table, and said nothing to us. Our waitress was another story. She didn't greet us at all, and she would quickly stop by the table and not give us any chance to ask for anything like a refill or more sauce. This is the first BWW I've been to in years where the food was piping hot. Also, I've had a craving for hot wings and decent ones are almost impossible to find in Philly. This location is actually really nice, and well kept...and about a 10 min drive from Cherry Hill Mall which is convenient as well. My tastebuds were satisfied. I used to be a fan BWW...but I am no longer a fan. This was my second trip to a different location BWW hoping for redemption. Sadly the food will not be redeemed by service here was actually really good for the time we went around 1:30-2:00. I ordered the 15 minute lunch special the boneless wings and a side ceased salad. Wings tasted fine they were at least hot unlike previous visits to other locations. The salad though....was not good. How does one mess up a salad? It's lettuce for goodness sake. It was just way to watery, it's almost like I got water as my salad dressing lol. Our server was very nice and attentive never had to wait for a refill. Lots of Tvs to watch a game or Sunday afternoons to watch multiple. The food is ok. The wing sauces are cool since you can get different options. I ordered 50 with my son with 6 different sauces. 3 were good 1 was ok the other 2 were gross. I highly recommend the habanero if your into spicy. I always order my wings dry everywhere I go because I like them crispy and like to add my own amount of sauce. The biggest disappointment was 1/3 of the wings were "soft" almost mushy like. I only had a handful of the 50 were actually crispy. Very disappointing. I would highly suggest ordering the wings well done, that may solve the problem. That was my mistake upfront not asking for "well done". All in all I wouldn't seek out to go here again but I'm sure I'll be there again and I'll just make sure I go well done. Desserts are good! Really enjoyed this place. Lots of TVs so you'll definitely be able to watch your game no matter where you sit, also REALLY like the spacious booths for seating. If anyone in your group is tall or big, you won't have to worry about being cramped in. We came on a Saturday early afternoon, not super busy. Our service was just fine. We were pleasantly surprised! Enjoyed the sampler appetizer - onion rings had a favor nice gentle flavor, nachos are surprisingly good and mozzarella sticks are just right. We've been here a few times but this time was so disappointing. I believe our servers name was Brian. We ordered our drinks and told him we needed more time to decide what we wanted to eat. He must have waited till we finally ordered our food to put our drink order in because they were not busy but took way too long for our drinks to get to us. So I was in the mood for wings and opted to stop in here for lunch. I had the Chipotle BBQ and Mango Habanero. Both were very tasty. Afterwards I had the Ice Cream Overload - kind of thought there would have been more chocolate/caramel sauce. Overall the restaurant and restrooms were very clean. The only issue I had was inattention by the wait staff. I will say when I walked there was no one at the front desk, and I was one of 2 or 3 people in the place. The wait I had came by so infrequently that I was there 1.5 hours just for lunch. I don't know what everyone is talking about but my husband and I have been going here since they opened In October and we have had nothing but great service. We do sit at the bar and have beer while ordering our 60 cent wings. We are never neglected and entertain ourselves with each other's company or the quiz game on the little game pad. If we ever did wait a long time...we never noticed because we are always laughing and talking with the bar staff. We Go there to relax and have a good time so we are never in a rush. But when they have issues with DoorDash drivers not picking up deliveries, it takes a minute to call a customer and let them know. Received a confirmation at 8:11pm for an ETA of 9:24pm. Given 2 choices- wait and see if the driver ever gets there(closing time was 10!!) or cancel the order. Meanwhile the food was sitting there, apparently staying hot but probably chewy by this point. We canceled but wild wings really weren't overly concerned about any of our inconvenience- blaming everything on DoorDash. Meanwhile, we have no food and it's too late to order anything else.
