I ordered dinner tonight and did this on Grub hub. I ordered the 20 boneless wing and sauce with carrot sticks and dressing. We ordered one sauce on the side. The order time kept changing so I was sure that my food would be hot! But no it was not. The wings was cold but edible but my fries was dry and we will have to toss those. Cold and dry will not mix. This was my first and last time. I do not do cold stuff in Grub Hub. The carrot sticks and sauce was a joke. It was not in a proper to go container so I trashed it. Sorry guys. On Veteran's Day, BWW offers free wings to Veterans and boy did Veterans show up! They have a parking spot out front, near the handicapped parking, for Veterans, so they clearly support the veterans here. When we arrived there was a line out the door of folks waiting for their free wings. The restaurant was not fully staffed, and maybe half the tables were available. The manager kept people in line aware of the wait time and that once they reached the front of the line they would be sat at the earliest possibility. Table turnover was pretty good as once we got to the front of the line we only waited a few minutes for a table. The line however was long so we did wait quite a while on the sidewalk before getting into the building. We were seated in the bar area by the manager with menus. A waitress came by our table in short order and let us know she would be back as soon as she could as she carried a tray to another guest. All the staff were working at full speed. By the time she was able to get to us (letting us know she didn't forget us!) we had our order ready and placed both drinks and food orders at the same time. She gave us her full attention when she was at our table, not acting rushed. She was pleasant and thanked us for our patience. Drinks came out fairly quickly and were delivered by a food runner. It did take a while for the food to arrive, but it was hot and correct when we received it, also delivered by a food runner. Our waitress stopped by a couple of times to ask if we needed refills or a box and remained pleasant throughout our interactions. She did take a break during our visit and another staff member kept an eye on her tables while she was gone. When we were almost done with our meal, a couple of gentlemen decided to not stand in line and just walked in and sat in the bar area. As they did not have menu's, it was clear they had not been seated by the manager. They were ignored. Still there when we left. Even the bar was unavailable for walk-ins and that was made clear by the manager to those waiting in line. Under these very unusual circumstances, the staff did a good job keeping everyone aware of what to expect and then providing the best service they could with limited staff. If you enjoy BWW food, you know what to expect. The restaurant is quite large, high ceilings, a large bar area with high top tables and a number of TV's, another dining area has booths and tables. Parking lot is shared with nearby businesses and very busy. Restrooms are near the entrance. read more

We had the ultimate nachos with chicken and guacamole extra ($2) which I was a little disappointed because it was 2 small scoops of guacamole not really worth $2, the wings seemed pre-cooked it was a little dry. This place has really gone downhill. It is slower than ever, especially if you order through the app, so be prepared to wait. Even when you get your food, the wings are often dry, even with sauce on them, which probably means they are just overcooked. I used to enjoy coming here, but between the long wait times and the drop in food quality, it is just not what it used to be. I placed an online order for pickup. I had no issues with making the order online, or with picking it up. There wasn't a line of people waiting to be seated when I arrived on a Friday evening. The parking lot was PACKED, and it was also pretty packed inside as well. The music was VERY loud. I was on a phone call, and they could even hear the music on the other end, which made it hard to talk and hear each other. The wings were kind of small, but I don't think there is much control over that. Also, the wings were kind of dry, even the ones that I ordered with sauce on it (Asian Zing and Honey BBQ). Buffalo Wild Wings, at least this location, is the very definition of hit or miss. I've visited here several times over the last few years. I like boneless wings, and depending on the visit, I've either had them perfectly cooked and sauced, and other times they've been hard enough to hurt someone if I threw it at someone. I don't know what the deal is. I suppose they are keeping some of the food under the heat lamp too long. Also, the same holds true with the celery and carrots. Did BOGO boneless wings on a Thursday for pick up. Biggest positive was that the flavor of the Thai Curry and Spicy Garlic was great. Problems were that we weren't given napkins with our order, we weren't given our orange chicken and parmesan garlic wings (instead we were given a single other flavor of wings which we weren't able to identify), and this was our two orders of celery and carrots. Since it was my wife's order that was messed up and the wings that were given to us were too spicy, it would have been nice to have more veggies so she could have at least eaten something more substantial. We wanted a quick bite, so we whipped out the Yelp app and saw a Buffalo Wild Wings close by, so off we