We used to dine hear on a semi regular basis, but tonight was our first time in a while. It was extremely disappointing this evening. The server was right on our orders, and drinks were always filled, so that part was ok. My son and I ordered burgers, which we used to love when we came here. The restaurant would only serve them well done, which is a bit of a red flag for me. Either they precook them all, the cooks aren't that good, or the meat isn't from the U.S. When they arrived, they were in fact well done, and they did not taste good at all. Not burnt tasting as they were not that far gone, but just not good. My son and I both looked at each other after a couple bites in were in agreement something wasn't right. I didn't finish mine, he was hungry enough to choke it down. The server never asked if everything was ok or checked on us as far as our order was concerned,(they are brought to the table by someone else), only grabbed the empty drinks and brought new ones. When I payed the bill I asked if I could give some feedback about the food, and told her about the burgers. She said thanks and sorry, and that was it, so I'm sure it didn't go any further than that. I'm usually here every other Friday with my card game buddies. Since I'm a vegetarian I won't be giving much of a review on food except for their delicious Black Bean Burger. Very tasty and never dry. The service is pretty good. Huge variety of people hang out there. I wouldn't recommend it for families with small children but if you have boisterous children than this is the place for you. Perfect place to sit for a beer and watch the Cubs lose. So, had a bad experience today. The waitress accidentally spilled my beer on to my wife's outfit, of course it was a tall beer. My wife was okay with it. But in the past, most places when they do something like that normally offer a free beer. Yeah not so much at the Oswego Buffalo Wild Wings, I guess it's your fault for being there. Waitress took a break and the bartender took over. Her service was okay, but when it was time to pay the bill, I paid in cash, and she brought back my cash, but kept the .75 cents. I didn't question her, she already looked grumpy, but it just seemed tacky. If she can do that to a few or several dozen people, that change can add up. The tip left included what she already kept for herself. I should mention, maybe she donated the change to Red Bull or something. Definitely avoid at lunch time. read more

Me and my friends work at tilted kilt and we had Joe as our server. He was hilarious and such a great server, he kept us laughing and didn't mess our orders up, I highly recommend this location and asking for him. Good job on hiring him Oswego! Waited to be seated by a rude pushy hostess, literally pushed my girlfriend to get past, then seated. Two families were seated after us and both got service before we walked out 15 minutes later after not even getting a drink order in let alone any acknowledgement. Ok i love this place, I love the wait staff, I love how they treat everyone as if they are family..::.:::... So why the one star, hmmmmm let me think. The General Manager Terry in his worldly wisdom had approached and continues to approach the head bar tender to tell her that she is doing wrong. Instead of pulling the liqueur dust covers off that are not noticed by the paying patrons. He feels that she is talking and making a lovely atmosphere making me feel comfortable and wanting to stay. I am not much of a wings fan, but I like the other items in the menu including the wraps and terrific fish tacos. Being able to choose from the many sauces is a wonderful option. I really love Bww! BUT We went in today and waited 10 mins to be seated. Which was not bad at all. After we were seated, we waited for our server to come and take our drink order. We waited for 10 minutes before we were approached by an employee asking if we had been helped. After telling her we had been waiting for 10 minutes she kindly apologized and said someone one would be with us. 12 minutes after that, I saw how the family that came in after us had already helped...By the guy who was supposed to be our waiter. So, my husband, 3 kids and I got up and left! Not before giving the manager a piece of my mind. I wasn't rude but I was upset and starving. I was brought and charged for a sandwich that was more expensive than the one I ordered. It was so bad that I only ate 1/2 of it. Despite that, the manager only offered a 25% discount bringing the price down to what I ordered. A big FU for not receiving what I ordered, or an edible sandwich. I've been eating at Buffalo Wild wings (BW3) since Tuesday night wings were a dime (early 80's). Within the past year this location and the North Aurora location must have changed their wing supplier. Some of the traditional wings are brown and seems to be rotten. Terrible service for a Tuesday evening. Restaurant maybe a quarter full. Dinner for four. Two of the meals were delivered promptly. Two had to be returned because they were incorrect. One of the two bad ones was corrected immediately. The fourth meal was received 19 minutes later only to be returned again because it was incorrect. Really BDubs, how hard is it to take an order. i use to work here and it gets worse every time. it's embarrassing bringing people here. my friends food was cold and she told them. it came back out 10 mins later and was just as cold. i ordered mozzarella sticks and they didn't come out until i asked our server as the main food was coming out. no refills were given. terrible. read more

