I don't know if it's under new management or what but the place has improved 100 fold. There's always someone behind the bar making sure the food is good, your beer is full, and the game you want is on. Went in October and I mentally blocked this place out, then I saw a commercial last night. Change your oil please. The wings were gross because the oil they were fried in was clearly not fresh. How do you fix that ? " excuse me waitress, can you have the kitchen change the oil and make me a new batch of wings" ? The drinks were weak enough for us to polish off a few and still not have a buzz so all in all you do get what you pay for. My husband and I went here tonight, first we got sat at a table in the corner that the air was blowing constantly on, which was freezing cold and extremely uncomfortable. We mentioned something to the waitress and she said "when you eat you'll warm up", which wasn't the case. We ordered an appetizer and after eating that, noticed a table empty and asked to move, and the waitress seemed irritated and said we were the third table to move away from that table. I explained to her that the table was freezing and there was a constant blowing draft that hit you, bounced off the wall and hit you again and she said there was nothing that could be done about it. After we were sat there, there was a guy in a hoodie and a beanie that even ended up moving that's how cold it was. We were sat in a booth, and even still, there was a steady draft and it was still bouncing off the wall and hitting us, fortunately it wasn't AS cold. We both ordered 10 wings and ended up waiting about 45 minutes, and we were told "the kitchen was behind" yet other people that ordered way after us were getting their food. I'm 99.9% sure that the waitress forgot to put in our order. We waited about 45 minutes for our wings, and when they came out they were warm, not hot. After this our waitress seemed to be a little overly friendly all of a sudden and more attentive which also makes me feel that she forgot to put in our order. The wings were pathetic and small, and for a place that's known for their wings, these were extremely disappointing (size and flavor wise). Our appetizer was taken off our bill, which I guess is nice, but it was a terrible experience from shivering and freezing the entire time, to waiting forever for our food just to receive pitiful warm wings. The drummettes were dry, and of course, there were more of those than actual wings. But there was something else missing . . . blue cheese, celery, and carrots. We had to flag down the waitress to get these normal wing accompaniments. They arrived 10 minutes later. Finally, my vodka soda was lacking a lime, so I asked for a couple. What arrived was THE worst-looking lime I've ever been served in any restaurant - brown, spotted, and truly disgusting. I can't believe I am actually writing about this dump. Place was empty for a Friday lunch 1:30 and although plenty of staff milling about, food service took at least 1/2hr. (this is for chicken, did they get the food from down the road) I was wondering what will they do if crowded or does the clientele only drink. Food was subpar, and if average of $7.50 per customer less drink is the norm, this place should be floundering and out of business soon. At least at the beaches, most lousy restaurants will cater to the snowbirds that don't care about food, ambience, or price and will still survive, but Buffalo Wild Wings is a crime to the restaurant business. I really enjoy the interesting selection of sauces for the wings here, am I'm always tempted to order more than I should just to try more of them. We got the potato wedges for an appetizer, and I wasn't a fan. Kind of tasted like the frozen, dried out wedges you make yourself at home. It was a decent portion, though, if you're into them. We didn't get the greatest service, which I thought was ridiculous because they were very slow, and I kept hearing waitresses talking to one another about how they were going home because they weren't making any money. We were driving home from Orlando and decided to stop here for lunch. It was Sunday and we knew there would be football on a bunch of tvs, some good food and a good crowd and we were not dissapointed. We ordered mini corn dogs and some wings. I got sweet BBQ boneless wings and my fiance got honey BBQ regular wings. The mini corn dogs were incredible!! They were soooo good, very flavorful and perfectly cooked. Hubby and I have been going here for two years, and it's one if our favorite places to go. Service is great, all food we've tried is amazing and we love the trivia with the other customers. Food started of great ordered onion rings and they where very fresh and hot just out of the deep fryer. From then food quality and Service was horrible our waiter barely checked on us. And after getting out our order wrong even after telling him twice what sauce we wanted still managed to get them wrong. So I figured maybe he is having a bad night ,but nope even after that never brought