The food was OK. The dining room was a disaster. The men's room trash can was over flowing. We had take out, so when we got to our hotel room to eat, there was no ketchup for our order of potato tots, there were no napkins (really, with wings!!!) , there wasn't a variety of drums and wing in the two orders. I've been back to this Buffalo Wild Wings a few more times, and it seems that on occasion they are capable of doing a decent job. The fast break lunch specials are compelling, though the Caesar salad has far too much dressing. Boneless wings are 75¢ each on Thursdays, but they are highly inconsistent whether they serve them in fives (like traditional wings) or in sixes (like every other BWW). Half-price traditional wings on Tuesdays is nice, but I'd like to see boneless get that extra discount, too. The bar service is hit or miss, though the tableside waitstaff is usually pretty reliable. On occasion the beers come out tasting a little light. For a quick, relatively cheap outing, this is a fine choice, and also in the running for lunchtime takeout. read more

Well this BWW in Santa Fe ruined me for life on this place. The food was dry, over cooked and you could tell it had sat under the heat lamp way too long. Driving through Santa Fe today (Fri) I found myself hungry. I happen to see BWW, and thought why not? Seated at my table, I observed that almost all the wait staff and bar tenders had a mask but not worn properly - around their necks! Employees were in and out of the kitchen sans masks. employess walking around restaurant sans masks. There were several drunk men at the bar yelling F*** this, F*** and one was walking around everywhere, sans masks. I Have a grand child in the hospital who just got a kidney transplant and today of feeling happy and hoping for a great recovery, now I have to hope I do not contract the virus all because of these selfless inconsiderate people. read more

Went in to eat on 12-22-22 at 6:15. Were told by the host to seat ourselves. We went to sit down at a table for four. When an older gentleman with a beard one of the waiters confronted us. He asked why were we seated ourselves. We advised him we were doing as the host had said. He said good luck on getting service for he wasn't going to wait on us. We flagged the hostess down and advised her of the situation. She went to ask him what was going on. He said loud enough for us to hear that he wasn't waiting on " Gringos ". The hostess got another waitress to our table. She apologized for his remark and advised a manager would be made aware of his actions. We got through the dinner with no other issues. We asked to speak to Manager but never got one to the table. We paid and left. We want be back. In fact we enjoyed the different wings that we ordered. Were they the best wings....no....were they the worst...no. We tried traditional curry wings, mango and then a very spicy wing dish. Worst service ever. When we arrived there were no clean tables so we had to wait for them to clean one. As we were waiting for our table another group came in after us and took our table. The staff looked confused but did nothing for us. After ordering our food we only saw our waitress return once. After that she disappeared for the next hour. We never received utensils, napkins, or even refills. The restrooms were disgusting and one toilet was leaking and made the entire restroom smell like sewage. Until this visit, I had not been to a BW3 in many years. They reminded me why. There are several reasons for my avoidance. First and foremost, the breaded wings are terrible. WAY over-breaded, chewy, and not improved by being served at close to room temperature. The sauce was lackluster. I had the medium classic buffalo sauce--sticky, thick, and very thinly applied--and the Asian garlic--so garlicky that they were inedible. I used to like both. The best part of the meal was the salt & vinegar fries. I say best only in comparison to the rest of the meal--the flavor was good but the fries were waxy and cold. The worst part was paying a tab of nearly $50 (2 people, 0 alcohol) for this extremely mediochre dinner. I didn't walk in with great expectations. I left with disgust. Not sure about all the bad reviews; my experiences as a recent SF NM transplant at this BeeDubs has been exceptional. The bartenders have been on top of things most especially Michelle and Gio. This is my first and I hope my only one star review. I should've not stayed when it took more than five minutes to be seated when the place was empty. It was about 1:30 PM and not a hostess or waitress in sight. And we did get seated our waitress was not too enthused to be there and it showed. We did get a waiter from the bar come by and he was the only happy person in this building. I ordered a blues burger and it was as thin as paper and did not taste very good. I did not finish it and I wasn't even ask if there was anything wrong with it she just took it away. I wish there was something good I can say about my experience here but the place was empty I don't see this place making it in Santa Fe with this kind of service and this kind of food. The corporate model for BWW makes it very easy for staff to cluster together in various alcoves and avoid customers. That the place is cacophonous and crowded doesn't help. Until franchise holders dare to shake things up a bit, this will be the slowest place in town. We need MORE FRESH GREEN FOOD to sustain life. We LOVE the Wings and excellent Sauces here...there's not very much more enticing or fresh, sadly. It was mildly busy, very friendly front desk kid. He found us a table and then it began. Waitresses all walking by, looking at the table with no drinks, and walking on. After 10 more minutes (it took 15 to get a table) of no acknowledgment, we got up and walked out. I've yet to have a good experience at a BDubs. I rarely write reviews, but when I do I try to help others in fair warning of what to expect. Came in with no expectations of anything, just a normal Buffalo Wild Wings. Plenty of seats to be seated at. Original waitress took 45 minutes to just acknowledge our presence and that she'll be right with us. We ended up getting another waitress. She turns out to be soft spoken, never offers refills of beverages, stuck her finger in one of our ranch cups and leaves it there. Onto the food, all the chicken in our dishes were dry and didn't seem freshly cooked. Had a customer sitting right beside us complaining to one of the employees for having to wait an hour for mozzarella sticks. And the restaurant isn't even packed. But the employee ended up paying for the customers meal so kudos to the employee for making up for the issue. read more

Buffalo Wild Wings or as some refer to it as BDubs, is really a hit or miss. One day the service can be wonderful and timely, other times the service and time you wait for your food can be terrible. Lately however, I've found that my experience here has been improving. The food is always comfort level and it's very delicious - the service is the ONLY thing you have to worry about. My favorite server by far goes by the name of Hanz. He know's what he's doing and he really expresses the proper amount of care to ensure a simple, seamless experience. Can't speak for the others however. But aside from that you really have nothing to worry about on your visit to BDubs other than the service. I can guarantee that you'll love the food and find yourself coming back for more. read more

Let's start from the beginning when I waited by the door looking for a host. After being seated, at lunch time, I waited for another 10 minutes before I even placed my drink order.... I was on a time crunch due to work so I went ahead and ordered right away. The waitress did not write the order down after I asked her to. I ordered the chicken wrap WITH NO TOMATOES. I'm pretty sure I told the server about 3 times no tomatoes and I was worried they would have tomatoes because she didn't write it down. Another 20 minutes goes by and here comes my food (picture posted). Very small amount of Buffalo chips and guess what, my wrap had tomatoes. I sent it back, frustrated because I knew I was going to be late back to work and waited a very long time for another wrap.... The second wrap came out and there was no ranch in it... I didn't say anything this time because I really needed to eat and leave. I ate my meal quickly so I could pay and leave. My total was $9.21 and I gave the server a $10. My change was 70 cents. This is the worst service I've had in my entire life of 45 years, and no I'm not exaggerating! If they're working for tips, it doesn't show. Dirty, dirty, dirty! It took 25 minutes for me to beg to order a drink, after I bussed my own table, "you're welcome!" 30 minutes later, moved to the bar to be told we needed to wait. Now, I'm pretty patient with two daughters that are in the service industry. I bend over backwards to help and be patient...but the amount of rudeness I endured was beyond explainable. The table that I moved from, had another couple leave 20 minutes after that! I only stayed because I needed food after 800 miles of travel and my dogs were waiting alone in a hotel room.
