We were a party of ten that came early for the Cubs/Dodgers game. Our experience was less than stellar. I never feel that the food is very good here, but generally the salads and burgers are ok. Our server was disinterested in us--preferring to give her attention to the two top of young men flirting with her. We had to ask another employee for silverware, water and to go boxes. One entree was forgotten about, and brought ten minutes after everyone else had been served. Other entrees had clearly been sitting under the heat lamp. My margarita was really weak. I went here for dinner on a Thursday night. The hostess was busy talking with her friends at the podium and did not offer service for at least 30 minutes. At which point we decided to sit in the bar area and we were informed by an employee there that it was not open seating. The hostess did not tell us this, after waiting 30 minutes and walking over to the bar. Needless to say the service here is awful, I will not return to this location. Staff was not tentative and was poorly organized as several tables were vacant with several other couples waiting to be seated, while the hostess are busy joking around with friends. Very unprofessional, I will not be returning. I do enjoy the food however, I would recommend ordering take out from this location if it is most convenient. Great service at this Buffalo Wild Wings. Staff was awesome, attentive, responsive, and polite. I walked in sporting my Devils sweater and was surprised to see we were the only ones out for Game 6 of the 2012 Devils v. Rangers series. No matter, they put the game on one of the big projection screens for us right away. Food is pretty standard for a big sports bar. 90% of the menu is deep fried. Plenty of TVs and not too crowded. One of the better Buffalo Wild Wings I've been too. We drank, ate, and the Devils put away Tortorella and the Rangers. It was a good night. The past 3 times that I have visited this location, the service has been TERRIBLE. A walk through of yesterdays visit: We walk in, the host is on his phone, ignoring us. We wait for him to look up, and he asks us if we would like to sit in the dining room or at the bar. We request a booth in the dining room, but he says that there are no servers covering the open booths right now so he is unable to seat us at any of the four clean, open booths. He walks us to a table, which happens to have food, garbage, and a spoon beneath it. As we wait to ask someone for another table, we see the host leading 2 different groups to booths. They seat us, and our waitress takes brings our drinks but forgets straws. She then brings our appetizer, but waits 15 minutes to take our food order. I agree with other posters that "hit or miss" is probably a good way to describe this BWW location. On a number of occasions, I've arrived with one other person or a small group, and ended up waiting at the door for 5 minutes before being greeted and seated. In a couple of instances, we've walked out due to this issue. There seems to be a lot of staff turnover at this location, so it's hard to get to know the staff a bit due to this, and I like to give repeat business to companies that retain employees. Our food experience has been standard BWW, with only a couple of issues when they were very busy. If you like sports, they are showing almost every game, all the time. If you enjoy video poker or trivia, they do have this available as well. Overall, a decent casual dining experience. Just don't use the filthy bathrooms. read more

I don't really want to write a review of a chain because we all know what to expect. Everything was pretty normal until we got our food. I got a buffalo chicken sandwich and that is pretty good, the kid got chicken tenders. It was Man's night out. That means I don't feel like cooking, and the boy likes the Buffalo Restaurant. The location on 75th in Naperville has a clown, cartoons, and free ice cream on Wednesdays, but this place has nothing. I didn't know that it was site specific. Not that big of a deal. We were eating our food, watching sports when I tasted a french fry. It was so salty it burned. I tried the kids fries. Same thing. Ouch. I didn't complain because that is what I do here. Buffalo Wild Wings is a chain; a chain which I happen to like. It incorporates all of the things that make my life totally rad- chicken, sauce, beer, sports. That being said, this location is on the pretty terrible side. The music is way too loud. I am not old and I love to rock so hard that I puke, but I hate shouting, and that is what you need to do to hear your guests here. I also think the food is sub-par on the BWW scale. I hate giving this place a bad review, because I remember how much I loved BWW when they first started popping up and continue to love their sauces. However, this location specifically can only be described as "inconsistent". Sometimes the wings are ok and other times they are very disappointing with little/uneven sauce, smaller in size, or not cooked properly. The service is also hit or miss. What mostly bothers me about this location is how rude the red-headed female manager is to customers. I'm not sure if she still works at this location, but she has yelled at me and my friend for smoking outside when we were clearly over 15ft from any door and refused to let us have a shot since we both had a beer in front of us. read more

To start we had a great waiter David, it wasn't super crowded being it's Monday night which sometimes isn't a good thing. David was polite and on point and the beer of the night was ice cold,the appetizer ultimate nachos was great and David didn't push us to put our wing order in which sometimes happens. Was there on Sunday 12/15/19. Was crowded, but not packed during the Bear game. Very disappointed with the service and feel like it has been getting worse for a while. The staff was working hard, but they seemed to be under-staffed. Tables only got cleaned off if there were customers waiting for them, otherwise the dirty dishes stayed on the table, as the wait staff didn't have time to do it. All they have to do is hire 2 people to clear off tables and it would have solved the problem. The food was good and beer selection decent. read more
