When it's a quick lunch break meal or a long overdue beer after work, this place is the BeSt! (Especially if you come during happy hour) very relaxed atmosphere with a pleasant staff! I have been to many different Buffalo Wild Wings locations in north Florida and this one is by far my favorite. And the number one contributing factor to that is the cleanliness of the entire place. Tay, our waitress was great! Cocktail was alright. I had a chicken wrap that I didn't think was going to be spicy but definitely was. Boytoy had .65$ wings half of them were "medium" and he has a high tolerance for heat but apparently this lit him up. The garlic mushrooms were awesome. And let me just make something really clear. Tay was great. Like they had three servers that night and it was BUSY like a good ten minute wait. And she was still super attentive. But, 15 wings (Thursday night special) a wrap, an order of mushrooms, a side of fries, and a cocktail for 41$. Not bad. We sure enjoyed BWW today. I had the shrimp PO boy and it was yummy. Husband had a burger and he said he liked it. Our server, Taylor, was excellent. She was very attentive and checked on us multiple times. She was friendly and chatted with us. The manager also dropped by our table to check on us. He was very pleasant. Only negative was the noise level but I guess that's just part of multiple Tv's. Our experience was excellent. read more

They were out of the two draft beers my husband and I had decided on having, one of which was their beer of the month. I decided on another and it was not very cold when I got it. The service was good, but they were out of celery among many other things. Just shows poor management skills. Also the bathrooms were not very clean. Food and drinks were average at best. I was pretty excited to see that we had a BWW coming to town, especially since it was replacing the old TGIFriday's which never seemed to have great food or service. I've been to other BWW's and always had an enjoyable experience, so once the crowds died down I decided to stop in on a Saturday afternoon for some wings, beer, and college football. Plenty of parking, and was surprised to find the number of tables they had in the place- there's a LOT of seating available. Plenty of tables, high-tops, and bar seating for whatever you feel like doing. There's also a ridiculous number of HD flatscreens all along the walls and ceilings, so you'll be able to watch at least 3 TV's comfortably from any seat in the restaurant. The service was very good, the waitress was very attentive, got the orders correct, was friendly, and also knowledgeable about the wings / rubs / sauces. I was especially happy to see they had 3 different Sam Adams on tap, along with a ridiculous amount of other domestic and import beers. The wings were very good- I love a good crispy skin with moist meat, and the flavors have to compliment and not overpower the wing itself- the flavors we tried all did just that. The hot sauce wasn't melt-your-face, but had a good kick, and the sweet asian chili was awesome. A lot of the appetizers and burgers looked ridiculously good, but c'mon, if you're going to a BWW, you're going for wings and beer. Overall, had a great trip in here. The service was great, food was great, and beer was great. Had no issues whatsoever, and felt like I got a good amount of food and had a great meal for the amount of money I paid. Really enjoyed myself and looking forward to going back. I'm anxious to know if they show UFC or WWE pay-per-view events here, I may stop in for one of those. Terrible service by every staff member from the hostess', waitress and manager to the guest experience captain...it was a disaster from start to finish. We walked in and it was a typical sports bar type atmosphere, which we expected. We asked to be seated at a booth. The hostess' sat us. One of them brought us a highchair & a booster seat. The highchair was sat at the end of the booth. We finally get situated and another host comes over and makes us move. He told us that having a highchair at the end of a booth was a fire hazard. (We completely understand and move gladly) Not even 10 minutes later, another family with a baby was sat in the SAME booth we were just asked to move from...yes, they had a highchair at the end and yes, they were allowed to remain there. (Why did we have to move again?) At our new table: The host left a chair behind my chair (major fire hazard in my book because I couldn't get up) Our waitress didn't refill our drinks but said,"Oh, I thought I already did that." It took an hour to get our food. (This is at 4:00pm on a Sat. The place was not busy) We had to ask for things (ranch, a small basket, drinks, napkins) over and over again. We witnessed 2 other tables having similar issues, in which, the manager was called over to 1 of the 2. We could hear him talking and he was making up excuses and sounded as if he was talking down to the woman.She ordered her food without cheese but it was brought with cheese. (Simply apologize and fix it.) My husband and son ordered wings and a chili con caso dip/chips.The guys liked their wings and the dip. I had the buffalo chicken wrap with fries. The buffalo wrap had minimal buffalo sauce on it to the point where it should have been called just a "chicken wrap." The fries were gross, cold and hard. I really wish I had my phone with me last night so I could have taken a picture. The Guest Experience Captain came over to greet us when we were paying for our bill. (Something that should have happened when we first sat down) We kindly explained to her how terrible our experience was. She proceeded to tell us that our server forgot to put in an order earlier in the day and was made to pay $80 out of her own pocket for that forgotten order. (Is that even legal?) She acted as if our server's inattentiveness was excusable for that reason. She then insincerely offered to have the manager come over to work things out so that we would give the place another try. The manager never came. Overall, food was okay...service was less than acceptable. Maybe if it were a different day, with different staff, in a different universe we would go back. However, we are on planet Earth, therefore, we will never go back. There are too many wonderful local businesses here in Saint Augustine to support and enjoy. *This is my very first review. Dined in on Saturday night for Alabama and LSU game and sat at the bar. The bartender Brandy was extremely attentive and very sweet. I had the boneless wings with parmasean garlic and honey bbq along with fries. Everything was cooked well and came out in a timely manner. Atmosphere was really good and not overly crowded given it was a UFC night thank God. I hate when BWW gets rowdy during fights! I also had the Coors banquet beer and a Kona Big Wave. The bar manager Stephanie was also very nice. This is my favorite location of BWW in the Jax/St Augustine area. I also go to the one by the mall which isn't too bad either. Whenever I come down from NC during football season this is the location I prefer. Layout of the TVs for sports is really good as well. Impeccable service. An establishment is only as good as its employees. I was a pain, wanting to watch my alma matter, MSU, in the BIG 10 tournament, while others were watching golf. We go here fairly regularly. On a game night, the staff is busy and don't pay attention to 2 women when there are big groups and big ticket drinkers watching the game. We waited for more than 5 minutes to be seated (tables were available). 3 staff members walked by and didn't say a word. Our waiter seems too busy to take care of us (and we don't require much). Our waters were not even refilled once. We waited for a long time for simple requests, like hot sauce or extra napkins. When he did bring those items he would drop them unceremoniously on the table as he was passing by. Another night we ordered out, they charged us for two boneless medium wings which is what we had ordered, & they gave us smalls. We called back & they told us they would give us large half mild & half honey BBQ. Which was fine, but they gave us bone in after having us read the receipt off to them plenty of times. Went here with my two kids. Had a bunch of other servers (many who I knew) come up and greet me and told me they would go get my server. After waiting more than 10 minutes to even get a drink order, my server finally got to me and told me sorry, she was on break. After still not taking my order, she told me she had to find a manager to clock her back in. after 15 minutes, she took my drink order, I told her I wanted to put my food order in (thank god for their touch screen games because my kids were restless and hungry) she walked off to get my drinks with no food order. We went in and specifically asked not to be seated in the bar or in the bar area. The hostess immediately tries to not only sit us in the bar area, but right next to the bar. After waiting ten minutes we are told the 10 tables available are being saved for a party that was already sitting outside, with no apology for the inconvenience. We then arrange it so we can sit at the table by the bar with our minors. We then wait, and wait, and wait. After 15 minutes we have not seen a server. As we stand up to leave the server finally comes over. The manager watched this entire exchange without ever approaching to apologize. This was only our second time here bc we actually had the same problem the first time when we waited in the entrance for ten minutes waiting for the hostess to come and seat us. We then waited 15 minutes for a server. We are done going here and wont recommend it to anyone. The food isn't that great. Off to Hooters we go! read more