I love Bdubs and go all the time with my wife. We went in on a Saturday night. We were seated by a rude young girl who seemed like she didn't want to be there and took 15 mins to come back after we were seated. As I order my drink she look at the I.D and then me 3 times before saying she would be back with my drink order. Then her and the manager came to the table and said they suspect I was using a fake I.D and if i do not show it the cops would be called! I showed them my Id to prove my age and that it wasn't a fake. I choose to take my business else where that night and will now going to the Aurora location. read more

Wings, beer, and games are all great things!!! On the other hand it seems like every time i go into a Buffalo Wild Wings I have an issue with the employees. I've had a problem with overwhelmed waiters, slow kitchens, and worst of all i ask a manager if he could put a game on for me and I couldn't believe her replied who wants to watch that game with a sarcastic attitude then finally putting the game on!!! Always excellent, courteous, prompt service here. Drinks arrive promptly and we are always asked about our preferences as far as what we want when. The food is perfect every time (and we go a lot) - perfectly cooked burgers and veggie burgers, salads, appetizers...the wings are dripping with sauce. Great ambiance in the restaurant as well. It's tough to find a spot on the weekend, but worth the wait. I highly recommend! read more

Absolutely the worst service. Waitress couldn't get the simplest things right (request for glass, wrong drink, wrong appetizer,forgot water, gave kids second sodas without even asking parents, and then gave us attitude when we told her. Food was average, and luke-warm at best. Manger "tried" to make it better--by not charging us for food we didn't even order. Why pay so much money for this? Never again. Another VERY poor experience at Buffalo Wild Wings in Oswego- the food was horrible yet again. I went with a few friends and we all ordered some wings. We had an issue with some of the order not coming out for a while and once it did, it was cold, so we asked to speak to a manager. The "Assistant Manager" comes out. His name is JOEL, and can't even produce a complete adult sentence. He looked to be in high school and had a major attitude basically telling us that we were wrong and that a lot of people say that for free food. We just wanted him to take care of the problem. I explained that I'm not looking for any compensation, I just want the food that came out cold to be replaced. (Only one bite was taken out of the first wing) and he again argued and talked to me like I was the dirt on the ground which doesn't surprise me because I overheard him being VERY rude and disrespectful to the bartender. Anyway, he finally replaced it, this time it was warm but the wings were like 1" wide and flat. I gave up. I didn't eat it. We were talking there for a while after the food, and I noticed JOEL talking with a group of young ladies next us. I listened to his conversation and to my surprise, he was asking them what they want to drink, and what they want to eat that it's all on the house tonight. Now his toner and attitude was very different when talking to them. He sounded more personable, excited, and moved quick to accommodate their needs. So from what I had observed, he gave this group of ladies anything that they wanted and all that they wanted "on the house" while just before this he began to throw accusations around that we were trying to get free food. This JOEL is clearly NOT management material. What ever happened to customer satisfaction? Or what about customer service? This is by far one of the worst Buffalo Wild Wings around. I ordered on line at 7:58pm. The email receipt stated the food would be ready by 8:20pm. I arrived at 8:20pm and was told the food was being bagged and would be out shortly. At 8:40pm most of our food was brought out and set on a cart next to the counter. At 8:55pm the receptionist picked up the bags, went to the back, placed one of the items they were waiting on into the bag and brought the food back out. I asked the receptionist if the food was still warm after it was sitting for nearly 30 minutes. She said it was warm and they were just waiting of the one item. I live within five minutes of the restaurant. By the time I got home all the food was room temperature. The hamburger bun was hard like when bread sits out too long. The meal was definitely not worth the money we paid. My family decided to eat at this location due to a fund raiser. It's unfortunate that we will not participate in fund raisers at this restaurant again due to the poor service and food quality. read more
