Every time I come to a BWW, it is always the same experience no matter the location. When we get to the front, no one is there and it takes us a while to be seated. When we are finally noticed, we get taken to a table where it's an extra 10-15 minute wait just to get our water. Add another 15-20 minutes just to find a waiter/waitress to take our order. It never fails to be this way, and this location was unfortunately not any different. You might be thinking, if the service is kinda bad, why not order online or just not go? And my answer is just, I actually really like their wings and their flavors LOL Honestly, I should probably order take-out more often but I end up with always thinking "why not just give them another chance, maybe they won't be that bad today". For a Saturday night, you would think it would be busy but no. We had a party of six and our food was delivered piecemeal with 20 minutes in between sets. Many members of our party were already done with their meals before others got theirs. Our waitress kept blaming the kitchen. However, that wasn't the worst part... The bone in wings were not edible. They were dry, overcooked, and strangely crunchy in weird places. We will not be coming back anytime soon. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. The service was beyond terrible, and the staff made it crystal clear that they were discriminating against us for cheering for our team--while every other table was just as loud supporting theirs. Apparently, if you don't root for the "right" side, the waitresses will glare at you, ignore your table, and even threaten to kick you out for simply enjoying the game. The hypocrisy was insane--other groups were screaming, chanting, and celebrating, yet we were singled out and treated like we didn't belong. It felt hostile, unfair, and flat-out discriminatory. The servers were rude, inattentive, and seemed more interested in standing around than actually working. Drinks took forever, food came out cold, and we constantly had to flag someone down because they clearly couldn't be bothered to do their jobs. If you want to pay high prices to be disrespected, discriminated against, and wait an eternity for lousy service, this is the place for you. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and stay far away from this garbage excuse of a restaurant. Buffalo Wild Wings should be ashamed of how their staff treats paying customers. Madison was terrible. My wife, child and I already had a terrible experience with this location back in January during the fires (see first review). Ricky and Joseph both had apologized for the situation and rectified everything. Joseph went so far as to offer us a $25 gift card if we'd give BWW another chance. So we waited, and then came on a night that wasn't terrible busy at all. We were both hopeful that things had changed, and were treated by kind workers at the front. Things were looking up, until we got Madison as a server. She was sweet at first and brought us our starter drinks very quickly (even returning to quickly to where we were almost at a decision of what to eat, but not just yet). Then it began. We had to wait almost half an hour before she returned to take our order (fed our baby for 20 mins with about an additional 5 min wait on either end of the feeding). The food was thankfully great, but Madison didn't come and fill up our drinks once during the meal (brought me 1 water after I'd already finished eating, and didn't bring 1 for my wife [not to mention the fact she passed by us and my empty cup of water 5 times to help the table right beside us! I literally had the cup right at the edge of the table so there would be no excuse of her not seeing it was empty])! I finally had enough and had to get up and ask the busser to get boxes for our food. Once again she continued to pass us by when I was trying to get the check. So I once again had to get up and ask the busser for the check. Madison then came running out of the back with our check, gave it to me in one step, and then right back again to the back with the next step. She didn't take a single moment to ask if I was ready to pay (literally had the card in my hand ready)! I flagged her down, just to be ignored, then I got up for the 3rd and final time and spoke to the busser to get a manager so we could pay our check and leave. After the busser left to get the manager was when she came back to take our payment. We finally were free to leave! Joseph is a great manager, but his establishment is the worst I've ever been to, simple because he keeps hiring terrible staff! There's no excuse for this kind of service (especially since she kept seeing a table right next to us at least 10 times before we left, and yes, they came in after us). This location is great! The wings here are delish- I got the lemon pepper and the spicy garlic boneless wings. The wedge cut fries and the fried pickles are delicious. We were treated with VIP service by waitress Belinda! We love Belinda! We only come to this BDubs because of her top notch service and attention to detail. I guess we keep hoping that it'll get better but it never does. First, it took them 45 minutes to seat us after seating parties of 4/5 that came in after us, which gave us the impression that we were last because our bill would be smaller. We ordered immediately, 1 appetizer, 2 entrees...1 hour later they came out, they brought my wife's first, then 15 minutes later brought half my meal out and it was COLD. Once again, we went to Buffalo Wild Wings to meet Yelp friends on NFL Game Day. The restaurant seems poorly managed with a lot of employees who don't seem happy to be there. We were there for about 4 hours, much of the time without being checked on, so plenty of time to observe the staff. I only saw two of the servers hustling and smiling. They were a breath of fresh air compared to the rest of their unhappy compadres, just going through the motions. Didn't make for a stellar experience. Dear Hubby ordered a Stella, generously sized for $7.50. I picked a non-alcoholic black cherry spritzer kind of drink. It was terribly sweet, so I kept cutting it with water. No black cherries to be found, but there were six maraschino cherries in the bottom. Oh-kay. Odd! Last time we were at BWW, I recall ordering the sampler, which included wings. The wings weren't great. This time we tried the "Ultimate Nachos". Big mistake. For $2 we added chicken. The add-on was tiny chunks of desicated meat that resembled chicken in color, but had zero flavor. Unlike many other eateries that offer nachos, utilizing beans, olives, cheddar cheese, guacamole, and sour cream, the version we received had lackluster drizzling of chili, some ballpark-style nacho cheese from a can, plus some crema. Good thing I asked for no jalapenos and the pico de gallo on the side, because it was too spicy from the chili. The pico de gallo was also spicy. It was well and truly awful. We picked at it because we were hungry, but it never improved. Also not improving