As far as a chain restaurant goes, I really can't complain. Service is good, wings are good, fried food is good. i went with this location for the first time with friends since i enjoyed the west nyack location and was hoping it go well and try new wing flavors little did i know this would be worst dining service i ever endured. we were seated quickly after 3 minutes, then greeted by a server and given menus. he took our order and i was very though with my order and saw the writing on his pad to be sure it was correct and it was, also we advised him we will have 4 separate checks, which he was grateful for telling him in advance so far okay. then it went down hill from here. it took 15 minutes just to get our drink and we were not given utensil or napkins right way like with any other restaurant and other location i went to. after getting our drinks, we were told over and over again by our servers and other severs that did not do our table our food is coming, our food is coming... like it was a rural they were engraved in their mind to say for slow ass service to pass the buck for the food and servers slowness. while i was in bathroom, which was dirty and had no soap period. a server approached my friends and asked them if they were ready to order and this was 20 minutes after we already ordered, so it am like floored how disorganized they are and the lack of communication among servers, despite the fact they are constantly bullshitting with each other, you figure they would take the second to pass among customer orders rather then personal stories. so after the server pitifully keep us in a daze of our food is coming our food in coming in his ruralisitc chant, i saw people who came in after us get food faster and am like wow, that's wrong. even my own friend got nasty and yelled at me and made in a scene in the place over me complaining about the obvious lack of perfectionism of the servers at large there. i understand it is labor day weekend and Friday night, but show some sense of responsibility, i saw servers look overwhelmed and clearly out of their element and some dazed and lost while they worked. so finally we got food, normally i would feel joy, but then i saw my order was wrong, i asked for a po buy sandwich with no tomatoes or cold slaw, am like jeez, had to endure all crap and they could not even get my order right, even when i saw the notes of my order on the pad. my friend suggested to not eat it and return it, but by then, it been over 45 minutes and am not in the mood for second chances to piss me off more. my order of chicken wings was correct at least, so it was the saving grace of the meal for me, and my other friends orders were correct. so small miracles i suppose. as i proceeded to drink my beverage since i did not want to ask the impossible of a refill before my meal. heavens no. i accidentally spilled my drink on the table and on one my friends that was mad at for complaining, the server said let me get you another drink and well 20 minutes later i got another drink and he did not bother to clean the table or anything of the mess. just left it there. so after we barely touched our food we asked for to go boxes since we were disgusted and just not in the mood after everything. a couple with a child next to us, looked me in the eye, and said that messed up, you had a accident with the soda and the guy does not bother one bit to clean it up or even give you a new drink right away. he and his girlfriend advised me and my friends to not Tip period. i felt bad about the spill and tipped based on how i felt service treated. one of my friends left a very small tip as well, the other two refused to even discuss a tip and left after paying. overall, i was taken back on how bad the service was and how little they cared. i wanted to talk with a manager, but considering the lack of professionalism of the severs i doubted i would done better with them and a brick wall would listen better. plus they would write me off as someone wanting a free meal or a half off my meal. truly i never been so disgusted by a restaurant and they made physically ill just thinking about it. will there a second chance, who knows. all i know is am better off buying BWWs sauces online and making chicken wings at my home. read more

Kids have been on me to try this place - I recommend you don't waste your time or money here. We got there at 5:45pm on a monday and there were only about 20 people in this massive place. We were seated and the server came over and took drink and appetizer orders, she brought the drinks and that was it- no straws , utensils or napkins. Finally we get all that when our appetizer came out - burnt to a crisp mini corn dogs, they were rock hard and dark brown- and I was told that's the way they are. So food comes out- we all ordered the tenders and a wing combo. The tenders are odd since they have the consistency of Long John Silvers fish sticks, they were massive but tasted horrible and again - like the corn dogs burnt to a crisp and had an odd texture to both the meat and the batter. The oil they used to cook the food tasted old, they also forgot a tender on my wifes plate - the server pointed out the cooks cant count- took almost 20 more minutes for 1 more tender to come out - but on a side note....the food came out to our table at 6:37pm - for chicken tenders!! We could've went to KFC and gotten better food that was cooked right - nobody on the staff seemed to care that everything was burnt and took almost 40 minutes to make. We just got the "ohh wow yeah sorry" and we got the " sorry its taking so long, they are swamped" - the place was dead - I would hate to see the quality of the food if it was actually busy. Overall not a good experience- the food was in no way good and a quick dinner cost me 80$ that we wound up tossing about 80% of - 3 of us each tossed 4 tenders from a 5 tender meal and out of the 10 wing combo tossed 6 wings. Management needs to change here or this too will be a failed Newburgh memory. read more

My friend and I go to the Wappingers location every week. They totally take care of us. We get the buy one get one large traditional and we pick up to eight flavors which is the whole point of our visit to get variety. Great experience! I sat at bar and bartender came up to me right away and was really nice and attentive. Order was exactly what I wanted and the manager even came up to me to ask me if I was doing well and enjoying myself. After asking for a refund, I was told by an employee that getting my money back would be impossible. I asked to see the manager, Brianna, and she was the rudest person I have ever dealt with in customer service. She refunded me $5.00 of my $20 meal. Yeah it's a chain restaurant, but this one is the best one I've been to. The bartenders are excellent! We go for games; weird hun? We always get the games we want on, if they're not already on. It may take a minute when it's busy, but they get it done quick. The beer selection is excellent, with a few local favorites, which is great! The food is as good as chain food can be. Huge difference from the Middletown location. My husband and I went in a Friday night and we were seated within 10 minutes . The hosts were friendly. Our waitress was very fast and we didn't even have to ask for refills on our drinks, she just brought new ones. The food was good and also came out within 20 mins of us ordering. The manager came by to check on us which was also great. All the employees seemed to be busy and helpful. I will never go to the Middletown location Again. read more

