Very crowded every time I go, which means slower service, but the food is great, as usual for a Buffalo Wild Wings, so I can't complain.

Never fails. Every time we go here they mess up our order for pick up. This time the girl showed me the order, said everything on the ticket and I get home and the wings she gave me are the wrong order. Said them correct off the receipt just didn't check the box. Then didn't shut one of the wing boxes so it opened when I picked up the bag to bring it in the house, and you guessed it, sauce everywhere. So what did I get in return you ask? Another drive back up there for a size up on one of the wing orders. No thank you! I would rather have the order correct the first time instead of wasted time. One apology from the manager saying they gave you the wrong order. Yes, obviously Kent, they sure did. I'm done with this location, it has happened one too many times! read more

Visited this location today for the BOGO wings but when I was given my receipt I was charged for three sauces and two carrots when I asked the guy why was I charged he said that's the only way they make money on Tuesdays and it's not free I said I have been coming here for the last couple of Tuesdays and was never charged he said I can have my manager come over I said ok he then comes back and states his manager removed the charge this one time but in the future I will be charged I just looked at him because I have no plans on going back if you are going to charge for something let the customer know up front I don't think he even spoke with the manager because she walked passed me several times and didn't say anything. read more

Came here for the first time and it was pretty good. The wings where a little iffy but the service and drinks were good shout out to our server jake he did a great job our food was quick and he was very nice. The wings were also good just needed to be breaded more there were some parts that were naked but overall it was a good experience probably not gonna come back again to eat here but it's a good 2nd option. read more

So this evening while waiting for my order I probably experienced one of THE WORST actions of management. Food came out to customers, missing wings and ice cold, bartender checked food to confirm and let her manager know(mind you, Ellie was a ROCKSTAR because she was the ONLY bartender for the entire bar/restaurant), so Samson didn't even ask the patrons if they would like a refire or what he could do for them. He heard what she said and went straight to kitchen, refired the food when they just wanted to go because they had already waited so long. He brings the food out and they waived him off, then he gets all over Ellie about the situation when she had nothing to do with it. ALSO, mind you, these customers are friends of the owner Brad. It's very obvious that Samson has been promoted but doesn't have a CLUE on how to be a proper manager for situations. Good luck with him and customer satisfaction with Samson at the helm! read more

Went to this restaurant for the first time last night - and I will say I will NEVER return. After waiting 20 minutes for a drink (we were sitting at the bar) the bartender Ellie finally came over. She was very nice and very sorry it took so long. She was the only bartender for the bar/restaurant. Clearly they are understaffed! Ordered our food. When the food arrived it was short wings (ordered the 24 and there was only 17 wings) and cold - not luke warm - but COLD! We told Ellie, she called over the manager. He listened to her - turned around and went into the kitchen - at this point we have been there for an hour and a half. The manager - Samson never approached us - never said a word. they left all the cold food sitting in front of us - didn't remove it - left it there! I then see the manager pointing me out to another employee - mind you the manager has still never said a word to us. He then comes walking out with a tray of food and I waived him off stating forget it - let me pay for my drinks and get out of here. The manager just shot me a nasty look and turned around. Still never said a word. Not an I am sorry, NOTHING!! Ellie was still very apologetic (even though it was not her fault). she then said Samson (manager) yelled at her like it was her fault - no sorry - this is clearly poor management - that girl was making drinks for everyone in the place, taking orders! Clearly Samson is not manager material. Bottom line - we payed for our drinks and went down the street to the White Horse and had a great HOT meal!! We will never return to this location which is a shame since it is only a block from our home. We are friends with the owner of this location (he also owns a few others) and the managers response was "everyone knows Brad!" well Samson - we do in fact know Brad very well and you can bet we are going to tell him of his lackluster manager at this location!! Best part about the night is we met some great people at the bar!! read more

After many bad experiences at the new lenox buffalo wild wings, I will now write my first yelp review because of todays dine in. Ever since they have opened, I have honestly not had one good experience there. Even with take out they have managed to screw up something 3 different times. Each time I got a credit, and the last time I told them that I would never eat there again and rather go to frankfort because I have never had issues there. They gave me a 20% discount and free wings to say sorry. Two months later , I decided I will go inside and eat so maybe then I will have a better experience. That was not the case. I went with my fiancé, sister n law and nephew. Our waitress Danielle did not ask us once if we needed a refill or how our food was. We had to flag her down for sour cream and she never brought it!!! At the end when she brought the check we told her we would like our refills and sour cream to go for the nachos because they were cold and we had waited so long for her to bring it. Everytime she would walk by the table she wouldnt make eye contact with us she would go oppisite direction. It even got to the point we paid our check upfront because we didnt know how long we would have to wait for her. Im only giving this a 1 star because I had no choice. I will say the manager kathy is very nice and got us a refill once when she walked past and saw we needed them. I just hope kathy can get that bww in shape like frankfort because they are very slow there and not very good with remembering orders and Danielle should be fired. The wait service is consistently god awful. On my most recent visit we had a server who drove us to the point of never setting foot in there again. Myself and friends were in there watching the hawks game and eating. Only two of us had a beer. Once the two gentleman having a beverage switched to soda the service nose dived immediately. It took 17 minutes to get a refill on a soda. And then the waiter had the nerve to ask every twenty minutes if we were ready for a check. When we were obviously still eating and being good patrons. The table next to us had the same server and one of them called him an asshole to his face because of the way he was treating them. Unless you are going in there to spend a mountain on booze. They want you to eat and get the hell out. Sadly a group of responsible, respectful, young adults get treated like absolute garbage. I am quite disappointed. I was hoping this location would be better than other locations I had visited. Oh well I'll find another place to eat. read more

I've been to many Buffalo Wild Wings. The food here is basically the same as all of them, which I happen to enjoy. The service is extremely slow. Maybe you can chalk it up to being a newer location and that it will improve. The parking here sucks. Unless you are carrying out, be prepared to walk a bit. read more

This is one of my favorite bdubs locations. I just moved to New Lenox and this is my main spot for wings. Ive dined in a few times and mostly do carry out. I have to say this place is very consistent. Wings are always cooked the same and always have a decent amount of sauce or seasoning. Love the spicy garlic!!! I order online and it has always been ready in 20 mins. When you pick it up they open each box to make sure you are satisfied and your order is correct! Now that is customer service! read more

I went for lunch with my mom & sister. We waited 20 minutesbefore someone even came over and brought us drinks. It was terrible and the server kept "forgetting" about us. I was beyond annoyed at that point and when she finally came to take our order I ordered and asked for it to go because I wasn't staying any longer. First time at this chain. Lunch. Not many people there, many, many televisions blaring so loud that our server had to repeat my husband's drink order 4 or 5 times: I'll have a Heineken. Miller Lite? Heineken. Miller Lite? Heineken. Miller Lite? HEIN-E-KEN! Menus plural - unnecessarily overly complicated. Very busy. The lunch companion menu only added to confusion. I just wanted regular, standard wings with celery, Bleu cheese & fries. This proved to be complicated to order. More items were offered by our server that weren't on the menu. Staff was attentative and fine. The food was okay. Not bad, but nothing impressive. It is all served in weird, cheap inneffective paper and plastic containers. Napkins and signature sauces should be plentiful and placed on the tables. The dessert offerings had no appeal. This chain is to wings what Subway is to sandwiches or Pizza Hut is to pizza. Pepsi products are served, not a fan. I can see no reason anyone would go here over their local pub. I would only go back if there was no other open place to eat.
