Jim the bartender here always does a super job and you can't beat the wings. The burger is not shabby if you're OK with something well done. I hammer the mac and cheese from time to time as well. Omg this place's captain crunch shake is THE best thing that they could have added to the menu! Although I always love their tuesday & thursday discounted wings deal, I now have a go to drink as well ( if i'm not drinking their beer during happy hour at least) haha. I really like that they have a variety of sauces that you can pick from and you're not limited to just picking one sauce when you get more wings (unless you get the snack size-you only get to have only one flavor). My favorite is the garlic parm sauce but it's to each their own. Their fried pickles are pretty good too. There's plenty of parking and seating which is nice (you can sit at the bar, on the left, or you can sit in the booths near the tvs on the right). It's been around 3 years since my first review so I wanted to update it. I am staying true to my original 5 stars, because overall this place is still great and I'm so happy to be a customer here. I have only dined in maybe 5 times (nothing against the restaurant itself I just don't like loud environments and believe me, when there's a game, it gets LOUD. But I guess that's part of the fun at a sports bar type place!). I prefer take out so that's where most of this review is based upon. First and foremost, I am pretty happy with the way this BWW has dealt with COVID related things such as when the tent was up during the summer and fall, the screen separating the staff from the customers, and this place is very clean-- it definitely feels like a safe environment in terms of health. The one thing I would probably give a slap on the wrist for, and this has always been a slight problem, is the time it takes for someone to come to the pick up area. A lot of times, I'd say maybe 40 or even 50% of the time there's nobody at the counter and I'm waiting for someone to notice me, and one or two of the managers usually find me first and either helps me or gets someone else to do it. But I'm usually standing there, with nobody else, for a good 3 or 4 minutes, hoping the doordash tablet will ring or the phone will ring and someone will walk over. Especially with COVID now I don't like to walk over to the back to call someone, so I just kind of... stand there (and it has to be at a certain angle because otherwise I'm blocked by the wall and they won't actually see me). As for the staff themselves, they are all very friendly, very helpful, and responsive. I have asked for things like a little cup of sauce (because I like to try it that way instead of ordering my wings with it in case I don't like it), some ranch if I forget to say it over the phone, or some utensils and I've never had a problem, and they are quick about it. Also I had a problem with the Blazin' Rewards system once and it wasn't going through but that issue was resolved without a hassle which made me really happy that they were cooperative. As for the food itself? I can't really review that because I'm a moron who only likes one thing and refuses to try other things, but I love almost all the sauces, their fried cheese curds with that southwest sauce is AMAZING and I love the boneless wings. (I will say sometimes it feels like they skimp on the sauce a bit but that could honestly be me addicted to these sauces.) read more

Server returns, "would your son like another water?" Me: "Actually that was a lemonade." Server: "Oh! Maybe he should get a kids cup?" Me: (incredulous) "That would be great!" (If only we'd thought of that the first time around) The rest of our meal went off without a hitch until towards the end. The server asked us if we'd like anything else. I told her my son and I would love a couple of glasses of water. No problem! Server returns with one glass of water for me. "Does your son want water as well?" "That would be great!" DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I've been to this location before, as we moved to the area a few years back and this is now our location BWW, however o told myself I would never come back because the service has always been horrible. Last night, my sister came to town (from over 2 hours away) and asked if we could go. With hesitation, I said yes-however I wholeheartedly regretted it. What was supposed to be a nice catch up dinner with family turned into three hours of complete hell. 1) Our waitress did not take introduce herself or take our drink order for over 15 minutes. At this time we placed an appetizer order because my 11 year old son was starving. 2) As people around us, who came after us, were getting their food, we still remained without an appetizer-FOR OVER 40 minutes! When the waitress came to tell us it was on its way out, (what I presume was) cook came out and asked the waitress right by our table what sauce on our sampler wings. 3) When our food came out, my order was wrong so I sent it back. (They have naked tenders, and online it says that naked boneless wings are grilled chicken bites-so this is what I ordered, with the sauce on the side. The wings came fried and fully sauced.) I sent them back and asked if she could just box them as we had been there for over an hour and a half and my son was exhausted. I also ordered a salad and received no fork to eat it with and our waitress was MIA. By the time she came back with the boxed wings, it was almost another 30 minutes later, I had sent my son home with my fiancé and now asked for a box for my salad. I check the wing box and they are STILL WRONG!!!!! I asked to have them taken off the bill. 4) We were never checked on by any staff, not one drink refill, and honestly felt very angry as we watched people come, get served, and go. 5) when the bill came, she said she had taken the wings off. I noticed she also took off the appetizer and my soft drink. I figured this was a compensation for horrible service all night. I give her my card, and she comes back and tells me it's the wrong bill. I ended up paying full price for less than full service. At this time, we are still waiting for the boxes I kept