I always like Buffalo Wild Wings - this location is no different. Went on a Saturday night so there was a 20 minute wait. There are tons of TVs on the walls and so it's easy to watch sports wherever you're seated in the restaurant. This place was definitely busy, even the bar was full. The service was good and attentive even though the place was packed. The food was typical American sports bar food (wings, nachos, fries, burgers, wraps and salads). Their menu has enough variety that anyone can find something to eat. I would recommend this place if you are in the mood to watch some sports and eat typical American bar food. I really enjoyed these. Next was the kettle chips with cheese sauce and chicken. Not sure what it's called but it is like nachos. They were also very good. The chips have a good crunch and are seasoned very well. My main dish was a nacho burger. It sounded good but I was a little disappointed. It has two pre-made thin patties with pico, cheese, and a tortilla chip on the bottom bun. Could have been a great burger if they used fresh ground beef. We went to BW3 on Sunday. The place was absolutely horrible. We showed up and were the only one at the hostess counter outside of a to go order. The hostess came over and greeted us. She asked if we wanted a booth or high top. We said we didn't care. She then proceeded through and pass 7 filthy tables to get to ours. Ours had trash ALL over the floor including food and napkins. The place only had 4 active tables in the whole restaurant and no one at the bar. We waited for a server...and waited...and waited. My wife said "if someone doesn't come within 15 min from the time we got here, we are leaving". Many of the staff caught our eye but no one came by. At the 13th minute, a server said I'll be right with you. At the 14th minute, a different server showed up. I knew at this point we were doomed. The server took our food order. We also ordered 4 waters and a Dos Equis. The waters took over 10 minutes to get and 5 min later the beer came out (15 min into the order). Again, they weren't busy at all. From what I could see, they had a bartender and 3 servers on. The food came out between 35-40 minutes after we ordered. It's obvious that there wasn't a manager on or he could care less as it was a "shit show". We got our food and of course, no silverware. My son's food didn't come with marinara as requested for his side sauce (had the $15 byo appetizers). I had to ask for silverware and marinara. She brought the silverware and disappeared. 15 min later I had to ask again for the sauce. It took her another 5 min to get it. All drinks were empty. She asked if we wanted more water and another beer. We said yes (shouldn't have). Of course it took 10 min for water. She brought out the water and knocked over a ranch dressing on the table. She cleaned it up immediately but it just added to the fire. Once again, no beer yet. I had to stop her when all of us were almost done and ask for my beer. She said oh, ok, the bartender usually brings it out, I'm not sure why he didn't. She went to the bar and of course he poured it right there signifying she didn't even ring it up. Honestly, I'm not shocked, the BW3 by my house in Indianapolis (Carmel) is just as bad but I thought this would be different. Nope. Same crappy service with a management team that's non existent. It's a shame since it's high time for tourists and no one in the place. I should have seen it coming from when I pulled up in the parking lot and it was empty. Oh. Tried to call the General Manager who's name and number was on the door yesterday around 10 am and it just rang and rang with no voicemail at all. Kinda makes you wonder. Good wings. This is the third or fourth time I've been to a buffalo wild wings restaurant. This was the best one by far. The server was friendly & the wings were perfect. Our favorites for the teriyaki, the spicy Asian, garlic Parmesan and my husband really liked the honey mustard barbecue. If you're a fan of Buffalo wild wings you will like this one. They were not that busy, but we waited about seven minutes and not one of the employees who walked by us said anything or seated us. I will never be back!!! So let me explain. This is advertised as a sports bar. Ok 30+ TVs with 3 different games. Asked about Auto Racing, Hockey, and a football team out of Florida. Well no worry you'll get nothing then to boot the bartender is sick and two managers are arguing whether they can let them go home. This is a pass GO and keep on going type of place. I know for sure the reason there was an empty parking lot is because this is not a place to spend a penny. They are rude, unprofessional, and totally pissed anyone comes through the front door. Used to be a pretty standard experience, but as of late my friends and I have noticed a turn in the service. Wrong orders, ok service, and just odd smelling food. We ordered takeout the other night and when we opened our food, there was a distinct chemical smell to the chicken. We called back and they made the dish over, but they didn't seem all that apologetic over the fact that we had to come back over chemical smelling chicken. Went to Buffalo Wild Wings to watch the UFC fight that was on August 4th. We came pretty late, around 11:00 PM but got seated at a high top right away. Ordered a couple drinks, not so much interested in food at the time. By the time we finished the first round our waitress came over (11:30 at this point) and said its last call on alcohol. We got another round of blue moons and I asked if the kitchen would still be open and she said yes. We got our blue moons and waited for her to come back again so I could place an appetizer order. Let me start out by saying we are locals. This restaurant is severely poorly managed. We stopped in for lunch today and waited 5 minutes before seeing a single employee. She walked up proceeded to tell me half the store is closed so we have to sit in the bar area. That's not a problem for us however what is a problem is waiting another 10 minutes before we walked out. Totally forgot about us I mean never came back to our table and what makes this even more frustrating is they had 3 servers and 6 tables and we were 1 of those. The service is terrible. I ordered the chips with cheese (fries with cheese) and they didn't come until the very end after asking four times where they were. Then they came out and had cheese only on two of the fries! Usually they are covered. We waited forever for our drink refills. Arrived to have dinner with my husband... table was dirty when we say down & asked for it to be cleaned. Our waitress was quick to help. Unfortunately for such a happening place, most of the staff appeared to be unhappy to be there... not a smiling face in the bunch :( After inquiring, we found out that there has been a rush come in before we had arrived & the food was taking more that 30 minutes to get to guests. My family have been going to B-Dubs for many months every Tuesday Evening. Here lately when we order for some reason our order never comes correct. We order the same thing every week usually with the same waitress. The salad has bad lettuce which you have to pick out if you want to eat it. I have to say they did take the salad off the bill tonight after seeing the bad lettuce. We enjoy the atmosphere but, would really appreciate getting the right food. The food was good. We had traditional bone-in wings with the flavors hot buffalo (wet), enchilada and dry buffalo (hot). They were cooked well and the enchilada flavor, one of their special releases, had a nice red enchilada taste followed by chile heat. It's the special release I have liked best after the sriracha from a few years ago. Unfortunately, the service was slower than normal. We had to wait a long time for a waiter to make a first visit to our table and a long time for the food to arrive. We had been seated 45 minutes by the time the food made it to our table. Just got back from a very disappointing meal. The place was not busy but yet we waited for a long time to get our food. Our appetizers were brought out without plates to eat them on. We had to ask for plates, which never came, so we asked again. By the time we got plates our apps were cold. We also asked for marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks, that never came either.
