Food is delicious, service is great and the atmosphere is lively, at least it is while we were there. Will come back.

This was our first time at this location. Came for dinner on a Friday night. It was super crowded inside but we only waited roughly 15 minutes for a table of two. Our server was absolutely incredible, I wish I got her name because she deserves to be recognized. She was so friendly and on top of everything, including making sure our drinks were never empty without having a second one waiting! The food was great! We ordered a 6oz sirloin and a bacon cheeseburger. I did order a med rare steak and it did come out way too done, but she made sure to get me a new one as quick as possible! We also ordered 2 appetizers - the boneless wings and ribs. Both were incredible and the ribs were literally falling apart in your mouth! Overall, it seemed like a very clean Texas Roadhouse and had a great experience. We will definitely be back!

Fat from my 16oz. NY Strip.

After two years of avoiding this place, we decided to give it another try - TAKE OUT ONLY. What a mistake!! I ordered a 16-ounce NY Strip steak. The picture of the scale shows just shy of 6 ounces of FAT!! Not to mention the steak that was edible was very tough. Honestly, I've purchased better steaks at Publix. We live about 25 minutes from this place so driving back was out of the question. Guess I just needed to remind myself how bad this place has become!!

Texas Roadhouse but not my usual location. Very busy but we snagged a table quickly. It was loud and cold. Did I mention it was warmer (60's) outside than it felt in side. Eat fast or your food gets cold. Server was attentive .....at first. Ordered our food and I do love the house salad. Chicken critter meal was a large portion and served hot with good fries. Ranger meal was adequate for a kids meal. I always get the country fried chicken and I think the left half my serving I the kitchen. Check out the photo. Usually a full breast and I split it and have lunch for the next day. Not this time. Server was hanging out with the other employees at the work station and never checked on our drinks. Had to flag down another server and have them get our server. Dropped off the to go containers and left. Never told us to use the little kiosk and never offered to take our payment. Fortunately I knew the drill but our check was wrong. Another wait to get his attention and another wait to get it corrected. Tech is great but not at the expense of the experience.

I'm not the type to leave long draw out BAD reviews buttttt yesterday (8/2)the vibes in this place was offf completely not sure if everyone was just overwhelmed or had a bad day. First off our waiter Charlie approached us with a bad attitude when she took our drink orders we were asking her about the margaritas size/prices and her response to every question was "I don't know" not sure how long she's been there but at least show an effort to go look to answer our question to the best of your ability, we waited 30 mins for 3 margaritas. (Which the bar tender apologized for the wait) At this point there's another party that has been seated behind us Charlie goes to them takes there drink orders. 20 more mins go by and Charlie finally comes back to the table asked us "are you ready now" my aunt that was having dinner with me says yes we are and Charlie walks away. 20 more mins goes by Charlie finally comes back, we give her our order. She takes the order of the table behind us as well. About 15/20 mins goes by and the table behind us gets there food. We are confused at this point and my aunt asks Charlie politely "ma'am how long do you think our food will be we ordered before this table did" CHARLIE THEN PROCEEDS TO SAY "I don't know I'm not the cook..." almost yelling at my aunt. Come to find out Charlie didn't even put in our order until 10 mins after she took the table behind us. We did ask for a manager, which Mr.Shane showed up to our table with our food and we expressed to Mr.Shane that our waiter was very rude from the beginning and we had been sitting there for an hour and 15 mins before we even got food... that is when he told us our food was put in 15 mins ago... Besides the fact the waiter was a bitch for no reason to us.. and made us wait around for drinks and our food. Mr.shane made it right ! And apologized for Charlie's actions towards us. So I do appreciate the manager making it right! And making sure our food was good at this point we got our things to go. BUT WAITTTT! we get home and my husband starts eating his smokehouse burger and something stabs him in the mouth!!!!! It is a plastic piece with a sharp edge that was in/on his BURGERRR. I now feel like this was purposely done. And we will probably never give this place a second chance. ‍

The food and service were amazing. Especially the service, my waitress Katy was the nicest lady ever and she still got the job done.