It was my first time eating here in my 41 years of living, and they went out of their was to make sure that I could eat their food even though I had a shellfish allergy. Cross contamination is a big deal with an allergy and they sell shrimp here.I don't eat at seafood places, but most other restaurants will make sure I am safe to eat their food. Applebee's could care less, but Buffalo Wild Wings made SURE I was safe to eat their food. I ate fried food and a burger and was fine because they make sure no shellfish is cooked with other foods just for that reason. Applebee's and other places should take note. read more

I too was excited to see a new restaurant in town and decided to wait till the crowds died down. Ordered the cheese curds as an appetizer and what came out was what amounted to about 8 ounces of fried cheese bits. I look over at my wife and she gives me the crinkle nose and after the waitress leaves said "that's like 3 bites".......for $8.99. We also had the chicken flat bread which also was starved for chicken and what's worse, it was all in the middle leaving all of the edges plain....presumably because the cook or the plant that processes the flat bread realized that there is not nearly enough topping to cover the entire flat bread. The bathrooms were in a state of utter chaos including what I can only think was pee on the floor next to the urinal and the garbage was overflowing.....keep in mind this was around 8:30, not dinner rush and there were exactly 3 other couples in the place so evidently, cleanliness is not top priority in the place. This was our 3rd attempt at this location and we will not be back! 3rd time our wings were not cooked as we requested. The last time they were not even cooked all the way through. We expressed this to our waitress, who was very nice, but the wings did not come out crispy at all. Then the manager tried to tell us that they take 15 minutes to cook. We replied, we had already been waiting over 30 minutes for our food. Next, he wanted to give us a lesson in chicken wings. We explained that other restaurants in town were capable of making them crispy and his answer was not an apology. It was, "Well we have higher quality wings than other restaurants." Which has nothing to do with them being cooked long enough to be crispy. He talked down to us and just wanted to"school" us in how we should order our wings. Was NOT impressed with the wings. We did the special 65 cent boneless wings. The buffalo wings were covered in POWDER and mediocre. The garlic Parmesan were drowned in a rather "potent" sauce. So no manager stops by or anything and usually if theres an issue they get one to the table to help nope not this time anyways if your visiting out of town please dont waste time here as they dont care and to boot they had one game on every tv in the place normally theres a ton of different things on the tvs so thats my review and also i emailed the company not even a sorry or nothing dont want free food because id use it elsewhere but not at this one. read more

Ordered their special potato wedges. What I got was not even close to the picture. Finally found the cheese. Manager came over and asked how things were. There was a small 1/2 inch of cheese under on wedge. He said "see you got cheese, we measure the amount". That is just poor customer service. They need never expect me to darken their doorway. Showed up late but only because we were told it stayed open late. The bartender was absolutely rude and snippety. Took our orders and rushed us to order entrees. Being my first time ever at this place I was kind of excited to try new wings. It took at the least 30 minutes for our food to come out. During that length of time we became the only people at the restaurant. We were getting uncomfortable because our bartender disappeared repeatedly and we sat with empty glasses wondering where our food was. Then when my wings finally did come out they were room temperature. I've been bar tending for 10 years at a very successful restaurant so I'm not some random Joe who doesn't know how the front and back of the house should be run. This place is an absolute joke and the manager who looked like a total meat head didn't even approach us about our long-length cold food and shitty experience. If this is what you call a late night sports bar you're an idiot. Not only will I tell patrons at my own bar not to go there, I let them know to tell their friends not to go. read more
