This is such an amazing Buffalo Wild Wings location. Its never really packed, food is always fresh and done to my liking and the waiters and managers go out of there way to accommodate you. This place is still expensive as hell but I have something to look forward to on Tuesday afternoons (60 cent wing day). We just got our order and the food was cold. They didn't even bother to put it under the food warming lamps. It just shows that they don't care about their delivery customers as much as their in-house customers. If I were there in person, they would be replacing my food. Horrible service! Decided to give this location another try, since the boneless wings are supposed to be better now. Placed an order at 6:50 and was told that the order would be ready by 7:10. At 7:45, I walked out with my order, too upset to check everything properly. I got to my car and looked at the order. First, the boxes were disgusting and covered in sticky sauces. Then the chicken was cold. Our basket was was smaller than a regular order. And to top it all off, I found out that our order had been ready to go at 7:20 and had been sitting for over 20 mins. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a wild wings. Service was slow our waiter took half the appetizer orders then left. Brought half the appetizers before the beer, which my beer was wrong. Overall it took a little bit to get the rest of us appetizers and then ordering took even longer. Once I got my wings half way through I got this long ass hair right on my tongue, from one of my wings. They did take about half the price off my ticket, but let's just say our waiter probably had a 100 dollar table and made only 10 bucks in tips. Service was terrible! read more

After a long conference my company decided to go to this BWW to indulge in wings. At first the environment seemed inviting, then when we were started to be seated our server, who was Jayme, started tossing our napkins and straws instead of setting them down like a proper person should. She also tossed our drinks and menus at us and the whole time she had a "I don't want to be here" look on her face. In my opinion if she doesn't want to work there then she shouldn't be there its as simple as that. That was my whole experience summed up and I haven't even gotten to the food yet. So my other two friends and I were the first to order and last to get served. We waited nearly an hour and a half for our food. My food was cold and the wings weren't even tossed right. Not once did Jayme check up on her tables since she brought out our nasty food. You shouldn't call yourself a "server" if you only take the order and then show up once and that's to bring the check. But our other server, Chloe, who I wished had taken care of us did a great job. Anyway I'll definitely not be coming back to this place. read more

My boyfriend and I go here about once a week, and while we really enjoy it and the service, we always get bombarded by our waitress or waiter while we are eating. I know it's their job, but I don't need to be asked how my food is 3 times after I got to when I'm trying to eat??? It also doesn't help that the past couple times we went their, they were just as attentive but we never got one refill on our water the entire time we were there (for about 30 minutes). I love the food. It's good for beer and sports too. But they need to work on the service for sure. read more

This location is not too bad. See, I originally started going to a VERY awesome B-Dubs in Houston (which I have reviewed also). When I moved to Dallas, I schlepped around town looking for a comparable atmosphere (SKIP the Addison one, by the by...eek). This immediately became one of my favorites about 3-4 years ago. Of course, this was back when you could smoke at the bar in most restaurants in Plano. There's nothing like going to a local bar, having a few draft beers and some cigarettes, along with some wings, with some good friends. I kinda stopped going though after they outlawed smoking inside. And what's totally messed up about Dallas is they'll have a perfectly nice patio RIGHT outside, but because it's not 25 feet away, you can't sit and have a cigarette and a beer on it - you literally have to walk 25 feet away, and smoke in the middle of the parking lot. Lame. BUT, I've since returned. I am a big fan of some after work happy hours, and after Zenna (right across the street, I also have a review on them too) got repetitive, we decided to try BW's again. The bartender who works between 6-7 on most week nights is kind of a chode. He's one of those douchey "I'm too cool for school" guys who the world might be better off without. BUT, the wings are great - I recommend skipping the fries (they just don't get how to do fries, it's a shame) and going for some 6 or 12 boneless wings, and trying out the Spicy BBQ or Caribbean Jerk sauce. Actually - scratch that, try them all, I don't have anything bad to say about any of them. They also have Buzztime Trivia there, but good luck going on a night when anyone else is actually playing. For whatever reason, fans of that game do not flock to this location. For that, you would definitely want to try The Franchise off Custer and Parker. Overall, I'd say - if you're into sports, draft beers and chicken wings, definitely give it a try if you're ever in the Plano area. read more

