    Dry fries.
    Sammi V.

I ordered dinner tonight and did this on Grub hub. I ordered the 20 boneless wing and sauce with carrot sticks and dressing. We ordered one sauce on the side. The order time kept changing so I was sure that my food would be hot! But no it was not. The wings was cold but edible but my fries was dry and we will have to toss those. Cold and dry will not mix. This was my first and last time. I do not do cold stuff in Grub Hub. The carrot sticks and sauce was a joke. It was not in a proper to go container so I trashed it. Sorry guys. This was a once and only.

Located in a very congested area. There was a line/30 minute wait to get in on Veteran's Day '24

On Veteran's Day, BWW offers free wings to Veterans and boy did Veterans show up! They have a parking spot out front, near the handicapped parking, for Veterans, so they clearly support the veterans here. When we arrived there was a line out the door of folks waiting for their free wings. The restaurant was not fully staffed, and maybe half the tables were available. The manager kept people in line aware of the wait time and that once they reached the front of the line they would be sat at the earliest possibility. Table turnover was pretty good as once we got to the front of the line we only waited a few minutes for a table. The line however was long so we did wait quite a while on the sidewalk before getting into the building. We were seated in the bar area by the manager with menus. A waitress came by our table in short order and let us know she would be back as soon as she could as she carried a tray to another guest. All the staff were working at full speed. By the time she was able to get to us (letting us know she didn't forget us!) we had our order ready and placed both drinks and food orders at the same time. She gave us her full attention when she was at our table, not acting rushed. She was pleasant and thanked us for our patience. Drinks came out fairly quickly and were delivered by a food runner. It did take a while for the food to arrive, but it was hot and correct when we received it, also delivered by a food runner. Our waitress stopped by a couple of times to ask if we needed refills or a box and remained pleasant throughout our interactions. She did take a break during our visit and another staff member kept an eye on her tables while she was gone. When we were almost done with our meal, a couple of gentlemen decided to not stand in line and just walked in and sat in the bar area. As they did not have menu's, it was clear they had not been seated by the manager. They were ignored. Still there when we left. Even the bar was unavailable for walk-ins and that was made clear by the manager to those waiting in line. Under these very unusual circumstances, the staff did a good job keeping everyone aware of what to expect and then providing the best service they could with limited staff. If you enjoy BWW food, you know what to expect. The restaurant is quite large, high ceilings, a large bar area with high top tables and a number of TV's, another dining area has booths and tables. Parking lot is shared with nearby businesses and very busy. Restrooms are near the entrance.

Shout out to Kalani for taking care of us. Very awesome customer service and great food. We had the ultimate nachos with chicken and guacamole extra ($2) which I was a little disappointed because it was 2 small scoops of guacamole not really worth $2, the wings seemed pre-cooked it was a little dry. Our patron margaritas were on point. One of the best margaritas we tasted. Overall service was excellent and quick! Thanks Kalani.

This place has really gone downhill. It is slower than ever, especially if you order through the app, so be prepared to wait. Even when you get your food, the wings are often dry, even with sauce on them, which probably means they are just overcooked. I used to enjoy coming here, but between the long wait times and the drop in food quality, it is just not what it used to be. Hopefully they turn things around, but for now, it is disappointing.

    "Two" orders of celery

Did BOGO boneless wings on a Thursday for pick up. Biggest positive was that the flavor of the Thai Curry and Spicy Garlic was great. Problems were that we weren't given napkins with our order, we weren't given our orange chicken and parmesan garlic wings (instead we were given a single other flavor of wings which we weren't able to identify), and this was our two orders of celery and carrots. Since it was my wife's order that was messed up and the wings that were given to us were too spicy, it would have been nice to have more veggies so she could have at least eaten something more substantial. The flavor is great, but not a great tradeoff for no napkins, a botched order, and tiny servings; especially with so many other options in the area.

30 wings with 5 sauces for the family.

Thursdays are .70 cent wings. How much off is that compared to regular price wings?

It's a hefty difference and well worth it for the price. They also have other great deals.

Is it customary for a sports bar such as this to show a travel show while the UFC Fight is on?

    Never!

My first job in high school was at Gilchrist Buick where the sales guys would walk over to Hans' for lunch (and likely a few drinks). Had never been myself. It's an old school tavern, and very clean. That chicken is epic. I know it's "broasted" and the broaster sets it apart because most taverns can't spare the square footage they take up. The end result is crispy, seasoned, moist, flavorful chicken with a crust not found elsewhere. We got the hand cut fries because most jojos are underwhelming. The crust on the fries make me KNOW the joes are also solid. Half chicken and fries or jojos for $18 is a deal in 2026. We were greeted by regulars and when one found out it was our first time there, he bought us both a round. True neighborliness! Both Jason and the other staff member were attentive and welcoming. We were assured this chicken left over and reheated holds up, and I don't doubt it because of that beautiful crust. I've been to other places folks crow about: the Spar, Anglea's, Terrys Office Tavern, Buddys. This chicken is superior, service was great, and it was welcoming. We will definitely return and likely order out, too.

It's kind of a shame we didn't make it here much sooner as I believe I had it bookmarked for a long time! After reviewing the menu as I was about to write this review I see that the menu tends to change. I don't know how often but a few items from the online menu versus when what we saw when we were there (and vice versa) were different. But that kind of keeps things interesting and fun! We ordered the Luigi pizza and really liked it a lot! Excellent dough and we had some hot honey and dipping sauces on the side. All house made from the sound of it. And it really seemed to reflect that too as the pizza and all of it's ingredients tasted quite fresh! We ordered a pint of Rogue beer which is a brewery that just went under so best grab up their beer at establishments before it's gone for good. They had a pumpkin beer that was quite good from that brewery. The atmosphere is fun... a little bit of the dive bar vibe going on in a good way as well as quirkiness in decor. The waitress and bartender was super sweet and congenial which rounded out this review with a solid five star score from me!
