This place is a disgrace. I was presented a fork in a dirty napkin, lol. I asked for a knife and got a set of silverware wrapped in a paper covering. Weird. Why was my fork solo and in a dirty napkin? Obv picked up from a dirty table. Wonderful for the pandemic we live in. My 13 dollar wedge salad came out falling off the plate w a chicken tender on top that was put thru the fryer probably 13 times. Boneless are hard as rocks and cold. There was no wait but it took 2 hosts about 5 minutes to figure out where to seat us. I was about ready to jump in and help them but they managed to finally figure it out. Service was slow, our server didn't have any knowledge of the menu, and our order was wrong. Our order got corrected but the bill was then wrong which was another ordeal to figure out. Nobody was friendly or apologetic. As a former member of the service industry, I'm sympathize with all the staffing issues they are struggling with but the bar fell short on this one. read more

Arrived in the afternoon with my 6 year old son, waited 10 minutes to finally be acknowledged & seated. Not to mention no parking, so we had to park by the old bank. We both ordered off the lunch menu, my son ordered the mini cheeseburger & I ordered 6 boneless wings. Took over 40 minutes for our order to finally arrive.... every time we have come we have had to wait an obscure amount of time for a minimum order. My girlfriend asked for a basket of fries with cheese on the side and they came covered in cheese. we told the waitress they got the fries wrong and it took about 30 minutes for them to come back with the fries and they were cold.i don't recommend this place. read more

This is my second time here and it's probably the nicest one I've been to in the south suburb area. Only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because of the bad parking situation. Ordered take out tonight. Very disappointed. I redeemed points for a side that it had taken off but the final receipt says I paid for it. The delivery fee said $3.99 then final receipt says 6.99. The order took 2 hours to arrive to my house. I tried to change it to pickup when the time changed just after placing the order, but the girl on the phone said they cannot. She was very rude. Then the food comes some of it cold. The wings were supposed to be medium but had little to no sauce and were mild. What happened to this place? Last 2 visits were a disaster. Family dinner: Bread on philly cheese steak was dry and stale, ordered fries, got chips; son asked for ranch for wings, took 10 minutes, wings were already gone; mom ordered single patty burger with slaw, received double burger and fries; daughter ordered 6-pc boneless, got nothing! Then her wings took 15 minutes and were DROWNING in bbq sauce-had to wipe off with napkin! Rest of us were done eating by then so she ate alone while we waited. Every order was wrong, and/or just bad. Manager listened, said "sorry for the inconvenience" and gave us 20% off. A small gesture that did not make up for the experience. Would rather have had a nice dinner with my family! Our server Jen was definitely overwhelmed. Saw her running all over the entire time. She was trying but could not adequately service all tables. Pretty upset with how our visit went yesterday. We ordered an appetizer and didnt get it for 40 minutes and when it got to us it was luke warm almost getting to the cold point. Then when our food came out it was all wrong the tacos had everything on them when my bf specified what he didnt want on them and the burger i got was the totally wrong one. Went here for lunch today and had a buffalo chicken sandwich. I chose the crispy over the grilled with hot BBQ sauce. The chicken was very rubbery in texture and I ended up leaving half of the meat in the basket. Fries were good but I was dissapointed with the sandwich. Server was nice but he never asked why I did not eat the chicken He was quite busy as he had the bar and surrounding tables. This was about 1:30 today. Not sure I will ever go back! read more