I ordered a buffalo chicken salad for lunch today for myself and a coworker. One salad with grilled chicken, the other salad with breaded chicken and no tomato. I went to pick up my order and the woman at the pick up counter opened the salads to show me that my order was correct. I noticed that the chicken in both salads did not have buffalo sauce on it. I asked her if we could get buffalo sauce for the chicken because that's what I ordered over the phone. She took it back to the kitchen to get some buffalo sauce and KENNY from the kitchen comes walking out with a very quick pace and loud voice saying that I ordered the chicken as a dry rub. My coworker and I do not like dry rubs so we know for a fact that we did not order dry rub. We ordered the buffalo sauce for our chicken. He was talking down to me in a very rude and aggressive manner and patrons at the bar all turned and looked at me. I felt my body shaking as he was talking at me and my face was flushed because I felt so uncomfortable with the way he was speaking to me. I've never had any problems with Buffalo Wild Wings in Newburgh until today. I will no longer continue going there. The food here was amazing and delicious!! The service was kind of slow but it was 1 am. The atmosphere of the restaurant is all sports with a ton of tvs to watch every game. For people like me with no interest in sports, don't bring your boyfriend or he's not going to talk to you the entire meal. Not a terrible time but a few things to note: food what you expect at a BWW (although not a fan of their new wings) but at this location our waiter was very average. Mostly small things like having to ask for water refills and napkins. I used to eat here at least twice a week as I really loved the traditional wings. On December 30 it was a horrible . Our waitress was young and inexperienced, required additional training because she really didn't know what she was doing. Served us beverages with no straw, provided us with no utensils etc.. we placed our food order and it took forever. When we finally received it, it was so cold that it felt like it had been sitting on the counter taken from a refrigerator. The pinion rings ($10.00 portion) was full of oil and cold as hell! I had to leave my seat to find a staff member and ask for a manager. Well he comes the so called manager Jermey, what a waist and if they hire people as such as manners this clearly explains why the service and food were horrible: it starts at the top . Horrible experience. Went here for an early dinner and it was not busy. I ordered a Buffalo chicken wrap and it had to go back to the kitchen 4 times because they kept messing it up. I work in the restaurant industry and if there is ever a mistake to a customers order, I automatically take it off their bill or offer coffee and dessert on the house. So when I received the bill, I was charged for the wrap. The servers are also very unaware of the menu especially the draft beers. They have no idea what is on draft and when I asked questions they give strange answers and don't bother to take the initiative to check and answer questions. If you want to come here to eat, you are better off sitting at the bar. The bartenders give slightly stronger service and at least you'll get a beer quicker. read more

Every time we walk in it takes about 5 minutes for a host to come and greet us and every single time we have been there we have waited AT LEAST 15 minutes for a server to come to the table.. and don't get me wrong i work at a restaurant so I understand it gets busy but when you continuously walk passed looking at us like we are stupid and not say anything why should we wait even that this point? Also after we wait at least 15 minutes or more there's always something wrong. Whether it be not getting our appetizer at all or giving us the wrong wings I don't know anymore. I crave to go there but every time I wonder why I continue to go back. After tonight and all the times it's been we finally walked out after getting the looks from the servers and not one person even saying we will be right with you. I only downloaded the Yelp app to tell you that this location is absolutely horrendous. I gave them a major benefit of the doubt as they first opened, but after four tries, I'm done. Two take out orders were wrong when I got home in which I went back to try and receive my correct order. One of those orders was a wrap which looked like Helen Keller with octopus arms put it together. The third time I was at the bar and my boneless wings took approximately 30 minutes. You know, 30 minutes for essentially my sauce soaked chicken nuggets. The fourth time (right now, FYI)... I currently feel like Satan shit in my dish and was then forced to eat it. The cooks CLEARLY gave us bad chicken in my to-go order and I want to rip my intestine out of my ass. God help the future souls who are to enter this establishment. I hope things get fixed because it is one of the nicer BWW chains. But I will forever spare my life by not entering this building and not giving one more cent. Went to the Newburgh location and sat at the bar. Appeared 3 bartenders were working. Sat there about 10 mins before I was even acknowledged by a female bartender named Jamie who said she would be with me in a minute. They guy sitting to my right said she says that to everyone and you won't see her again for awhile.She appeared to be socializing with all the young guys at the bar. About another 10 mins she comes back and asks what can she get for me. I order a tall beer and wings which she puts into the POS system right in front of me. She then walks away and refills the beers of the guys to my left and starts to socialize about the weekend. She then goes across the bar and refills drinks for more young guys and appears to socialize with them. I sat there 20 more minutes without my beer. I finally got up and told the guy sitting to my right when she comes back to tell her I went to get a beer and wings down the block at Hurricane Grill and Wings. Service terrible. If Jamie wants to socialize then she is on the wrong side of the bar. The other 2 bartenders were oblivious! I see lots of NEGATIVE reviews about this location. If management doesn't correct these problem quickly I don't see a long history for this location. To many other options in the area. By the way went to Hurricane Grill and Wings on 17K which was much busier and got my beer within 2 minutes. read more

Not sure where to start. Maybe the 15 minute wait and then the 1 1/2 hour wait to even get my meal?. I am very disappointed in the wait time for 5 people who just ordered wings. Last I checked it does not take 1 1/2 hours to cook chicken wings. I honestly thought at one point they went to the local farm to pick out a chicken and butcher it in the back before hand. Meanwhile the couple next to us ordered way more food and sat down 20 minutes after us and still received there meal faster. As far as the staff, half of them are sitting down at tables talking to "friends" while they could be working. Yes it was a Saturday at 7pm but some of the tables did not even have customers at them.
