Purchased a couple bottles of BWW hot sauce at the takeout window upon receiving my receipt i was charged 1 dollar takeout charge asked the manager and was told any takeout order are charged extra taking a bottle off the shelf and handing it to me is an extra charge unbelievable. We had an awesome experience at this Buffalo Wild Wings tonight, and I'm hoping that this review will help other families. Ever since my daughter was born my husband and I have had a hard time getting good service when eating out with our daughter. It has been frustrating and has meant we typically get take out. Tonight, at Buffalo Wild Wings we had awesome service and a good meal. Our waitress, Phoebe was friendly and courteous. She filled our drinks and checked in on us. I know it's hard when you want to go out with kids. I highly recommend that you stop by this location and enjoy a good dinner with your family! In other good news...on Monday nights kids eat free! I never thought bww had thaaat good of food even the wings to me are ehh but WOW let me tell you the avo bacon burger is TO DIE FOR!! Meh. Wings usually come out cold or soggy, appetizers have a tendency of arriving with the main course. Wait staff is cold and inattentive, got the same girl maybe three times in a row and she just doesn't seem to give a .... I've been here multiple for football and basketball games. I prefer to sit in the bar area since the TVs are bigger. During main events they do put the volume up but if not you can ask for these speaker boxes if you want to listen to certain TVs. The wings are what you expect, breaded and fried. The sauces are were you can experiment a bit. They have the dry rubs and sauces shown with their spicy meter which really helps. Their boneless come in counts of 8 and their traditional wings come in counts of 5. The boneless sizes are about the size of chicken nuggets, some are larger it depends. The traditional wings are about the length of your thumb I would say. They always come out pretty quickly as well. I recently tried the House Sampler which I enjoyed very much. The onion rings were my favorite, crispy and dunked in the Southwestern Ranch Dressing. It also came with nachos, mozzarella sticks, and wings. I chose boneless Honey BBQ. Worth the price it is. You can share or just had it as your meal. The service is OK depends on how busy they are. If you don't want to bother waiting for servers to check on you just sit at the bar. They do different specials each day of the week. I think football season has the best happy hour on Sundays though. read more

I think I might be feeling optimistic and really it was probably more of a 3 star place but we had some nice bartenders and the atmosphere of a sports bar with a million TVs and people having a good time definitely kicks it up slightly for me. So we came here on a whim, I've never been to this location but I usually am a fan of BWW wherever they are. We got here during the peak hours and there were no tables so we sat at the bar and I'm glad we did. Ordered some beers, popcorn shrimp appetizer (could have done without that, it was nothing special) and wings. I got on the bone, flavors I got were the bourbon honey mustard, hot BBQ and spicy garlic. I liked all three of them although the spicy garlic was my favorite. My husband ordered boneless and liked the Parmesan garlic flavor the best. He also ordered mango habernaro which was good but man was that a hot sauce, it creeps up on you almost, you can taste the mango right away and then your mouth is spouting flames about 30 seconds later. a BWW location worth checking out! they have always done right by my friends and I every time we eat out here. sometimes wait times can get long, but it parallels the crowd size as you'd expect. the All-American Burger is absolutely fantastic (call me weird for eating a burger at a wing place, but try it for yourself and you'll see!) our servers have always been very kind & conversational as well. plenty of TVs throughout the place with sports to watch. Just to clear the air the service is A+ Fast, friendly, and attentive. Everything else is terrible. Came here the because I had a gift card and figured I'd see what all the hype was about. The wings are overpriced for the amount of meat you get. I can go to a non-chain restaurant and get wings 3 times the size with better quality meat for half the price. The wings themselves ate not well coated in sauce (not asking for them to be drenched but the entire wing should have a coating) not to mention they really aren't that great especially since they are the main focus of the restaurant. Sorry if you think these wings are amazing you haven't had good wings. Sides are also overpriced, a side of french fries should not cost almost $5 with tax. In summery amazing service but terrible prices for subpar to average food. Save your time and go to Mahwah Bar and Grill for amazing wings or if you'd prefer a more local spot try Jiggs on Route 23 in Butler, their wings are pretty damn good too. read more

Gave us a 10% discount if we gave a 5-star Yelp review. Required us to show the five-star review as proof. Obviously unethical, but is it against Yelp rules? I checked and Yelp will post a 90-day "community warning" on a businesses' Yelp page if they try to rig the ratings systems that way. It's a great restaurant, but I'm shocked that they would try to distort the reviews by paying for them. You can try to claim ignorance of the rules, but making someone pay more (vs discount) for daring to say that their visit was imperfect isn't about rules, it's about not being a jerk.
