We came here for our niece's graduation on a Friday night. Found a parking spot on the side of the building. There was a large party at the hostess stand when we walked in so we just located some of our family already seated and proceeded to the table. For my drink I tried the limited time Dubai chocolate espresso martini. It was like having a delicious dessert in a glass. My sister in law ordered lemon pepper wings for the table. It was a bit salty but definitely seasoned well. After contemplating what the order from the massive selection of a menu I narrowed it down to the limited $13 pizookie meal deal available on weekdays. For my entree I decided on the Italian chicken parmigiana pasta lunch sized. The chicken breast was delightfully juicy and the perfect portion to save room for the pizookie I was looking forward to. I got the limited time Dubai chocolate which only came in full size for $5 extra. It was enough to share with at least three other people. The cookie warmed my soul. I enjoyed the chocolate shell on the ice cream and the pistachio sauce paired well with it all. I truly enjoyed my selection. BJ's is a great restaurant, always packed! But you don't have to wait that long, they seat you pretty quickly! Parking is great as well, lot of spots available! Came here for my niece's graduation dinner(one of her fav spots)! Started out with their lemon peppered wings, also had their shrimp scampi which was delicious! Wifey had the chicken parm which is very good! To drink, I had their Stella which is always a good beer choice(it's light)! I usually love Bjs, but this time, I'm not sure if they were really busy or what happened, but the food quality wasn't the best. We mainly wanted to stop in to try the Cookie Monster pizookie, but we also ordered an appetizer too. We ordered the buffalo chicken sliders with fries. The fries never came out, even after we got our dessert, so we had them remove that from our bill. The buffalo chicken sliders were cold when they arrived and they seemed kind of empty. There was barely any Cole slaw, so it was basically like eating a saucy chicken tender inside of bread. Then, I was so excited to try their seasonal Cookie Monster pizookie. I even asked before we were seated if they have the Cookie Monster pizookie in stock. We only got a table because they said it is available. Unfortunately, when it arrived, it was orange ice cream instead of the blue Cookie Monster ice cream. Apparently, they sold out of the blue Cookie Monster ice cream. I was then told that the ice cream for both is the same vanilla flavor but just with some food coloring. That's pretty disappointing. I thought they would be using the actual Cookie Monster flavored ice cream, which is my favorite! Overall, it was a disappointing experience. BJ's is so hit or miss, I am surprised I agreed to eat dinner there last night. I'm glad I didn't say no, and I'm also mad I said yes, and here's why: I'm glad I didn't say no b/c when I arrived Jimmy Eats World was playing outside and in the waiting area ("The Middle") which is one of my fav songs in life. I'm also glad I didn't say no b/c the service was great (shout out to Mike, our server last night), the ahi tuna poke appetizer was decent and the vibe was chill - not too crowded, or too loud. I'm also glad I didn't say no because I was reminded that if you order the right things, a BJ's dining experience will be mid to good every time. But..... I'm mad I said yes b/c they were advertising new pizzas and we tried one b/c my bf loves pizza. The pizza we tried was called Pepperoni extreme...extravaganza...lalapalooza... or whatever. There was a very hyperbolic descriptor attached to pepperoni. It was okay. Their crust needs an upgrade. The pepperoni was good but each slice was super salty. The sauce was thin and nonexistent on half the pizza. I was also mad I said yes because the pizza was $32!!!!!!!!! It was not huge at all. It was 8 slices and it was subpar to damn near any other pizza place (except Anthony's lol) in a 10 mile radius. Anywho, we resisted dessert and the dinner was sufficient. This was my first time ever going to a BJ's. My party and I ordered the boneless wings in lemon pepper with ranch and a vegetarian pizza. Honestly, the chicken was very good. Moist, flavorful, and good seasoning. My only critique would be that I wish it came with a side. The pizza was very good. The dough wast soft and pillowy and the toppings tasted great. Honestly, it was also big enough for 3 people. 