over the course of our time was the server checking back. She didn't. Didn't ask about our food, didn't offer to refill our water glasses. At one point, she inexplicably dropped off one glass of iced tea to one of our friends, completely ignoring the rest of us. The friend who invited us asked the server to take the nacho order off the bill, as it was just nasty. She did it, but never apologized. She ended up tossing the bill at me, in a passive aggressive move. Despite that, I tipped her to include the nachos order, which was me taking the high road. That's when we all started really observing what was happening with the staff. I rarely ever give a one star review, and strive to offer constructive feedback. This time I would just say to the G.M. - time to assemble your staff and have a closed door meeting about what you want your restaurant to be. Definitely include the cooks and bartenders. I've had decently coated 6/10 and I've had almost no coating like they tossed to mix one time and out the bowl it goes 1/10. My husband and a group of friends arrived at 9:45 a.m. Their server was the only server in the restaurant until 11:00 and was insanely busy. I arrived at 11:30, and they were in the middle of one of the worst dining experiences any of us had ever had. I didn't see the server come by our table once for the first 40 minutes I was there. One friend had ordered his food 30 minutes BEFORE my husband ordered, yet my husband had received and finished his meal before our friend got his. We watched several other tables receive food during that time, as well, and these were ALL people who had sat down and ordered after our friend. It took this friend well over an hour to receive his food. In the meantime, another friend placed his food order at 11:00. Spoiler alert: by the time we left the restaurant at 1:20, he had still never gotten his food. I waited about 40 minutes for my food after placing my order. In addition to the waiting, between 9:45-1:20, not ONE single empty cup or plate was picked up from our table. In fact, our friend started bussing the table himself to clear some space! We spoke to our server several times. We did not place blame on her, and she complained to us that she "had 30 tickets at the moment." We called for the manager, Hilda. As a member of our group began explaining to Hilda that several people were waiting for food, she cut him off mid-sentence and walked away, saying she would go check on the food. Twenty minutes later, she had never returned, nor had the food. We reminded our server several times about the missing food, and she kept placing blame on the kitchen. The friend who'd waited over an hour for his food made a comment about being frustrated he had to pay for this food after this awful experience and that he'd been waiting so long to pay because he needed to leave. Our server, who was walking by, screamed at him, "I'll pay for your food myself! I just want you to leave! I want you to leave! I will pay for it!" Several people from other tables nearby turned and watched her scream, completely shocked by this unacceptable behavior. We called Hilda back to our table. Our friend calmly explained everything to her. She said she would "talk to" the server because that shouldn't have happened. She expressed they were short-staffed, but she did not apologize. She did not offer us anything and seemed to feel that blaming being short-staffed was enough. Another member of our group asked what she would do to make this right for us (HOURS of waiting for missing food, horrible service, dirty tables, and being yelled at by a server). Hilda said she could give a discount. Our friend said he did not feel he should have to pay, especially since one meal STILL hadn't come out, and she snapped back, "Oh, you WILL pay," then threatened to call the cops on us and stormed off. She never returned to our table. Thankfully, the Assistant Manager, who was very nice, came and finally helped us. He comped our food and only charged us for drinks. A couple of employees alluded to us the fact that they hate working there or hate working for Hilda. We finally left- with one person STILL never having received his food that had been ordered over two hours earlier. Good service starts from the top, and this restaurant's leader, Hilda, is obviously a toxic and incompetent GM. We will be following up with corporate, but I can certainly say this was my last visit to this BWW location. The MANY other one-star reviews (several of which mention Hilda's bad attitude and leadership) speak for themselves. I only leave one star reviews for the most special spots, so congratulations BWW on your accomplishment! You deserve it. Let's set the scene. We're starving and everywhere is closed, enter Buffalo Wild Wings. The final frontier. We arrive at 10:25 (a hour and a half before closing and a hour before the kitchen closes). There is one group ahead of us, they get seated within 5-10 minutes and then finally they come to just check us in. This is already moving slower than an episode of Mad Men. There is no dedicated hostess, so we manage to go 30 minutes without receiving any update after an initial ETA of 5-10 minutes. It was like when Dad left all over again. Finally, the manager comes over and tells us and tell us "I guess I could hook you up." This is a table, not a drug deal with the 30 year old guy that lives in your hometown that sells to high schoolers. We sit down order drinks, pretzel knots, and a singular beer. All but the beer come relatively quickly, maybe things are looking up? WRONG. The beer was drafted and went to war, never to be seen again (even after two reminders). She comes back to take our order. Given the circumstances, we directly asked her, "If we ordered 60 wings, would the kitchen be able to do that?" Her response, "Sure, no problem." But it was a problem. We waited for 30 minutes, it was 11:35 now. Our waiter comes over and tells us, kitchen is only making 30 wings... we're devastated. There are so many things that don't make sense here: 1. Why didn't our order go in for 30 minutes? 2. Did the beer make it back from war? 3. Why were we still sitting at this restaurant? In fairness, they did bring out some nachos that were terrible that literally no one wanted as a substitute. It's like planning a trip to Hawaii and ending up in Madagascar. We decided that at 11:55 we had to leave; there were employees that were leaving before we even got our food. We were about to have a mental breakdown. Of course at 11:54, the food came. The wings were luke warm at best and almost 20% of the wings didn't even have sauce. We got our bill (with the fallen solider beer of course still on it) and finally left BWW. Almost 2 hours, 30 cold wings, and 1 terrible time later. In all seriousness, I have complete respect for the service industry and the customers they have to deal with, but it would be cool if BWW was just up front with us about the problems they were facing instead of stringing us along for 2 hours. read more
