Skip it. In my mind, food that's extremely unhealthy (wings, onion rings, mozzarella sticks) should be delicious. Theirs is bland, greasy and overall disappointing. Drinks are tasty enough but weak. Staff is friendly, but - get this - they literally don't have plates here. They have those little paper things you get hot dogs in at ball parks. Messy! And kind of stupid looking. Went to Buffalo Wild Wings for my sons birthday. We were five adults and the food was terrible. One meal arrived about 5 minutes late and one was dropped on table. My husbands order was not what he ordered and that was the late meal. My hamburger was cold. The manager did comp us the two meals. Also our dessert was delivered and table still had glasses and plates on it. Will not go back for sure! This was fourth visit and three times out of four were not good. read more

I ordered a cheeseburger and fries, my husband ordered the loaded potato wedges, and my granddaughter ordered the mini corn dogs. My cheeseburger was absolutely disgusting. It tasted like a burger you would expect to get at a fair not a restaurant. It was dry and tasteless. The corn dogs were so nasty my granddaughter took the batter off and just ate the hot dog and my husband said his could have been better. Way over hyped!!! Wait times are rediculous. I came here 3 times where the wait was over an hour. Service is slow even though they have a ton of people working there. I ordered mild boneless wings and was served wild boneless wings. When the waiter finaly came back he told me i ordered wrong. And its so loud in there i would have understood his mistake. The $13.49 entree tenders and popcorn shrimp came with 2.5 tenders and a majority of the 'shrimp' were the size of peas. The totally uninterested 'manager' brought us another tender. Today my wife, mother-in-law, and two children went to the Warwick, RI location. We were told we could not take our stroller to the table with us, there were maybe ten other occupied tables, one with a stroller with them. After being seated and waiting several minutes our server, Rayna, finally appeared. We had to ask for crayons and more silverware more than once before they were brought, hard to blame Rayna, as she was doing some serious flirting at the table behind us. While Rayna did neglect to bring the lemon in our water, she did eventually retrieve some from the bar and unceremoniously dump them onto a napkin that was already in the table. After a thirty minute wait for our lunch, a server, not Rayna (she was busy flirting again) brought out most of our meal. We had to reorder our fries, I gave up on my blue cheese and celery. When Rayna brought out our fries, she stated that's what happens when she doesn't write the orders down. I am sure that Rayna would of checked in on us or offered us dessert or the check if she had not been so busy flirting. I put the amount due and what I feel she earned with the bill in the table and we leave. Rayna for all her hard work earned a tip of $2.81 from a $42.19 meal. As we are about to exit, dear Rayna storms past us, telling another employee that the "cheap mother fuckers only gave her a three dollar tip." I spoke to the manger about our dining experience, she wants to make it up to us, yadda yadda yadda. I politely we will not be returning. read more

Well below expectations. As a wing joint, my boyfriend order the wings and was pretty happy with them. My meal however did not meet standards. I ordered the Mediterranean salad, and the lettuce came wilted and not as described in the description on the menu. Pita (as described) and olives (as described in menu) were not included in the meal. And the waitress told us we could get pita for an extra dollar. My friend also ordered the salad without chicken, because she is a vegetarian, the salad came the same, wilted lettuce, no olives, no pita. She was charged the full price of the salad even without chicken. A poor experience over all. read more