Tonight I went here with my friends we all ordered and waited for our food. One of my friends got her food before all of us and she finished before we ever even got our food. We went to eat to all eat together and after an hour we got our food. It took forever and 3 other tables that got there after us got their food before us. Tyler was our server he never asked if we needed refills and he came back at the last second when we were all done with are food and asked if we needed anything ?? I initially wasn't going to go as far as to write a review but as we were ready to pay, we asked for a discount because the service was terrible and we didn't enjoy our food. The manager came up and looked at us with a ugly face. She was extremely rude and rolled her eyes the entire time. She was huffing and puffing and was mad the whole time. She was talking to us as if we weren't customers. She never once said she was sorry for everything and she only took a dollar off the bill. I just feel as though a restaurant manager should never be that unprofessional and disrespectful. Like why was she so mad ? Did it hurt her to take money off the bill or even say she was sorry for the bad service ? NO it didn't... She doesn't need to be a manager. She should be fired. Her name is Carie Bass. Carie if you are that mad at your job as a manager go work in a ware house were you don't have to work with customer service because you obviously aren't accustom to it and you don't know how to be professional and talk to people. They were seating unrelated parties together at a table. We had waited and my son was hungry. Wish they would have told us when we arrived about table sharing. A raining day, we wanted some wings to go, and its first time for buffalo wings, so we ordered 40 pcs wings, (Honey BBQ, Thai spicy, Teriyaki, and Pepper Lemon) Honey BBQ favor is the best in 4 of this, Pepper Lemon is bit too salty and sour and I dont like the teriyaki taste, beside the wings we also ordered the nacho burgers which i saw the pic on yelp, and looks good, so ordered 2, but didnt taste good at all, the potato was over fried, all i taste is spicy on my burger, no favor. Good food, bad service. We went on a slow Saturday afternoon with another couple, each of us ordering some wings and appetizers. Our appetizer never arrived, and the waitress didn't notice until I asked about it (and then unapologetically blamed it on the kitchen). Drink cups remained empty much of the time. We had to ask multiple times for marinara for the one of our sides that did arrive, finally flagging down someone other than our main waitress. The worst part happened after another waitress gave one of the entrees to the wrong person at our table. He started eating, and when I asked abut my meal, the waitress said that they had mixed up the entrees - and told me to just take the food from my friend who had already started eating it. Again, all of this without even a hint of an apology. The food, however, was as good as expected (at least the food that we actually got). However, the good food didn't make up for the bad service we got. I've been to other BWW locations before and have never had this kind of service. If this is a measure of the typical service, I'll plan to pass this one by from now on. read more

All of my experiences have been different and increasingly worse. Chicken sometimes tastes like the cleaner used on the fryers. Their Wings are the BEST! I don't like spicey wings but most places have mild wings that are STILL too spicey. BWW has wings from not spicey at all to just about tote you out in an ambulance. We go there a LOT and their wings are always the BEST. They ARE messy but oh so good! Their service is usually pretty good as well. However, it is not quite as dependable as their wings but I think they're working on it. So, if you like Wings, you have to try these. (And, try their buffalo chips). They are good as well. We have ordered other things from the menu but their Wings are what you don't want to miss. And, it's in Plano so it is non-smoking. read more

And another six top with two people in it. There were two other six tops who had been waiting as well who couldn't be seated because they have no clue as how to seat guests. My girl friend's babysitter got sick, so she couldn't make it to the restaurant. Since the Rangers were playing, I thought why not get a beer and watch a little. Unfortunately, they had a $30 minimum before you could be seated. In this economy, that was pretty bold! I almost certainly won't go back and asked my girl friends to stay away too. We came in one Saturday evening during St. Patty's day. The server recommended a drink but I asked her if it was sour, she assured me it was not. When I got it, it was super sour I couldn't even drink it! The drink contained Jameson, so when I told her it was super sour, she asked if I wanted Jameson to get rid of sourness. When I got the bill, she charged me for the Jameson that was already suppose to be in the drink! Then when I gave a large bill, her change was in only $5's and larger bills. I could only assume she wanted a better tip. Wings at this location did not taste great either. I normally don't review chains, however I was very impressed with my server and the manager. We ordered 18 boneless wings and weren't too happy with one of the flavors we ordered. Both the waiter and manager were very nice about getting us a new set of wings with no attitude. Besides that, we were very impressed with the polite young man that was serving us. The food itself was very hot and tasted great, highly recommend the Mango Habanero and Asian Zing. We will continue to visit this location. read more
