Wings were good. Restaurant was clean. Server was nice. It was slow even though they were not busy, but it was okay. The kids food came out which was nice. The fries were not good, they tasted old and over freid.

First off when you walk in your immediately greeted by eye rolls and mean host. Second the place smells of mildew and mold. The food came out cold and when we asked to Soeak to a manager our Server Jon was completely rude and stated we're being difficult. My wife is putting in a complaint to hr about Jon. When the manager Zaine came over to ask us what's going on and what he can do to help we told him about our experience and he agreed we were being difficult and if we wanted to next time we can go to buffalo wild wings to go and save them time and energy. We are not happy. Zain should not be a manager with the level of disgust he caused us. When we complained about the wings being cold he told us he made them himself and that he eats them like that all the time. So unhappy and we want to let everyone know the kind of business buffalo wild wings has going on with these terrible servers and management. We had such a nice server last time. what happened???

Buffalo Wild Wings, 4325 Norfolk Parkway, West Melbourne, Florida- 2-Stars (Chain Restaurant Rating) There are 18 tables open at the West Melbourne Buffalo Wild Wings, but rather than seating people, there is a wait list. I wonder if the manager is going to message me to apologize. Probably not, and why bother? Don't tell me you are sorry because you decided to pull a stupid procedure. Don't gaslight me with a dark lantern. There is zero reason not to seat people at clean open tables with the understanding that things are a tad backed up. Besides this is a giant corporation. What do they care? Alicia is our server. She came quick and was uber charming, which was a welcome relief after a needlessly long wait standing in line. In fact, Alicia might very well crack the Big Boy's Top 5 Servers in Brevard List. She's great, and I worry she suffers like most waitstaff in cheapjack chain restaurants from Beaten Dog Syndrome, working twice as hard as a server in a better restaurant. I ordered six Traditional Wings with the Thai Curry sauce. The wings were cooked properly, and the curry seasoning was delish. Not too shabby. My beef was not with the eponymous wings, but with the beef itself. Let me explain. If I had stopped at the wings, this review would have been better, poor management aside. However, I made the mistake of ordering the All-American Cheeseburger--the real downfall of this meal--over-cooked shoe leather grilled up fast, thin, and crispy on the outside, and theoretically juicy on the inside. This idea is touted in certain culinary circles as the "smash burger." Although I think it is just a scheme by Sysco to sell more low-grade ground beef. "Let's squash the crud out of meat then cook it past well done. These morons bought fast fresh so let's try bludgeoning inferior burgers." Not a fan. The Big Boy says, "If you want B Dubs chicken wings, you might consider getting them to go. If you want a burger, go someplace else."

Excellent Smoked Wings and Great Happy Hour Spot…read more Stopped by Broken Barrel Tavern at Palm Bay Road and Babcock and had a great experience. Service was prompt and friendly, and the happy hour specials made it an even better value. I ordered the wing basket with 8 smoked wings and onion petals. The onion petals were crispy, flavorful, and paired perfectly with the spicy remoulade sauce. For the wings, I tried both the Carolina Vinegar and the Hot Garlic flavors. The smoked wings themselves were outstanding, and the Hot Garlic sauce was especially memorable because it featured real garlic, which added incredible flavor. These are definitely wings I will come back for and highly recommend to anyone visiting. My partner ordered the BBQ pulled pork quesadillas with seasoned fries. The fries were more like freshly cut chips, nicely seasoned and delicious, and the quesadillas were excellent as well. Overall, Broken Barrel Tavern delivered great food, quick service, and a relaxed atmosphere. If you're in the Melbourne area and looking for outstanding smoked wings, this place is absolutely worth a visit. We'll definitely be back.

Went for lunch on a Friday and they had two servers and only one working the dining area. We sat in the very dark dining area. Every surface was painted black. Lighting was pretty poor and it was hard to read the menus. Ordered a pulled pork platter and a pulled pork sandwich. They both came with "fried chips" and the platter had another side and we chose beans. Bourbon Bbq sauce was our choice. The pork was good. Good portions on both sandwich and platter. Beans had some "heat" which I don't favor but my son really liked. The chip fries or fried chips - whichever they call them were seasoned with a garlic salt it tasted like. However they could have used about another minute I the fryer. The bigger ones were raw in the middle. May have been a byproduct of a large party in their event room throwing off their timing. But if cooked a bit more they would be a unique side for the area and good. Server was stretched thin. Freshens my son's drink but not mine until he brought the check. By then meal was over. I had water. Not difficult. Rib special looked good from a distance and I heard they are known for wings. Maybe next time. Noticed there is a private room for events that most restaurants do not have. So a point to consider.

It was Wednesday night and the game was on but thankfully it wasn't too loud or crazy. Our waitress Kali (not sure if that's spelled right) came over quickly and got our orders and checked on us several times throughout the night without being pushy. The food was OK. The fries were a little burnt and in pieces as if it was the leftovers at the bottom of a bag and the shrimp my friend ordered also wasn't great. However, the burger I had was delicious. The problem is the open patio door concept. It lets all the hot air in and the cool air out. The condensation is dripping off the vents and pooling on the floor. We tried outside and unfortunately the only tables they would give us as a couple were four seaters out under tiny umbrellas that do nothing to block the heat. They wouldn't let us sit under the actual patio at a larger table "just in case" a group came in. Well, no groups came but we sure sweated it out under our little umbrella. Fish and rock shrimp roll were great, regular fries great, but the upcharged truffle fries were burnt. They made a second batch to take with us... but didn't poke holes in the container so they were a soggy mess that went in the trash at home. I really did appreciate the effort and the server was so nice. But this is the second attempt to eat here. First inside where we all sweated and couldn't hear each other over broken blaring speakers and overcrowded dining area (not to mention inedible chewy snapper special), and now sweating outside with burnt truffle fries we paid extra for. It's just not fun and really starts being annoying to spend money for "upscale" dining in such poor physical conditions. I'm really hoping they get it together, but doubtful after two bad experiences in a row. Tips to owners: Expanding the patio cover. Get a door that closes. Fix the speakers inside. Wipe up the ac puddle (that won't exist if you close the patio door). And give your diners some elbow room.