asking for. At the end of the night, after 3 hours of being at this location, I was so mad that I didn't even want to ask for a manager because frankly I couldn't waste any more of my life at this location. This place is just like any other Buffalo Wild Wings. They are known for their buy one get one free wings on Tuesdays and $0.60 per boneless wing on Thursdays. They also have things like happy hours and reverse happy hours where you get half off appetizers past 10pm. Because of their deals and discounts, this place can become really crowded. If you come during their peak hours, you may even have to wait awhile for tables and their service can become slow. The parking is very limited, so I've experienced many times when I had to go all the way around and park at a different street and walk over. I wouldn't recommend parking at Taco Bell right next to this place because one time they made an announcement that all cars parked at Taco Bell will be towed if we don't move. I don't know if they said it just to scare us, but I didn't want to risk it. Even with these risks and inconvenience, it's always fun to go here with friends. I always get Parmesan Garlic and Asian Zing sauce on my wings. I hope they give more sauce sometimes, but it's really cheap and good so I won't complain. read more

Great spacing, music is not loud, awesome dispensaries, and private stalls that don't have the spacing in the doors where people can watch you take a doodoo. There is also some spacers between urinals so you can have some sort of peace. Pleasantly surprised. Food is just bww, its not like a professional chef is making wings so you can't expect too much. This place doesn't have great reviews but it didn't stop me from having a great time! Came on a Friday evening. Super packed, waited about 25 minutes. Ordered about 40 wings between two people and the manager was even nice enough to let us use both of our free snack size wings which you get annually as a member of the email club (worth it!). I had ten lemon pepper wings, five honey BBQ, five hot (dry rub, not sauce), and five parmesan garlic. All of them except the hot were amazing, ESPECIALLY lemon pepper. There's a reason I got ten! Service was fine this time around... I read other reviews which gave two or one stars for lack of service, but my waitress was fine. Very nice, corrected the mistake (which arose out of miscommunication and not negligence), had no issues. Oh, and there was also a complaint about wing sizes and quality... like, come on... do you go to McDonald's and complain that the burgers aren't gourmet? Give me a break. Just give this place a shot. I go to this Buffalo Wild Wings all the time as it is basically in my home town and have no problems even when they are busy. But today was completely unacceptable. I don't blame anyone else other than my server today which needs to either be talked to or gotten rid of. We had gotten here after my friend were already here with a table and we're all ready to order everything assuming it would be quick. So our server comes over after waiting 15 minutes but I figured it fine because they were somewhat busy. But once we ordered everything it was not as expected. We had orders at around 8:25 planning on getting our food decently quick so we could get the unlimited wings. I am going to name drop the server which was JIANNI. He was terrible. I love the food here I was so disappointed. We waited for 55 minutes just for our drinks. And as I am writing this it has been 1hr and 20 and still zero food yet. Also, my friends who had a different server that were sitting at a separate table had gotten drinks, food, second round of wings and were ready to check out BEFORE MY TABLE EVEN GOT DRINKS. And not only was his service extremely bad, he was the most grumpy, sassy, and unhappy person I've ever met. Whoever owns/manages this Buffalo Wild Wings please get rid of or fix JIANNI. And don't think I'm just so uneducated customer. I am a waiter myself that deals with more tables at once than he does plus I have to make all my coffees, lattes, sodas, etc and I have no problems. If I ever come here again I am requesting to not have this server. It's been quite some time since my last review and I figured it was time to get back on track. Wings-I love 'em. I like them spicy, I like them tasty, but most importantly, I like them done correctly-preferably unbreaded, but they MUST be crispy and done. This B-Dubs has really been great the two times I've been here. I see that when theny first opened there was a LOT of problems with staffing/service, but I've honestly had nothing to complain about either time I was there. First time I went with the whole family and I ordered Mango Habanero and the special Sriracha sauce wings. Kids ordered Chicken sandwich and an order of tenders and popcorn shrimp and my wife ordered one of the salads. We also threw in an order of the soft pretzels and mozzarella sticks. Service was great even though they were pretty packed and we were all impressed with the food. My wings were scalding...hotter than I expected, but it was what I wanted-flavorful, crispy, tasy, and eye watering spiciness (for those who don't like the spiciness, they have about 22 different flavors of sauce from sweet to BLAZIN'). Second time we went (about two weeks ago) the place was PACKED so the kids and I sat in the bar area (wifey was away). My daughter oredered the tenders and shrimp again, my son got boneless wings with mild sauce (and a zide of the Asian Zing-see what I did there?), and I got Asian Zing and Thai Curry wings (traditional, as always). Second time they hit it out of the park. Kids meals (including the pretzel appetizer-with both queso and honey mustard) were great. My wings were done perfectly-the Asian Zing sauce was sweet and a bit spicy and the Thai Curry were very flavorful with a hint of spice. I decided I wasn't a huge fan of the Thai Curry...not because it was terrible (it really was very good), but it reminded me more of an Indian Curry than Thai...kind of pulled a switcheroo on my taste buds. Tasty, and I'm glad I tried something different, but it just wasn't for me. I get that EVERY B-Dubs