2 people had 3 slices and 1 had 2. Since this was our first time, I downloaded the app and was able to get a sign up coupon for a free pizookie. We got the strawberry shortcake flavor and it was really good. The cookie is a little underbaked and it was pretty big. The inside was very busy (Sunday afternoon) but there's an option online to join a waitlist. The kitchen was a little slow but the waiter made sure to let us know early on that they were a little behind. There's lots of tvs inside and they were playing different football games with no audio. My son really wanted to go to BJ's, so we decided to give it a try. While it's a bit on the pricier side for lunch, it's not something we do often, so I was happy to spend some quality time with him since he's in high school now. I ordered the ahi tuna salad, which was really good--fresh and flavorful. My son went for the fettuccini Alfredo with a side of steamed broccoli, and he also indulged in a Pizzokie for dessert. It's a fun combination of cookie, ice cream, and hot fudge brownie, and he polished off the whole thing! The food was great, and it was nice to sit down and catch up with him. They are currently offering a $13 pizookie meal deal Monday-Friday so I decided to stop by to indulge after work on a Friday evening. I ordered the margarita flight, the smash burger meal deal with a Caesar salad (instead of fries) and a s'mores pizookie. The s'mores pizookie is a $4 upcharge as the meal deals only include the personal size pizookie options and they don't make that particular flavor in a smaller size, but as much of a s'mores fan as I am, I could not resist so the up charge was no problem. The margarita flight was thrown together. Literally! The board was obviously reused without care or attention to relabeling the drinks. Even from reading the half wiped off labels I could tell someone obviously ignored the labels altogether as they were not even lined up according to how they were labeled in the most "here dang" fashion. That definitely took away from the experience. The drinks were also very watery which makes no sense given they're already miniature samples anyways. I wouldn't waste my time ordering that again but I did enjoy the peach boba margarita and would order that in the full size on my next visit. The smash burger was decent. I enjoyed that it wasn't too greasy or falling apart in my hands. However, it did not wow me. The Caesar salad was very good. The s'mores pizookie was phenomenal! I wish I would have asked for the ice cream on the side as I don't like how quickly it melts over the entire dessert but I would definitely reorder that pizookie again and again. I hope in the future they consider making the adjustments to offer it in a smaller size to fit the $13 meal deal. read more

It's hard to give BJ's 4 stars because I've never been a fan but ima do it today on the strength of the desserts. My first couple of experiences years ago (not this location) were lackluster. But I recently joined their rewards program and redeemed a free pizookie for joining and my bday. Both were 4.5/5!!! I started with salted caramel because I love anything with this combo. The ice cream was delicious as well as the cookie and caramel. For the bday, I went with the new s'mores. BABBBBY! it was warm, the marshmallows were toasted to perfection, the chocolate/cookie (idk) layer below was complementary. I barely could stop eating it. So. damn . Good! I've ordered the chicken tenders kids meal and they are always fresh, tender, crisp. I usually get fruit as a side; last time I also ordered fries and they were crispy as well. Comes with a drink. Now their curbside service needs hella work! First off, two spaces are not sufficient because I find ppl park in them. I've ordered online and every time I've had to go inside to retrieve my food. The ppl at the to go counter are nice, they have a monitor to tell you what stage your order is in but still...something in the fulfillment journey needs adjusting. The girlfriend and I stopped here to get a late dinner after being on the road all day. The place is very spacious, and the staff is extremely friendly. Since it was late, we went with a light meal. I had a chicken sandwich, and my girlfriend had dry rub chicken wings. The sandwich was just a sandwich, I mean, it was decent, but it was just a sandwich. Now those wings were enormous, and the dry rub was on point. I was upset that I didn't order the chicken wings. This place is also a Brewhouse so they have several beers on tap and a host of other drinks available. I went with an IPA, and my girlfriend went with a vodka tonic. The restaurant is large and comfortable. Good size bar seating was very reasonable. Our waitress was superb and they had a lot of specials that was quite appealing. We ordered a small salad which turned out to be plenty. They