If I could leave 0 stars, I would. This location has the worst customer service and wait time. It happened to me 3 times where I placed and order and waited 45 mins to over 1 hour for my food. This time, I placed an online order and picked it up at the specified time, but they didn't have my food ready. Staff kept saying they'll "check" on my food but kept me waiting. I asked multiple people and they kept saying they'll check again, yet nothing. I waited over 40 minutes, and turns out my food was there all along sitting there for over 30 minutes but they kept "checking" for it. I received my food and went home only to realize they messed up my order. I had to come back and wait again. When I arrived, the staff saw me but never came up to greet me. I kept waiting by the order pickup area, still nothing. Staff saw me but didn't do anything. I moved to the front area and waited nearly 10 minutes before someone came. When I told her about how they messed up my order, one being that she never apologized and two, she preceded to say "we'll check on your order" WITHOUT even checking to see my actual order receipt or ask what my name is. She wasn't going to check on it. Instead, she offload it to someone else and asked them to check. Of all the staff there, there was only 1 person who's actually working. Everyone else was lazy and standing around. They saw me but never approached, they wanted someone else to handle it. And guess what? I've been waiting 30 minutes for them to correct my order. It's been 2 hours since I placed my order, and I'm still waiting for my food! INEXCUSABLE! I won't be coming back EVER! Don't waste your time waiting for them to "check on your order," just go to a different location. With such horrendous customer service, I won't be surprised if they go out of business when all the customers refuse to come back. read more

If the order will not be ready by the estimated time at least adjust the time and or offer refreshments while we wait for the order. Honestly, I've been to so many Buffalo Wild Wings locations and I'm pretty tolerant of all the various issues they can experience. Despite that, it's one of the worst locations I've visited. It's the nearest to me, but always has slower service by comparison against other locations, takeout is abysmal here, and there's always random issues like early closures, CO2 issues with taps, etc. You will always get a less than desirable BWW experience here after a handful of times visiting. read more

The food is good but take out is so bad there is never anyone there and when they do come it's been like 5 to 10 minutes and then when your home the food is cool there is one guy that is so helpful but ether then him they suck the guy can just be walking in and will ask if we were helped he will apologize then say let me clock in and I will help you. Why give a time if you not going to have it done in that time I understand maybe a couple minutes after but a whole 20 minutes and half the time the food comes out close so it's probably just sitting back there. I placed a carry-out order that was supposed to be ready at 2:20 PM. I arrived early at 2:15 PM and there were only two customers ahead of me. No one was at the counter, no hostess at the stand, and no employees on the floor. The only person visible was the bartender. One of the customers ahead of me had to walk up to the bar just to let someone know we were waiting for carry-out. We were told someone would come help us -- no one did. Minutes passed, it was already past 2:20, and we had been waiting over 10 minutes with zero acknowledgment. I decided to go to the kitchen door to get someone's attention and saw three employees standing around laughing and talking, clearly not in a rush. They casually said, "We're working on your order," and just stood there. I closed the door and went back to the carry-out counter. Eventually someone came out, took names, and went back to the kitchen. Orders started coming out one by one. By this point it was after 3:00 PM. I was repeatedly told my order was being worked on -- it was just an appetizer. I didn't receive my food until 3:20 PM -- a full hour wait for a carry-out order in a nearly empty restaurant. People walked in, saw no one at the hostess stand, and left. Other customers waiting for carry-out were clearly frustrated too. I expressed my frustration and was met with complete indifference. Bathrooms were very dirty They charge you for sauce which they shouldn't since the wings don't have sauce on them Literally had to shout to the waitress every time we spoke, asked for the music to be turned down and she had to ask and it was never turned down Food came out staggered and slow. The attitude of the hostess at the front door was absolutely horrible, snotty rude non-accommodating then we get to the server and she was nicer. Seem to talk to everybody at length took forever to get our drinks. Food was about average time to get food. No offers for refills on drinks. It was just a negative experience. Granted I came in through the patio gate which was opened because my dogs and I just finished a 5 mile walk and a cold beer and lunch sounded great. I just wanted to sit outside and watch the Angel game but because one tv was apparently busted no tvs could go on. No big deal I'll just listen on my AirPods. What gets me is that I sat there for a long time with only two other tables. I was obviously acknowledged that I was there because apparently the server was confused because I didn't check in with the hostess. I asked the one server who had the other two small tables for a menu and he said "someone else will help me. But I never received any service. When I decided to leave I went inside to talk to the manager. Apparently, I'm the one with the dogs. Of course, the manager didn't give a **** because all she said was ok and have a nice day. I highly doubt they would do anything to fix the customer service - no one ever does when the manager is a kid. It really sucks to feel unwelcome. Needless to say I WILL NOT be back! Very disappointing experience at this BWW location. The staff was kind and polite, but the service overall was poorly handled. I ordered at 7:50 PM. My child's and husband's food arrived around 8:15, but my burger never came out. After waiting an additional 35+ minutes and watching other tables be served, I asked for it to be canceled. The only resolution offered was removing my burger and my husband's meal from the bill, since he chose not to eat without me. This delay was excessive, especially considering this has happened multiple times at this location. I'm usually very patient, but this experience was frustrating and unacceptable. read more

The service here is consistently terrible. Unfortunately my wife really likes the buffalo dry rub and you can't really find an equivalent around here. So every few months we try again and it's basically the same story as today. Put in an order online 20 wings, tots and cheese sticks. Nothing crazy.. order put in at 11:14, tells me 11:30 for pickup. I know they are never on time so I head over at 11:40. Nobody is at the take out counter (per usual). There is another gentleman waiting who had been there 10m before me. We both wait another 10m and I poke my head into the dining room to flag somebody down.. waitress drops off an order but doesn't look towards us and retreats to the kitchen. Bartender looks up sees us and then retreats to the kitchen. Some folks walk in to be seated... another 5-10m pass and not a soul comes out of kitchen.. bartender pokes his head out and sees folks waiting to be sat. Now he has to come out , he sees us and comes over and asks about the orders. Back into the kitchen he goes.. 5 mins later he comes out and says they are packing it up now.. at this point it's after 12:05.. wait another 10-15 m the guy waiting with me just leaves. A few min later they come out with my order. The woman won't even look me in the eye.. no apology for wait nothing . She stands there mute as I check my order.. everything is there but luke warm at best.. god only knows how long a recook will take so I just go... Writing this review as I wait for my food to reheat in the oven.. wings are already bone dry and definitely were not cooked fresh before it was given to me. I've begged my wife to find a new wing place for football Sunday but so far no luck. Please if anyone knows one let us know! read more

Have you ever been to a restaurant ran by children who have no idea what they are doing. This is the situation we walked into. Went to pick a mobile 10 minute after we ordered. After 15 minutes someone came out and asked if we needed help. Than the girl left and avoided eye contact. We waited over an hour to get our food because no one could communicate about our order. We finally got a server to help us and she let us know they never got the ticket. Why couldn't anyone tell us. Will never be back. Multiple health violations.
