Please believe in all these reviews when i say this place is lacking in service and please go somewhere else. If i could give a 0 star i would. I placed an online order for 30 wings. App showed it be ready at 7:40 i arrived at 7:38. I waited an extra 20 minutes for my wings which isnt to big of a deal. I came home to find my 30 piece wings were actually 22 piece wings. 30 wing meal goes for 42 Dollars after tax. I get on my phone to talk to someone to hopefully rectify this situation. Went in at noon to get lunch. Sat at a table in the bar for over 10 min and no one even came over. After we decided to just walk out a waitress yelled from across the bar saying "sorry" in a very rude manner while she threw her hands up. I asked the manager on the way out how he allows his waitstaff to speak to Customers that way and it appears he has given up as well. No way I would ever want to go back there again. We went on Veterans Day. I know this is a busy day and I went in with a lot of patience. After getting a table in the bar we waited 30 minutes and our waitress took our drink order. 30 minutes after that another waitress grabbed our drinks because it was clear our waitress (Tattianya) forgot. I asked our waitress for a water three times but decided to get it ourselves. We also only had one fork. We were delivered the wrong food and the person told us that was because our waitress couldn't count. Eeek. My side salad had many brown leaves and the tomatoes were mush. After waiting 2 hours for food, we put in another drink order. After we finished our food the drinks came, but we did not drink them. We just wanted to get out of there. We waited for a bill that never came. I got up and asked to talk to a manager. I asked the "manager" that was seating people (Aaron) if we could get our bill and have the drinks taken off that we didn't drink. He was rude and said "OH MY GODDDD. If you're looking for a place to watch football, come to BWW and come early. It's always hard to find seating and the parking in this location can be limited. We came here after church at around 12 pm for Sunday Football and were able to scavenge for two seats at the bar area. Bartenders were not that friendly and not interested in helping you unless you really use effort to flag them down. TVs are everywhere so you can look at multiple games at once at multiple angles. If you play fantasy and need to keep track of your players, this is a good bar area to do so. Food is always pretty consistent, wings are hot, if you have a sauce you like you can't go wrong. Prices here for wings are astronomical, sometimes I swear it costs more to order wings than it does a steak. There is are barely any game day specials, only a 3 dollar beer option. Now listen.. I've been to my share of BDubs.. but this one hit different .. To start... the music was popping.. loud , unedited, and heavy base and I'm down for that. Secondly... the manager there was so happy .. I don't know why but he smiled the whole time while looking at the customers like they were his kiddos growing up.. happiest man I've seen in awhile.. Thirdly.... I ordered Buffalo wings but they were WAY TOO SPICY.. so I kindly asked for some mild ones and said I didn't mind paying and the manager instantly got me new ones within 5 minutes and told me I didn't have to pay for the other ones ! This location is basically like any other location. Famous for their wings, beer on deck, and sports for days! Every angle has a different game. It's located at the Tacoma Mall by a few other restaurants so there's always choices and things to do besides eat. Been here a few times and I never had to wait long to be seated even when it was packed. They would serve the drinks quick but take a minute to bring out the food. I always just come here for the wings but eating them here makes my stomach hurt for some reason. I would definitely still eat them though because they taste so good! Their other menu items, such as their nachos are dry and stingy with the toppings. I don't really eat anything else but wings and fries and the occasional appetizers so I can't fully judge. Still one on my go-to restaurants for wings, especially if a big game or fight is on! Then I'll be here for awhile. read more

Absolute worst experience I've ever had at a BWW in my life, some friends and I went in to eat and drink a little early in the afternoon (not a busy time) and had no one come talk to us for almost 30 minutes once seated. Online ordering is useless here as well. My wife and I have tried online a few times thinking each time it was just an off night or something but nope every time we are there an hour or more after our order was supposed to be finished and still no food. Came here 12/6 for MNF with the kids. The Good- Monday night, plenty of seating, got there around 5. Wide open, maybe 3 other tables occupied. They had TVs on and turned up the volume when I asked. Wings were ok. Waaay over seasoned in my opinion. Teriyaki was drowning in sauce while the Med Buffalo were missing sauce. We asked for 5 blue cheese, we only got four. Asked for more napkins, after 10 minutes of not seeing our waitress I asked a different one and got them. After bringing our app out waitress asked if we needed anything, she looked at us using our fingers for the boneless wings and jokingly said "oh, maybe some silverware huh?" Yeah, maybe. Dessert took 18 minutes to come. The Ugly- Most