advertised a salad for $19 which we thought was absurd. The small salad was ideal. We also ordered a pan pizza with sausage + pepperoni about 20 minutes or two beers worth by the way and beers or they're great back to the pizza. Don't ever bother or in sausage. It was anemic pepperoni a little thin. A cupped up unroasted which is fine. The crust was a little difficult. It was twice the size it should have been. The least you can do is clean the tables, seats, and menus. My long hair literally stuck to the table from a mess left behind after we had to get them to wipe down the seats of visible dirt and this was right after opening for the day. The restaurant is clean and inviting. The TVs don't have closed captions, but they play sports, so they aren't needed. They have one TV that's called CHIVE TV that is very entertaining. There's a full bar with craft beers. Our waitress, Jessica, was sweet and funny. The food came out quickly, and it was delicious. The French fries are the best I've tasted. Stopped in for an early dinner, having never tried BJ's before. We were seated right away in the bar area, which was a great start. WOW....the menu is massive with such a wide selection of food options. We decided on the Bone-In Honey BBQ Wings, which were absolutely delicious, crispy, and cooked just right. We also sampled the Avocado Egg Rolls, which unfortunately didn't quite meet expectations, the texture and flavor just didn't hit the mark for us. On the upside, the California Flatbread was very tasty and full of flavor. The service was friendly and with such a huge menu, there's definitely something for everyone. Greeted and sat quickly. It then took around 15 minutes before anyone ever came to the table. When a waitress finally came up, the hostess came with a glass of water. So it seems there was some kind of question still as to who was supposed to be helping me. I asked the waitress (Daisy) if this was normal service (the extreme slowness). She was extremely kind and apologetic. She explained that her section was changed mid-shift and she was not notified that my table belonged to her. Totally not her fault and I apologized for my greeting being not too friendly. Daisy made the wait worth it - service was spectacular. Food was good (opted for the $13 meal deal - chicken parmigiana + personal sized pizookie). Water was kept filled. Beer served cold. She was working extremely hard for all the tables she had. Hopefully management can be more communicative to their associates in the future to prevent customers from being upset and having to experience a slow initial visit. read more

We were at BJ's on Friday for happy hour and ordered several appetizers. To our shock, there was a wad of tissue or paper in our nachos. We told the manager, who apologized and said he'd bring a new order--but he never came back. No one followed up. The server never apologized, never replaced the dish, and didn't say if it would be taken off the bill. In addition, one person in our group ordered a salad that never came. About 30-45 minutes later, the waitress apologized for forgetting to put in the order. It finally arrived after another 20-30 minutes. I would NOT recommend this place at all! We sat at the bar & had empty drinks as the servers passed us by. They clearly saw we had empty drinks & just passed by, and they did this to several patrons. No one stops to ask if you need anything. We are super easy chill people, too. Easy to please! The food.... Our server forgot our appetizer. It happens so we understood. He asked if we still wanted it, but we declined it, because our dinner came out. Well, he then forgot the salad that came with the dinner, then said he will remove the salad charge off the tab. Remove the charge?? It came with the meal. The gentleman sitting next to us went through the same thing. Server completely forgot to put his order in. Food came out cold. We spent over $100.00 on horrible meals & terrible service. I reached out to the manager via email before posting a review as I always like to address the situation with management so they can be aware, & maybe it's just a training issue, however no one ever responded to my concern. I really do enjoy this restaurant for the most part, but sometimes the service leaves much to be desired. I guess with the area it's in the servers tend to pre judge the tables. I order Parmesan crust chicken with a white basil and garlic sauce with mash potatoes and corn and my husband ordered jalapeño burger with fries and broccoli and cheese soup In a garlic butter bread bowl. The food was seasoned perfectly and my chicken breast sliced thin with this amazing garlic basil white sauce