The service here is subpar at best and I am disappointed in the way the manager handled us! I placed an order through Uber eats for pick up (because I had extra credit/discount). On the app it only allowed me to choose 2 flavors, but I know for my order I am able to have 4 flavors. I called the store to verify and the hostess told me to add a comment stating the 2 other flavors I would like, so I did. Once I got to the store they had my order wrong, only the 2 flavors that had been ticked. I explain to them what I had been told on the phone, the manager jumped in and said, "we don't read comments, we only make orders on what Uber tells us!" Luckily the hostess I talked to on the phone was there and corroborated what she told me. They then decided to fix my order. One problem solved. I also ordered drinks with my order, for some reason it did not show up on the ticket, but I showed them proof of the receipt that I had ordered AND paid for it. They were adamant that I had not ordered the drinks and refused to give me the drinks and told me to call Uber to dispute it. Very disappointed that the manager was not able to assist or accommodate my order. Happened to be on this side of town and popped in to catch a playoff game. I was shocked at the low overall rating here as service has been top notch and on point. Super attentive and food came correctly and at temperature which is a huge deal for me. This is a bigger Bdubs with a long but sectioned dining room and there are LOTS of tvs for the sports. The wings were either too saucy or not crispy enough. But after coming here late at night, I really enjoyed myself.