of the staff seemed uninterested in overall customer service. One lady just wiping the rail near the door for hours on end had to put a couple tables together for a group and spilled a water with ice that was left on it. You could tell by her movements she was very annoyed. A boy about 11 bent down to help her and she said thanks and walked off for about a minute while the boy was cleaning up the ice. This was just a random kid from a different table mind you. Then she comes back and is jostling the table around again and knocks over the condiment rack thing holding the wipes and display card thing, she made it very obvious she was frustrated about something. Bathroom floor was greasy and pissy by the urinals. You could tell there wasn't a cleaning schedule enacted/ being followed properly, at least in the mens. Nothing funner than slipping slowly sideways while you're trying to urinate. The napkin thing, the onion rings, the waiting for ice cream, the table incident. Good morning, I sent 2 request on oct 9 and October 10 and then a 3rd one yesterday October 14. My husband and I ordered buffalo wild wing through delivery on October 9,2020 close to 9pm. When I looked at my bank account after getting our food, I saw that we were charged twice for our meal. Also, following the next day Oct 10,2020, my husband, myself, and our 2 friends who ate with us has vomiting, diarrhea, and the chill and we had only ate your guys food the night before. Food was good. The service sucked. Wasn't a busy night, yet we waited 15 minutes to be seated. Once seated, our server saw fit to make us wait another 15 minutes before even taking our drink order. We had to ask for silverware, and she only brought 1 fork to the table. She never came back to ask if we needed a refill or anything. We went to this location on a Saturday afternoon to get a bite for lunch. As far as the restaurant it was good, clean, and well kept. The service was ok, it seemed like the servers didn't put orders in as table as we kept getting asked if this food was ours etc. The food itself was ok, I ordered a 5 piece chicken tender with fries. The plate only had 4 tenders on it to start, they were interesting to say the least. It was like chicken breast sliced into tenders then breaded and fried. The food is good, with several pages of your basic American sandwiches, burgers, wings, etc to choose from. I had the chicken strips which were juicy, hot and yummy. Friends had the wings (took some pictures for ya). Everything comes in paper containers or baskets. Here's the thing: even if it's 2pm on a Sunday, they blare the music in the bar. I came to this location expecting better customer service. I had to grab my own menu after waiting some time and my server just sat it on the table next to us where no one was seated. I received a Cesar salad but the man sat it down without a fork and walked away before I could've even asked for one. I finally received my food and it was so dry I thought maybe i accidentally ordered dry rub instead of the sauce. I asked for extra sauce for the wings and never received them. Stop by this place last night for a late night meal. To start, the area that they are in is having construction done to it. So the parking lot is pretty dark and hard to find parking if the front parking are taken. Aside from that, this place is right next to the mall and other major stores. Really easy to get to. We were not going to have a major dinner so we went to the bar seating and ate there. Our server was named Josh and he was great. Really good customer service. Very friendly and helpful. I had a few requests for changing my meal and he made it work with no problems. He even made sure it was good with me when he brought it out. Our meals were good and over time there was food as well. Last time I ate a BWW was probably over 10 years ago. Tonight my husband was dead set on getting wings. I ordered the bbq Brisket burger which is supposed to be a double patty. Instead they gave me a black bean burger patty. The two flavors together were less than desirable. But whatever. Hubby ordered 20 wings, so I could steal some. Flavor was mediocre at best. Our server was awesome. Manager comped my burger but never even offered to remake it. Then to top it off our car got broken into while we were eating. Dined in today. Great care has been taken for capacity and clean. I had the best server ever. What a complete and delightful petsonality. She made the visit so enjoyable. I ordered original sauce for the drumettees. Way to hot, she gladly replaced them with the med sauce. I tipped heavy. It must be so hard for people now. I was never made to feel compromised with quality or service. I hope they can make it through all this turmoil. Fun place to gather for sports at a distance. Unfortunately, we had a really poor experience here. It was busy (as BWW usually is), but nothing out of the ordinary. Still, It took a fair bit to get seated. Took a good while longer to place orders. Took even longer to get the food. Then, after most of us finally got our food, others were still left waiting. When everyone finally had their meals, not all orders were complete (salads w/o dressing, tenders and wings w/o sauces, etc). Food was fair, but nothing spectacular. Some of the chicken tenders were poor quality (fat/gristle/dry). Overall mood of the staff would seem to be best described as "whatever, dont care".