has issues when they first open, and this one seems to have run into the same problems, but I'm giving this one four stars-great service, great food, great atmosphere, clean, and a place my kids want to go back to sometime soon. Meh...you're typical B-dubs. The Good: Bartender was awesome. She was very friendly and attentive. Beer selection and specials are good. Lunch time specials help too (food wise). The so-so: Food was meh. Deep fried breaded chicken bites that don't taste fresh...ever...and lathered with the sauce/rub of your choice. Good options but at the end of the day the chicken needs improvement. Their wings are ok. I have had better elsewhere. Prices are good but if you prefer quality over quantity, go elsewhere. Good wings but other items not so much My wife and I decided to head over to BWW on Rt 46 for a casual dinner and an adult beverage or two. I had the pepper jack steak wrap and my wife had a burger. I have had wings at BWW many times at various BWWs and they are always very, very good, and my trip to this restaurant recently makes me feel that's the way to go. Service was great, beer (Sam Adams Octoberfest on tap, yum) was great however the food was mediocre. Maybe I should have asked ahead of time but the wrap was very heavy on onions. My wife said the burger did not seem as fresh as it should, so maybe that's why you don't order a burger in a chicken place! I should have have taken advantage of the half off special BWW in NJ has on Tuesday evenings. We will return down the road nevertheless but I look forward to my most difficult decision being which sauce to have on my traditional wings. read more

Have been to this location a few times. Most times, the service is meh and the food is good. The last time we went a week ago, the service was excellent, but my wings felt off. I ordered the boneless with two different sauces. They took forever to come out and the waiter was apologetic. When they finally arrived, on the first attempt to cut into a wing I knew it was not going to be a good experience. I should not have to get a workout attempting to cut a boneless chicken wing. Nice big open space, and we arrived a few minutes before the lunch rush - it does get busy in here, even on a work day. Sat down and they brought out some water and my iced tea and took our orders. Sat by the to-go space, which had a door that was constantly half-open and bringing in the cold.. not fun. That was when it started to get busy, though, and it showed - the server ran out of time and it took a while for the wings and more came out. Appetizers showed up at a reasonable pace and the stuffed mushrooms and the jalapeno poppers were decent to start. We picked a few varieties to try for the wings, bones and boneless - the bone-in version was 60¢ each that day. I liked the teriyaki and honey/sweet BBQ; the honey mustard not as much (only for mustard fans). The blazing boneless - it was spicy, kicked in really after the fact, and it hung around for a while, nicely done there. The more you ate, the harsher it was (one piece was okay). Only one time after the wings did our server have time to come back and check - and that was well after we'd finished up and brought some water to refill, too... maybe they just need one person going around to tables to refill drinks if they're going to be that busy. And my wings to go - another 12 minutes spent waiting after signing the check. Wings - big, juicy, and had some kick at the spicier end. Not the best buffalo sauce, but plenty of ranch and blue cheese to dip in and lots of TVs to watch from whatever angle you wanted the different sports games of the day and historic days gone by (was watching a 3OT game from the NBA from a few days back). Can see how this place would be great during playoffs. Service - initially strong, then petered out. I've been to other BWW's and never been so meagerly served before. Wings, consistent, and my colleagues seemed to enjoy themselves. Location - off a split highway, so you have to make some jughandles if you're coming from the West, but otherwise not too bad to get back to the main highways in the area. Love the atmosphere as I'm a sports fan. They have a lot of great sauces and a decent amount of meat, but the wings just arent crispy enough to warrant me coming here more often. Mondays here are all you can eat, tuesdays are 60c wing nights, so i stick with one of those two. Got them crispy and drums only. And they were so enjoyable. Not too hot. But a mild kick. And on Tuesday. They only .70 cents a wing. Also try the Mexi-Cali street corn. Fresh corn with Chipotle bbq sauce drizzled over, sprinkle of cheese and cool heat sauce. Very very good. The appetizer comes with 5 bite size pieces of corn. Awesome. I come here regularly at dinner time and the wings are always delicious. They are served pretty quickly. I never tried any other food here besides wings. The service is always good and all the waiters are very attentive. They have great selection of beers and let you try any beer you want. This place gets very busy around dinner time and over the weekend. We try to go there around 8pm when it gets less busy. read more

It seems like Buffalo Wild Wings made the food right when the order was placed and didn't give doordash time to pick it up. Wingless chicken - looked old, disgusting and stale - like it had been sitting there all day Carrots and celery - questionable Tacos - half the size of the picture, so so French fries - cold Salsa - disgusting, chips cold Hoping they didn't find a way to mess up my ice cream. 5 stars for the amount of utensils, wipes and the quality - at least you got that part right. I've been coming to this bww for a while now! It's the only one I go to, especially now with COVID. The outdoor seating area is always comfortable, tables placed apart from one another and the service is great. Our server Erhan was super attentive and made sure that we got our order in a timely manner and that exactly what we ordered. He made great recommendations for one of our platters and I am overall thrilled with the service at this bww. I highly recommend this location over other ones nearby! :) read more
