Honestly, I've been to so many Buffalo Wild Wings locations and I'm pretty tolerant of all the various issues they can experience. Despite that, it's one of the worst locations I've visited. It's the nearest to me, but always has slower service by comparison against other locations, takeout is abysmal here, and there's always random issues like early closures, CO2 issues with taps, etc. You will always get a less than desirable BWW experience here after a handful of times visiting. read more

Seem to talk to everybody at length took forever to get our drinks. Food was about average time to get food. No offers for refills on drinks. It was just a negative experience. Very disappointing experience at this BWW location. The staff was kind and polite, but the service overall was poorly handled. I ordered at 7:50 PM. My child's and husband's food arrived around 8:15, but my burger never came out. After waiting an additional 35+ minutes and watching other tables be served, I asked for it to be canceled. The only resolution offered was removing my burger and my husband's meal from the bill, since he chose not to eat without me. This delay was excessive, especially considering this has happened multiple times at this location. I'm usually very patient, but this experience was frustrating and unacceptable. read more

Granted I came in through the patio gate which was opened because my dogs and I just finished a 5 mile walk and a cold beer and lunch sounded great. I just wanted to sit outside and watch the Angel game but because one tv was apparently busted no tvs could go on. No big deal I'll just listen on my AirPods. I was obviously acknowledged that I was there because apparently the server was confused because I didn't check in with the hostess. The service here is consistently terrible. Unfortunately my wife really likes the buffalo dry rub and you can't really find an equivalent around here. So every few months we try again and it's basically the same story as today. Put in an order online 20 wings, tots and cheese sticks. Nothing crazy.. order put in at 11:14, tells me 11:30 for pickup. I know they are never on time so I head over at 11:40. Nobody is at the take out counter (per usual). There is another gentleman waiting who had been there 10m before me. We both wait another 10m and I poke my head into the dining room to flag somebody down.. waitress drops off an order but doesn't look towards us and retreats to the kitchen. Bartender looks up sees us and then retreats to the kitchen. Some folks walk in to be seated... another 5-10m pass and not a soul comes out of kitchen.. bartender pokes his head out and sees folks waiting to be sat. Now he has to come out , he sees us and comes over and asks about the orders. Back into the kitchen he goes.. 5 mins later he comes out and says they are packing it up now.. at this point it's after 12:05.. wait another 10-15 m the guy waiting with me just leaves. A few min later they come out with my order. The woman won't even look me in the eye.. no apology for wait nothing . She stands there mute as I check my order.. everything is there but luke warm at best.. god only knows how long a recook will take so I just go... Writing this review as I wait for my food to reheat in the oven.. wings are already bone dry and definitely were not cooked fresh before it was given to me. She made our night and would be the one reason for us to return because... 1. Food was mediocre. Wings were overcooked and dry. 2. Have you ever been to a restaurant ran by children who have no idea what they are doing. This is the situation we walked into. Went to pick a mobile 10 minute after we ordered. After 15 minutes someone came out and asked if we needed help. Than the girl left and avoided eye contact. We waited over an hour to get our food because no one could communicate about our order. We finally got a server to help us and she let us know they never got the ticket. Why couldn't anyone tell us. Will never be back. Multiple health violations. It is a rare occurrence that I experience service so terrible that I feel the need to voice my frustrations on Yelp. My husband, myself and our toddler came to BWW for dinner this evening and the experience started off fine. We ordered our drinks (a beer, a soda and a kids water) and weirdly enough the water for my son was the last thing to come out. We then placed our food order, my husband and I each got an entree and a side salad and we ordered a kids grilled cheese for the boy. While we waited for our food our server, Art, came over and told us his shift was over and asked if we wanted to be transferred to another server and we declined because we both have worked service jobs and wanted to make sure he got a tip. Shortly after closing out with him, we saw him leave and my husband's side salad and food came out. About 10 minutes later my side salad and food came out, but my son's grilled cheese never came. It had been roughly 45 Minutes since we ordered at this point and my 3 year old had made a dent in both of our meals because he was so hungry. It was not even busy. Another server came over to check on us and he was wonderful, I wish I had gotten his name (he was about 6'2" Caucasian with blonde shaved head and a flowy abstract tattoo on his hand/wrist), we informed him of what we were missing as well as the fact that my husbands food was ice cold at this point a mine was not far behind it. He told us he would get us a manager and when the manager, Yesenia, came over she was less than sympathetic, she just asked what the problem was and offered to get my son his food and remake my husbands. This woman never cracked even a fake smile or apologized for the bad service, and to top it off our first server came back in to use the restroom and we saw him laughing and rolling his eyes at us across the restaurant while another server was telling him something. We were offered a free dessert to compensate, but after our cold meal and unsavory experience we just wanted to be refunded for at least the grilled cheese it took an hour to get. Yesenia refunded us for my husband's meal and the grilled cheese and we used most of what was refunded to tip the server that actually seems to care about the service he provides. So thank you to him, Yesenia do better, and Art you probably should go somewhere other than the parking lot right outside to get high after work. We will not be back. read more

I came here with a group of friends for a guys' night and unfortunately the service was really disappointing (as it usually is at this location). We were seated quickly, but it took quite a while before our server even came by. When we finally tried to order waters, she walked away mid-order without excusing herself because someone else had called her name. That set the tone for the night. I ordered bone-in wings and a beer, while my friends ordered boneless wings. The beer came out fine, and my friends received their food -- but instead of wings, I was only brought a basket of fries. While my friends enjoyed their meals, I was left eating just fries and waiting for my wings that never came. The server didn't check in once to refill waters, see if I wanted another drink, or update me on my missing food. Eventually, my friends had to flag her down to ask about my order. She said she'd check, and 10 minutes later my wings finally came out (at least they were hot). We used to come here often, but the service is always terrible. My group & I came in around 10:20pm on a Friday and opted to sit in the bar area. Our server was very nice but I think she was just very busy tending to 1/2 the tables in the restaurant. We attempted to order online with the QR code provided on the table but it was giving some people an error message so some ordered in person. I got the 10 piece boneless wings with 1/2 honey sriracha (limited time) and the other 1/2 spicy garlic. We also got a 10 piece bone in with all spicy garlic and fries and 1 sampler with onion rings, nachos, mozzarella sticks, and spicy garlic wings. Safe to say spicy garlic is a crowd favorite for us! I wish the honey sriracha sauce was a bit spicier but it was still good. Parking is always easy to find in this shopping center and the restaurant was very clean. read more