spread all over my parm crusted chicken and it was so delicious and the mash potatoes were so creamy , the corn was fire roasted with red peppers mixed in .The whole meal was explosion of flavors ...Everything tasted fresh and my meal was hot like I wanted it. I did bring a doggie bag home ,So much food ..I rarely do that .. My husband's burger when he took a bite the juices from the burger was dripping on to his plate he was hooked with one bite of a perfectly done burger..We had amazing time . The avocado egg rolls have always been very good and still are. The ahi poke has fallen off...dang that used to be one of our favorites. The shrimp and garlic bread a very good. We stopped by BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse for happy hour. They offer a wide variety of well-priced appetizers to go along with their extensive beer list. Their happy hour runs until 7:00pm weekdays, which is more generous than other establishments. The place was "hoppy" (groan!) when we arrived. Happy hour is available only in the bar area and we were lucky to grab an empty table. We saw the popularity of the place as a good sign, and we were proven right. First decision: Beer! We selected from the list of a dozen of BJ's "handcrafted signature beers", which were priced at $5 during happy hour. We were impressed by the breadth of beer categories. A brew for every taste! Next up: appetizers! The large selection of apps were 1/2 off. Great price! One person had the pan-seared chicken pot stickers. A fried option was available as well. They were accompanied by rice sticks and a nice soy ginger sauce for dipping. Delightful! Another person had the sliders, which included a generous portion of four mini-burgers and fries. They were tasty and slid right down the gullet (groan again!) My husband & I shared the deep-dish nachos with chicken. Rather than being piled up high, the chips were spread across a deep pizza pan. We were happy to see that the multiple types of cheese, which was abundant, was layered throughout the nachos rather than being just on top. The guac, sour cream and salsa were all provided on the side, so we could add as much as we wanted. The server quickly provided some additional salsa when I requested it as there simply wasn't enough for the generous portion of nachos. My husband also had a delicious wedge salad which had a terrific mix of blue cheese, bacon, and tomatoes atop the wedge of iceberg lettuce. He was quite pleased with the salad. Finally: dessert! The only desserts on the menu are pizookies, which is BJ's speciality mix of a large, fresh baked cookie in a skilled topped with two scoops of ice cream (chocolate and/or vanilla) and various toppings based on the specific pizookie. They are perfect for sharing. We had the cookies & cream pizookie, which includes a chocolate cookie and a large dollop of c & c mousse. Fabulous! Our friends split a hot fudge pizookie, with a gooey brownie type cookie, whipped cream, pecans, and the aforementioned hot fudge. "To die for!" they exclaimed. The service was decent although not exceptional. Our server was quite busy, so we were not overly concerned about the pace. After all, we were indulging in beer, apps and pizookies. What could be better than that? We will be back ... and not wait as long between visits. So many pizookies to try! read more

Wasn't too crowded on a Thursday lunch time. We were seated quickly. Server greeted us, all the appetizer's, soup and salad also arrived quickly. They have these new dry rub lemon pepper wings which are delicious! I'll come here just for that. They are crispy and falls off the bones. I love the tomato mozzarella side salad with balsamic dressing. I get that everytime with my meal. Their clam chowder and chicken tortilla soup are also very good. My go to entree are the chipotle salmon, the bacon burger, the glazed pork chops, and the ribs. Their desert Pazooki's are delicious. read more

We had a great experience at BJ's. The restaurant is located in the outlet mall shopping center. There were three of us and we each ordered something different. My mom had the steak. It was thin but still good. She said the asparagus was perfect. My husband ordered the tri tip Wedge Salad. He loved it. We also ordered a side of honey sriracha brussels that rocked. I ordered one of the burgers which was on special the day we went. $11 for an excellent burger AND unlimited fries. Total win. We were seated in a booth just outside the bar area. We did learn there is a bar menu with specials but you must be seated in that area. When we are back in the area we'd definitely return. Great spot after a long day of shopping in the sun. read more
