Had a little lunch date with my sister and mom at BW3 and it was just like it always is, yummy and reliable service but nothing unbelievable either which if I'm being honest is nice and refreshing to know middle ground just hangout and chat and eat places are still doing well in 2024. This place is usually always consistent with serving up good solid bar food, and that proved true again. Sometimes I would say the service (not at any particular location) can be hit or miss depending on the bww you go to but tonight we had stellar service from Jose. He was fast and friendly and took notice of the quality of our food and substituted something that wasn't up to par. The food was very tasty, I love their queso on burgers fries or tots but the nachos are always stellar, my only complaint would be what little amount you get for $1.50 guac added. This place was literally a major disaster. Kid next to us spilled a water as game was kicking off and as of halftime it still wasn't cleaned up. Ordered a beer at the start of second quarter and it finally showed up 2 minutes before halftime. Tables dirty all around. Food was acceptable at best. Server said they were understaffed and removed food from the bill to accommodate so that was straight. My husband got napkins to clean up some of the spilled water so nobody would slip. I normally don't leave reviews, but this bears sharing. I've been visiting this location for 20+ years. This past weekend I was visiting with a group of friends. I tried a new item on the menu - Buffalo chicken dip. The dip itself was a small amount and not especially tasteful. Half of the chips had so much salt on them that they hurt to eat. The salt was visible, as if they had been transported in a Morton salt truck. I've seen less salt on margarita rims. After sending them back, I was asked if I wanted to try something else. I ordered good, old-faithful mozz sticks. Two of them, upon their arrival, were hollow. Nothing inside. The server replaced them with two additional mozz sticks. I called on Thursday to see about getting a reservation for 6 people on Sunday at 5:30 for my mother's birthday. I was told by a man we don't take reservations but you'll be fine. I am generally a fan of Buffalo Wild Wings but sadly I was disappointed with this location. I will start with the positives: our server was really nice and did a great job, and the fries were very good as well! However, the southwest black bean burger I got was not good. I've gotten this burger at other locations and really enjoyed it, but this one was my least favorite I've ever had. The bun was dry, the cheese was weird (looked like it had been sitting out for a long time? See second picture of burger), and the whole thing was dry and fell apart super easily. Like I said, I've had this burger at other locations and enjoyed it, but this one just didn't do it for me. My boyfriend got the wings and said they were fine, but I would expect nothing less at BWW. Also, we went in at about 8:30, and they had the "Please Seat Yourself" sign up. No problem, loved that. However, it appeared they had already started their closing checklist? All the chairs were tipped up on the tables in the main dining area and about half of the booths. This seemed really odd to me, since they don't close until 11:00, and just not very inviting/borderline lazy. Probably won't be going back to this location in the near future, but hope to have a better outcome if we do find our way here in the future! read more

mediocre wings, undercooked tater tots. fine. not there for gourmet. absolutely brutal service. got a diet pepsi at the bar, sat at a table to watch football. waiter stopped at the adjacent table at least 10 times, never made eye contact (actually seemed to be actively avoiding doing so). finally had to flag him down for a refill and a menu, which took ten minutes. came back 10 minutes later, asked if i was ready to order, left, came back. got the order in, food came out, didn't check in to see how i was doing despite walking past several times. finally came back, asked if i needed anything. i had to put in a take-out order, was warned that it "might take a while, we're really busy." right, dude. you think i can't see that you're not? whatever. brings it out, asks if i'm ready for my check. i am. ten MORE minutes later, here's the check. "take a look and I'll be back to take it up. well. twenty minutes later, i haven't seen him, like, at ALL. he's disappeared. i finally give up and go up to the bar to cash out. nope, they can't do it there, i have to find a server. which i do, but he can't do it, either, because he doesn't know "mike's" log in number, or some such. so i give him $50 - a $9 tip, which is double what i should've been - just to get the hell out of there. i knew the service was always slow there but went anyway to watch football on a huge screen, should've known better. read more

Went for the Veterans Day special to have lunch. They had a sign that said "please seat yourself" which was problematic because we waited 10 minutes for service and I had to find someone to assist. BWW has done a great job at improving the quality of their food. The special for veterans was a 10 piece with fries for free and the quality was impressive. I got the tenders and they were meaty and the fries were seasoned well however the staffing shortages or issues have impacted this location greatly. If you have plenty of time and don't mind waiting and subpar service, this is your place. I will say that Whitney ended up being our server after she couldn't locate the one assigned to us and she was fantastic! She didn't make us feel like we were a burden or an add on to her tables and she said she was new to that location so we were very impressed. read more

I'm usually not a fan of big, corporate, shit on the wall chain restaurants, but when I want some wings, with a large variety of sauces, I usually choose "bdubbs". The Alpine location is by far, the best location. 28th was my fave for a while, but I live no where near there, the server that used to help us all the time no longer works there and it's on 28th street. Not that Alpine is any better! That street is horrible! But at least the restaurant is right off the highway. I've always had great service going here. The servers, the bartenders, the hosts, the managers are always smiling and happy to help. The food is decent. Definitely better than some of the other brothers and sisters in this chain. Buffalo Wild Wings in Walker on Alpine is a very busy restaurant. Especially on game days! You'd better come early! My very aspect of this BWW however is the takeout. With a simple phone call, you can have wings ready to go in about 15 minutes. They have a seperate counter to check out (and bypass all the people waiitng for tables). The girls are very friendly, and quick to wait on you. The take-out staff are accurate and haven't ever made a mistake on any of my orders, and I eat here quite a bit! I went in on a Monday night 9-17-18 and asked for the female server behind the bar the male server became indignant and upset forcing a third party to become involved. This isn't the first time male server was terrible and unprofessional at his job and trying to avoid confrontation I asked for the other server who happened to be female it caused him to become even less professional than he was before. It ruined my whole otherwise enjoyable evening. I will NEVER frequent this place if I see him working again. He is horrible, rude, inconsiderate and should be fired.
