yelp needs to have negative ratings because this is the absolute worst experience i have ever had a restaurant. backstory, i have years of restaurant experience so this review is coming from someone who knows how the industry works. the wait was pretty short, about 5-10mins but only had the option of sitting outside. normally, this would be totally okay as most restaurants have heaters. this unfortunately was not the case and it became very cold fast. my lovely boyfriend went up to the host stand once finishing our appetizers to VERY NICELY ask if inside seating was an option and if not, it was totally okay but better to ask then to suffer. he even pointed out a booth that had seemed to be open which the host later confirmed it was. but after she threw tremendous attitude and a child like fit about it first. she proceeded to say with the nastiest tone, "next time you come here we're making you stay outside and you won't be allowed back in here" (as in the inside seating). my boyfriend brushed it off and just walked away after also saying she'll come get us when the table was clean. when our waitress came out to check on us, i told her about the situation and how rude the host was. she said she was going to go check in a table inside but actually went to go talk shit about us to the host. shortly after, the host came storming out to our table shouting at us saying "i'm not a bitch by the way and i can show you to your table now" all which maintaining the same bitchy tone from before. we never got to follow her to the table as she stormed off back inside without even letting us have time to grab our stuff or talk to her. i walked inside to the host stand and asked another host for a manager and then asked the other one who screamed at us outside to please take us to our table. she then said that there was no tables available after just telling us 5 seconds ago she was going to take us to one. eventually she walked us to one, again storming away and seating us with even more attitude. not only was the host a complete and utter bitch, the second waitress we had never once checked up on us while checking on her other tables. even when our drinks were empty, she'd look at the cup and ignore it. we ended up being there for over an hour and a half before even getting our food. we also ended up tipping $2 on a $60 meal because of how shitty the service was. and in my opinion, that was too much. my boyfriend and i ended up doordashing for fun that night where we got two order form buffalo wild wings. we went inside and there the host, our first waitress, and a couple other girls standing there not doing a single part of their job, talking shit about us for simply wanting an inside table IF it was even option. terrible experience, manager was very nice but from his reaction, it seemed as if this was not the first time this hostess has gotten a complaint. for reference, she has big bulky lashes and on the bigger side so watch out for her ...! read more

This location of Buffalo Wild Wings is one that I would definitely not recommend to anyone. We read the reviews before visiting but decided to overlook the poor rating and give it a try. First, the place was PACKED! We were told it would be a 20 minute wait and decided to sit on the benches out side. 30 minutes later, my husband goes inside to ask when we are going to be called. They said they skipped us and that they called our name but that they don't announce it outside. So we waited another ten minutes. I've never heard of a restaurant with a seating area out front that does not have speakers for the guests waiting there. The only highlight of our meal was my daughter's mini corn dogs, which are really hard to mess up. I ordered boneless wings and they came looking like chicken nuggets with a skimpy drizzle of sauce. I had to ask for extra sides of sauce to even be able to taste the flavor. My husband ordered 15 bone in wings and, just as all the other reviews have said, they were soggy and under cooked. They were even pink inside. We pointed this out to the waitress to which she chuckled, mumbled and apology, and offered to "throw them back in". No thanks. My husband didn't eat a single wing, and yet they still charged us for them. Listen to the reviews on this location and drive the extra distance to another one. I use to go here with some friends years ago and the service was great. I went here with some other friends for lunch and WOW they were soooo slow and the service was non-existent. After the server took our order we did not see her until we got our food 45 minutes later. I asked for my check when the food came out and we did not see her for 10 minute and I had to ask for my check again letter her know that I had to leave. You would have thought that would have sped things up, but it did not. So what we thought would be a quick and easy lunch was took us almost an hour and a half. We were not the only ones, everyone around us seemed to be just sitting around waiting to be waited on or waiting on their food. On a side note the food was just OK. Waited too long to be seated, so we seated ourselves in one if the 3 entry tables. Waited too long to be noticed by wait staff... so we had asked the manager to get us a server. I have to say I was a bit disappointed they didn't have any clamato for the micheladas being I flew 2,000 miles just to have one at this particular BWW. There is no other BWW in the country that I know off that makes them. I placed my order 6 hours before the pick up time. When I arrived they told me they never got my order. I had prepaid. The cashier told me that I never paid and she made me show her my bank statement even after showing her the receipt. She told me that she would make my order priority and it would only take 25 more minutes. The people at the door said they would check never came back. Hmm... Where to begin with? As i was in the area visiting my family we decided to give this place a try. I had never been to any of these chain restaurants but I've had takeout before and wings were not impressive but they were ok. As I entered a place a smell of rotten cheese hit my nose, I felt like I was entering chuck-e-cheese's (you know, with those pools of plastic balls) that gave me a yellow flag but me and my party still wanted to try it. I felt the need to go into the restroom (which were somewhat clean) and at that time my name was called to be taken to our table, as I was walking by the hostess, this rude server was asking each and every single one of my party if they were Sandra, I mean really? Was that really necessary? Felt pretty annoying to me. So, continuing with my "pleasant" experience. A different waitress lead us to our table and before we were able to take our seats she was asking what did we want to drink, WHAT THE HECK!? (I hadn't even seen the menu, slow down!) I will only give her the fact that she acknowledged she was rushing us and had a lame excuse as to why that I could barely understand. Yet, I was still very, very upset by that. A few mins later our "real" waitress showed up wanting to take our order (so soon!?). Anyway, once we order a couple of different flavor of traditional and boneless we waited and waited, and waited once again for our food to arrive but after 40 minutes it never did. Needless to say me and my party left without even paying for our drinks. Not that I would've been kind enough to do it but still.. Bottom line, I cannot recommend this place at all, maybe it was because it was Sunday or they were short on staff, or maybe our waitress was in training, who knows. Despite the restaurant being about 30% full, the manager refused to turn the tv (any tv) to the channel I wanted to watch, despite several requests. What can I say about this place, the food is average, the service is usually horrible, it isn't necessarily always the server's fault . This place shows severe signs of mismanagement. I really don't get why you'd want to go there, I have been a few times and I'm always disappointed. Here is an example, we go order dinner and drinks. Food comes out, but not the beer, we ask our server she says "oh" and walks away. She returns with our beers and says the bar printer isn't working. That's why the beers didn't come... I really felt like asking if her brain had stopped working as well. Sounds harsh BUT, all she had to do is say she forgot!! The fact that the printer wasn't working doesn't excuse the fact that you forgot and that's all you had to say, that excuse works with food, but not with bar items, because if you put in a drink order and the bartender isn't making it after 5 minutes and is just standing there watching TV, then you ask, hey where's my beers for table x...