Been here 3 times for lunch and the first 2 times got the wings (once bone in and once boneless) and BOTH times they were overcooked and dried out. They just tried to drown them with sauce to cover that up though. The other trip I got a burger and it was ok. Nothing either great or bad about it. All 3 trips the fries were ok. This is 2nd time I've been , and only went there this time cause of a gift card.. My girlfriend got a chicken salad , lettuce was wilted and had some black rotted stuff on the end ! We ordered 4 boneless wings a piece garlic parm and teriyaki, I couldn't even finish the first garlic parm .. Then the fried pickles !! I had them from a lot different places always been a favorite app.. But boy they drop the ball on that .. Can definitely tell difference between frozen product and making them fresh from scratch ! Then last but not least the 3 little taco , some process chicken diced up in cubes with little pico cilantro over loaded in the dipping sauce they give u for the fried pickles !! Then we get the bill .. 38$ hmmm. I'm looking at my table. Food sitting everywhere ! Waitress didn't even offer to take anything off bill , best part of night was getting outta there ! I ll go Texas road house or some other decent chain restaurant and clear my plate for that kinda money ! Never go wrong with that place ! This was 2 nd bad experience, they need some leadership in the kitchen .. Hands down When ur big chain restaurant like that , don't always need go cheap on things , I'll never spend another dime there ! My boyfriend and I came here on a Tuesday night around nine to get some food. When we first walked in the host asked how many. I then said two, and asked to be seated outside. She said it would be about a five minute wait. We sat down, and when she called us she went to bring us over to a table inside. I then asked politely again if we could sit outside, and she abruptly stated she didn't think anyone was taking tables outside anymore and to hold on. So we sat back down. I saw her go outside, and then back over to the host stand. About two minutes went by without her informing us if we could sit outside or her even just telling us it was going to just be a couple of minutes. While this is happening a server walked by the Host stand which is in the front and stated "I HATE PEOPLE" and all o was thinking was jeeze, hope she's not my server. When the host finally took us outside she was a bit rude and short and seemed like we were bothering her. I was a server for seven years. It is not difficult to be kind and considerate too guests. Luckily out waitress which I believes name was Brittany was super nice. The kitchen messed up on our wings and the manager was kind enough to come out with our food and explain the situation. If it wasn't for the manager and our server this review would have been one star based on just the first five minutes we were waiting! Way to turn around our night- thanks again to the server and manager but please let your staff to be more welcoming and to keep their feelings about hating people too BOH! read more

I don't even know where to start. First our waitress had never served before so our experience started at the bottom, and never came up from there. My friend asked for a tablet and we waited for 5 minutes and when I asked for one I never got it. We finally ordered our food and instead of putting it right into the system she went to another table. The food was slow coming out. When we finally got our food, she didn't even bring it to us. She didn't even show up to ask how it was. We didn't get the ranch side that I asked for, the veggies, or boats for the bones. The wings themselves were undercooked and chewy. My friends boneless wings were either over cooked and rocks or not crunchy at all. One barely had sauce on it. When I called ANOTHER server over to talk to the manager, the manager was superficial and blamed the girl on being new instead of the lack of training. After the manager fixed everything that was wrong, the server, Tabitha, came over with the check ever before we were done eating. She doesn't even know how to use the pos system. The orders were in the wrong seat and totally out of order. I've been very displeased with the service here over and over again. This is just adding on to it. read more

This is by far one of my favorite places to come. At least once every 2 weeks my boyfriend and I eat here. The past few times we have come here the service has been bad, but this time it was bad enough to write a review. We got here at about 7:45 and for a Sunday night it was not busy at all. Our waiter (Darren) came right over and took our drink order and when he got back we ordered a fries appetizer and 2 sauces to try in order to decide for my meal. 10-15 minutes pass still no fries or sauce. He comes back over and asks if we are ready to order our meal. I explain how I am waiting for my fries and sauce in order to decide and he asks if I told anyone that..."I asked you dude." 10 minutes later he comes back with a side of fries NOT the appetizer and sauces. 10 minutes following that he comes back to take our order. 15-20 minutes later still no fries appetizer and no food yet. Another 10 minutes pass and still got nothing. Finally after almost an hour our food comes and MINE IS WRONG! I ordered a small Mild and Honey BBQ and they gave me Wild instead of Mild. So I push it off to the side of the table hoping he would come back over and ask if everything was okay. He NEVER did. Oh and did I mention we never got the fries appetizer, so we had to order a side of fries, which in the end between the one we tried sauces with and the extra one we order was $8. ALSO, when Darren did bring us our food he told us that some kids left without paying and he had to chace after then. Sorry Darren but telling us that doesn't make me feel bad, you still need to keep up with the rest of your customers. When we are done eating we wait 10 more minutes for Darren to come back over to ask for the check. I saw him walk into the bathroom and not come out for over 10 minutes. 4 customers went in and came back out before he did. He finally comes back over and asks if we want any boxes noticing the Wild wings at the edge of the table. We say no and he brings us our check. Automatically I have decided he is not getting a 20% tip. So I subtract the 2 orders of fries and Wild wings to figure out what I would give him. Except the Wild wings are put in as Mild on the receipt, EXACTLY WHAT I ORDERED! He comes back over and asks why I am looking over the check if something is wrong and I explain how the receipt is right and the food I got was wrong. So clearly that was the kitchens fault and he took it off the check for me. In the end my soft hearted boyfriend gave him more than a 20% tip, but sorry Darren if it were up to me you would have gotten less that 10%. BDubs step up your game and hire some real staff. read more