I've been to this location multiple times, and I have to say they're consistent. Consistently bad. I'll start with the only positive. The food is fine, up to par with other B-Dubs locations. However, service here is TERRIBLE, as many of the other viewers have attested to. Staff here do not have the best of attitudes, mess up on your orders often, take way longer than the other locations to bring your food out to you, and then will mess up your bill just to complete the barrage of bad service. Let me preface this by saying their food is always good. I've never had a problem with it being cold or bad tasting. That said. EVERY TIME I order food for pick up something is wrong. It's usually that sauces are forgotten or something from a sampler is wrong. But this time they forgot the actually boneless chicken wings that goes with my sampler. The main thing from the sampler. Excellent human beings work there. I accidentally ordered the wrong thing for my son and the waitress could not have been nicer about my mistake. They gave us a whole new order that was even larger than what we were supposed get they went above and beyond customer service wise.... The only bad thing I can say is it's only been 10 minutes since leaving and we all have terrible tummy cramps and nausea. It tasted fine but oh my goodness does my stomach hurt. I have visited this location numerous times in the past with only a few issues. Today was kind of shockingly bad service all around from Bartender to Cook to Manager. It was three strikes and they OUT to get this Bad review. Came in for Lunch was going to order the lunch special like normal but Bartender informed me it was BOGO so I ordered the 6 traditional wings. I got my order started eating and then noticed I only Had 1 drumstick out of what was supposed to be 12 wings but guess what they also only gave me 11. So 1 drumstick and 10 wings. When the Bartender finally came back around I told him I only got 11 and only 1 drum. Showed him my plate he said oh they just got a new cook and he might of made a mistake then went into kitchen. I assumed he would be bringing me out some drums and at least my missing one. But as time passed I realized I was out of luck. I was going to just let it slide I guess until I get the Bill and got charged 15 dollars for 6 wings. I said you told me it was BOGO. He said it's Buy one get one HALF OFF. I said I never heard of that and if the rules changed on that he should of told me. So I am mad and once again ask about my order from earlier. He said what do you want me to do get you another wing I said why would you not have taken care of this earlier when I asked when I was still eating. He then froze did nothing until I told him to talk to his manager. He then talks to the manager comes back and says he got 5 bucks off bill. This is by far the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I've been to. It's a new location, so the first time I didn't really care, but twice now I've gotten wings that had little to no sauce on them. Both times were take out orders or else I would have just sent them back, but that was not an option. When you call in an order, you shouldn't have to request "double-dipped" just to make sure the wings even have sauce. Looks like I'll be going back to the Frankfort location for now. read more

We walked in and were greeted with a bit of an attitude from the hostess when we asked for a booth, of which there were many available. We sat there over 15 minutes with not a drink order or a server approaching us. Five different servers walked past our table, some made eye contact and walked away. The place had a few people but were not busy enough for this to happen. The general manager/owner was notified as she stood at the register ringing out customers, looking much busier than the two young servers standing idly behind her. Wow, not a good experience. Ordered a hamburger for my kid. Only saw cheeseburger on menu so made a point of saying no cheese. Brought us a cheeseburger anyway. When I pointed it out, he mumbled something and went away. I assumed he was going to make it right but wasn't sure because I couldn't understand what he said before he walked off. A few minutes later the manager came by for a standard check-in, and I mentioned the situation and said I assumed the waiter was talking care of it? He said ok. About twenty minutes later, we got the replacement burger. Keep in mind my kid is type 1 diabetic and eating on schedule is important. The waiter never said anything about the mistake, nor did the manager ever come back to check in. By that time, my son wasn't feeling well, and we needed to leave quickly. I asked for our check. Service at the carry out counter is always great however, the size of wings that this place serves is embarrassing for the BWW name. They claim they come prepackaged which I understand but there should be some standards. I've ordered expensive chicken wings and not popcorn chicken. The parking situation is the main reason I try to avoid this place. The only place where I should have to circle 15 times to park and eat should be a five star restaurant in downtown Chicago, and I wouldn't have to because they would have valet. First time here we sat against the wall on the far side of the dining room and they kept trying to sit every new customer between us and the other table. There was absolutely NO room there for people to sit. Everyone refused except for a few young kids who finally took the table and it was miserable for all of us! The second time we went there the GM Kathy screwed up our bill 3 times....seriously it was just simple math. She didn't even seem to care and kept blaming the computers...She was overcharging us, I was so upset about it I reached out on Facebook and they told me to send an email With what had happened...needless to say after over a month I STILL have not heard back from them. The worker Bart was extremely rude. He somehow got my friends receipt and charged me $45 for my $14 meal. I gave him a $50 bill and he gave me $14 and some change back. When I told him it wasn't right he got mad and told me I was the one who handed him the receipt. I absolutely did not. Then he angrily picked up the money and said something along the lines of "great now I have to re enter it into the system" as if the whole thing was my fault. So we went to the front and he needed to use a calculator to figure out $50-$13.93. Then he just counted and left the money there on the counter for me to take without a word and walked off to the next table. This man does not care about his job and has a bad attitude. He most likely did this because we are young (17-18) and he felt he could treat us like that because of it. Completely unacceptable, their food is not good or worth it, the tables are all jammed next to each other, terrible place to go and eat overall especially for the price.