out our celery and carrots asked for ranch and blue cheese instead only got ranch. Ordered "garlic Parmesan" instead tasted like thousand island dressing and the wings were cold. Ohhh by the way didn't even have garlic flavor anything. I ordered a large fry and they tasted old and were cold. Waiter just seems like he doesn't enjoy his job. But when it was time to pay he was very very very attentive all of sudden. What makes it worst is that it wasn't even a busy night being that it was a Friday night. Sorry not sorry but I will not being going to this place again. Came on game day. Very busy obviously. The food was really good. My man got the wings, he liked them. My twisted margarita was delicious . The waitress was very sweet but did mess up on the checks. My boyfriend and I came in tonight and ended up super disappointed with not only the food but the service as well. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt however, when we asked if our chips and salsa could come out before our dinner, the waitress rolled her eyes and it came out 1 minute before our food (also tasted awful) the wings were not consistent in temperature throughout and the fries were ice cold, definitely disappointing. The worst of it was we just felt as if we were an inconvenience the whole time even though we were only checked on once the entire dinner. I have eaten at this restaurant in different states and they are all the same. Food is excellent, service is good with plenty of TV's and an outdoor seating area. It's a cool pub. The staff wore jersey's with the number 82. When I asked the hostess what the number represented, the reply was that it was the year the company started. Ok. The good: Wow. $3.00 domestic draughts - and the 16 oz pints not the 10 oz cheapos. Happy hour apparently extends til 7:00, then restarts at 10. While i couldn't choose my favored imports, It was an offer I also couldn't refuse. Surprisingly, this locale also has a large selection of beers: domestic, imported, and specialty. I counted 24 varieties just on tap. Another plus was that a selecton of appetizers was also $3.00. We ordered 2, the queso dip and garlic mushroms. To top it off, boneless wings were $.60 each. We ordered a few of those. Some with curry and others with spicy buffalo. The bad; The booths were cushioned, but could use some cleaning. The food was too salty. Wings too salty. Quesos too salty, and shrooms too salty. Had to make sure to get a quart of water after leaving. Overall, good price for drinks and appetizers. What a terrible experience. First of all the two of us sat in the bar area for a few minutes waiting on a server while a manager and another server sampled drinks at the bar. I ordered an item and asked for no southwest ranch and didn't receive my request, so I sent it back. Staff is super friendly and the food is always good. Tbh it's my favorite restaurant in Palm Bay.

I will start with saying I know it's the first week of college football so I know it'll be a little longer than usual. However it took an hour and a half to get our food which is ridiculous. They never said there would be delays which would of been nice. The server seemed to be doing everything to avoid eye contact, constantly had to attempt to flag him down if we needed a refill or question. He never checked on us himself with us asking. One adult in our party got their food 10 minutes before the rest. The food itself wasn't that good the taste seemed off. Other people in my party agreed the taste was off. I also ordered wedges and got fries and ordered carrots and celery and never got any of that. All in all we asked how long the wait was, we're told none and sat immediately and for 4 people with no appetizer ordered, left 2 hours later. Here on a businesz trip and must say I Had THE BEST TIME watching the world series here. They've got so many amazing beers on tap...like 30 to be exact. When this location opened I ate here because my family still lives in Palm Bay. Back then the place was busy all the time and the food and atmosphere was wonderful. Pulled in today and it appeared as if the building was closed /abandoned. Not a good sign but it was early for dinner so we decided to get out and go inside. They were open but the place was empty other than a few employees eating in the corner. No host and no sight of people besides the table of employees eating. We sit ourselves at the bar and we were greeted by Matt the bartender . Service was good enough so we decided to stay and order some food. Wings and French fries and two draft beers. My wings came out half an order at a time which was no big deal . However the fries were gross and old and the wings had that black shit around the bones that make you wanna puke. The food quickly has gone way down and the atmosphere was depressing to say the least. I always thought BWW was an amazing idea and a wonderful concept for a sports bar even if it was pricey. One of my first serving jobs was at a brand new BWW store opening and back then it was the place to be.