went. When we arrived, the place was empty. It was around 4 pm. We ordered some wings and then our entree. Now, I have not been to a Buffalo Wild Wings in years. I may have to go back sooner than later. They have hamburgers and tacos! LOL, yup, you read that correctly, and you know what? Their burger can easily give In-N-Out a run for their money. The all-American Burger was cooked to perfection and had a ton of flavor. I highly recommend it. The tacos w/lime were pretty good as well. Now, the first couple of wings were tough and seemed old, but the rest were fine. They forgot the carrots and celery sticks as asked for, but it was then starting to get slammed. We forgot it was opening day for the NFL and it was standing-room only. Wow, was I surprised! Believe the reviews. Sucks because when they cook them well, the wings are probably the best in town. But the lack of service and attention to detail just kill it for them. It's a legit coin flip when going there if you will receive the correct food and if you'll receive it within an hour of ordering. And the kicker now is that when you order wings with different sauces for carry out, their "policy" is to put them all into the same to go box. Just what I want after spending $2 a wing- digging into a box hoping I get what flavor I'm looking for. Never mind those of us with kids who have aversions to spicy food (but love the non spicy ones). And all of the other reviews mentioning the lack of human beings being present to take orders are 100% accurate. Last time I was there I stood at the carry out counter for 10 mins before anyone bothered to check in with me, even though I made eye contact with at least 5 employees as they walked by. Was so excited about a birthday offer for free wings. Also added other food to my order. Called to verify everything and order over the phone. Apparently there is an issue where the app offer won't correlate with their system. Talked to a manager who had no interest in resolution. Showed her the offer in app, offered to show ID, she did not care and said it was not possible. She didn't try to find any other resolution and seemed to just want me gone. I asked about meal comping because that is clearly and option and she sees the coupon and she refused because it would "hurt her numbers". I mentioned the food is now wasted and she didn't care about those numbers because "it's not the same". Typically we have ehh experiences here and just go when we are craving wings, but tonight Kalani in the bar was an amazing server and the food was actually bomb. I work in restaurant management and I would hire Kalani in a heartbeat. He has such enthusiasm about BWW and just great energy. Very personable guy and he killed it even being as busy as he was! He said he's been there for 4 years and I can tell he genuinely loves his job. Yum! We stopped here on a Wednesday early afternoon and seated ourselves quickly. Both of us felt peckish (not super hungry) so we split the Buffalo tater tots. Our drinks (water) and food were out soon after we ordered. These tater tots are a little spicy but omg delicious... I would highly recommend them for anyone who loves potatoes and spice. This review happened during the COVID-19 pandemic and is for their takeout only. I was always a fan of Wingstop over BWW because nobody can beat their lemon pepper wings and their sweet and salty fries. But since BWW was running a BOGO promo, I thought I would give them another chance. I was able to order my wings online without any issue, but when I arrived to the restaurant to pick them up the process was a mess. They have a sanitizer machine just inside the front door for guests. The first employee at the pickup counter said they messed up my order and only gave me one flavor, but since I had my dog in the car I told her I'd take it anyway. Then she told me my order wasn't ready and I'd have to wait a bit. Wait what... Okay. I had ordered these at 5:30pm and scheduled pickup for 6:20pm. It was 6:35pm when I'd arrived. Piles of people were showing up in the meantime, all asking for their pickup orders. The 3 young women manning the pickup area were really disorganized and I assume their kitchen was also backed up with BOGO orders. Two of the three girls kept picking up and moving orders around, and one girl kept almost hugging the orders as she carried them. Only one girl of these three were wearing gloves. There was no sanitizer use or sanitation in between orders. By now, there were 10 customers in line in the pickup zone. They had to scream customers' names to hear over the restaurant noise and muffling of the face masks. Maybe a mic would be helpful? Finally the girl hugging the orders sees mine, grabs it and calls my name. I go up to the counter only to have her completely ignore me and help someone else first. Then after she's done, she doesn't even give me my order! The girl working beside her sees this and grabs my bag and hands it to me. What. The. Heck. At this point it is 6:47pm. I leave the restaurant and drive 10 minutes home, open my wings and see that one wing is only half coated with sauce (see pic). And they were already cold! Quality of the wing: good size but way overdone in the fryer. The drumettes were especially tough and dry. Not well sauced as previously mentioned. One star for getting my order right. The other 4 stars are obviously lacking. Sorry BWW, you blew your chance. Back to Wingstop for me! read more