You can dine al fresco in the romantic courtyard or be seated in one of the three uniquely exquisite dining rooms. The atmosphere is elegant and modern and the service is always exceptional. The tomato bisque is a singular dish that has not been topped in my years of avid soup-eating. Truly, I. Love. Soup. And this is simply the best there is. The house salad with goat cheese, baked Brie, seasonal fish melange, and key lime pie are a few other favorites, among many! We spent a little over $300 for dinner for 2 adults and 1 child and the food was prepared well and tasted amazing. We ordered the Baked Brie and scallops which was the best 2 bites of the meal. Everything else was excellent just these 2 really stood out. Tomato bisque was incredible along with the lamb. The wife ordered the mahi mahi which was the special of the day and unfortunately was seriously overcooked. I figured this was a special and not something they cook regularly hence not having complete mastering of preparing this fish. Here are my only comments for why I gave a 4 star vs 5 star: 1. The portions are huge and normally this shouldn't be a problem but the chef would do better to cut the portions literally by 50%. By the time the entree came along I was already stuffed since everything was super yummy and I couldn't really stop eating. The sides were absolutely enormous for each dish lol. 2. Service was very good but I wish someone would've came around to clean up the crumbs on the table top. Also, the plates were large due to portions which made it very difficult to fit all the servings on the table. I would recommend using a plate riser to fix this issue or make the portions smaller and use smaller plates. We had a problem with having enough room on the table. 3. Our server was super nice and awesome. It must've been a shift change and I saw her leave and didn't let us know so I wasn't sure how best to tip since I really appreciated her service. I would hope next time to let patrons know this so we can take care of staff accordingly during a shift change. Also on another side note, I love lamb chops and unsure how the chef prepared it but somehow was able to mask the full taste of lamb. This is neither a positive or negative just an observation and personal preference. I tend to enjoy the taste of lamb while others may not. I have to laud the skill of the chef for their skill in doing so since this was a 1st time experience for me for not being able to taste distinct lamb flavor in lamb chops. Altogether a memorable experience and my critique is based on attention to detail which I feel this restaurant would've been perfect if these 3 items fell better into place for us. The quality of food and price for the portions blew us away in a positive way and even though we spent $300 on dinner we thought this was very reasonable given the large portions and quality ingredients and yummy cocktails.

The sommelier recommended a nice red for me, and my husband had a Basil Hayden manhattan with sweet vermouth which was executed nicely. Next my husband tried the shrimp cocktail which were very good size, chilled nicely and fresh. Sauce was great. Next course he had the lobster bisque which he said was one of the best he's had. I had the tomato mozzarella which I expected to be steakhouse tomato and mozzarella sliced, but was mozzarella balls and halved cherry tomatoes with a balsamic dressing. I didn't read the description so that may be my bad. It was fine. For entrees, my husband had a New York prepared medium, which came out to temp appropriately. I had the Delmonico medium rare, and mine was to temp also, which I was very pleased since so often my steak has been overdone at so many places I have tried here in Brevard. Both steaks were served with green beans, and my husband ordered a Bearnaise on the side, and my steak was prepared with a balsamic reduction which was balanced nicely with the seasoning. We were carb heavy on sides because we were with another couple so we tried the garlic mashed, the au gratin potatoes and the lobster mac and cheese. All were delicious and my husband said the lobster mac was excellent with huge chunks of lobster. We were all too full for dessert, and all went home with leftovers. The service was attentive and pacing was on point. The ambience was great, with soft lighting and a wine cellar decor. The open kitchen design gives great confidence that your food is prepared in a clean, professional kitchen. There is even an overhead camera that is playing on a tv screen so you can see the dishes freshly prepared. The only negative was as the dining room filled with more bodies, it did get a little warm inside, but I never brought it to anyone's attention, so I can't deduct for something I never gave them a chance to remedy. Not to mention it's July in Florida. I would probably ask for a table in the bar room or east room if you run hot like me and my middle age body. All in all, great food and great service and we will definitely return.

It was to the point I could not eat it and my wife had to share her shrimp and grits. The grits were well attended to, stirred occasionally, seasoned well and very creamy.
