After pointing this out to our server, who acknowledged they weren't the expected golden color, a replacement batch was brought out--still burnt. BWW has always been my favorite chicken wing place --- ever since I accidentally discovered it in 2014. I think this was my first BWW and I feel special about this place. It was surprising to see the low rating on Yelp, but I am so glad I came anyway. It is a Thursday night and there is quite a crowd here --- but I was able to get a seat at the bar immediately. The chicken wings here are still great. They are fresh and crispy, and the flavors are just amazing. My favorite flavor is Mango Habanero. The service is very friendly. Terrible service. We placed an order through Grubhub.They told Grubhub that they would not make an $18 salad that we ordered and that they would not refund the money. I called Grubhub and Grubhub contacted the Buffalo Wild Wings location and the restaurant was entirely dishonest about the issue. Moreover, they did not send the drinks that we ordered and still charged us for them. We've dined in at this location (Oxnard) many times before and the service is horrible. I tried discussing the issue with a manager once and he was dismissive and couldn't care less. It's unfortunate because the food is good. They just don't care about their customers at all. Worst service I have ever had with some of the worst wings I have ever had. The server was gone most of the time. I couldn't find her when I had an issue with my wings or drink. It took so long to get ahold of her I ended up canceling my drink order and just asking for extra sauce since the wings were so dry and I was hungry. When I asked for the check she never took the Long Island off and charged us for extra sauce. We never asked for extra blue cheese. We only needed one each which comes with the meal!
