My husband and I were driving an hour home and decided to place an online order for some food for the family to pick up on our way. The order was paid for and said pick up was 6:50 pm. So we got there and at 6:45 pm they said 10 more minutes, which was fine. We waited and asked again, and they said there was a mistake with our order. So we continued to wait, it's now 7:30 pm and we still have no food. Customers are coming in and leaving and we still have nothing and literally when we asked, noboody was able to give us an answer why we were still waiting 40 minutes later. Eventually the food came, they ended up comping it which we didnt even ask them to do so that was the only nice thing that happened. I just wanted my food and to go home to eat with my kids. We got the food, and went home. The order ended up not being correct, the wings were barely sauced, tasted really off, and the fries tasted like they had been reheated a few times and were chewy. This place was absolutely awful. I had never been to a Buffalo Wild Wings and had no idea what to expect, except...maybe some real good wings?? Wrong!! The boneless wings we ordered where frozen food style and not hot, the sauce was basically poured on and very sloppily. My Bleu Burger was terrible. Hockey puck burgers, small and no taste whatsoever. McDonalds would have alot better! My husbands Buffalo Chicken wrap was a repeat of the boneless wings. It was very very loud and had about 50 big screens everywhere with mostly sports playing. A good place for the younger generation to hang out I suppose. We ordered tap beers and that was the best part of the experience. Our waitress was very nice and did check on us. We gave her a nice tip. "Barf-falo Wild Things" is my name for this very mediocre chain of restaurants. I was on a mission to do a bunch of errands, and this BWW was conveniently situated right next door to one of my many stops. It was about 4:00 PM, I was hungry, and in a hurry. The place was almost deserted, so I was able to get my order of wings, and a bacon, cheddar, mushroom burger ordered up right quick! "WHAAAAAAT? You don't have mushrooms?", I asked my server, incredulously. Ok, so I ordered a bacon, cheddar burger with lettuce and tomato. The wings were ok.......... average..... nothing noteworthy about them. The burger was a typical round, flat, pre-formed hockey puck that can be found in most any fast food joint. The cheese must have mostly melted off the puck onto the griddle, 'cause there was precious little left on it, and the bacon was cooked a few weeks prior, by my best reckoning. ****YYYYYYYYYYYYUCK**** I then realized why I hadn't been in a Buffalo Wild Wings in many years. We all know that it's just the default location for beer and food when you and your friends lack the intestinal fortitude to make a strong group decision. And poor decisions lead to poor results. What American Idol is to the music industry, Buffalo Wild Wings is to the restaurant business. One might imagine that a rudimentary knowledge of sports is essential to working here. When our perky waitress looked up at the hockey game we were watching and enthusiastically noted that the "third quarter was almost over," we found ourselves shockingly incorrect. She also found the time a midst not fetching our beers quickly enough to rant about how much she hates baseball - how boring it is, how fans fall asleep during games... I was wearing a Yankees sweatshirt. Does it make me look fat too? The next three poor assumptions on our part were thinking that our food order would be correct, arrive in a timely fashion, and taste good. Three strikes, you're out... Oh but wait, our waitress hates baseball... The nachos honestly had more lettuce than cheese on them... Taco salad anyone? Then our wing order arrived incorrectly, because Miss I-think-a-hockey-game-consists-of-four-quarters wrote it down wrong. Granted, she admitted her mistake, and let us keep the incorrect wings. A free extra heap of barely palatable flash-frozen chicken with store brand sauce? What a bargain... The coup de grace: my fiancée ordered a red wine towards the end of the night. For $7, you'd think they'd spill some in the goddamn glass... Even she would admit it was probably a mistake to order red wine at Buffalo Wild Wings, but for that kinda money, I'd at least expect it to be served in a 64-ounce souvenir cup with a bendy straw. Love going to this place to watch any type of game. But for super bowl night they hired bunch of un experienced managers trying to push people all around and forbidding my friends and I to sit at open tables because they so have it all planned out... The So called managers were not necessary there for Super Bowl. The regulars are 10 x more friendly and professional and welcoming. Stopped in here to try the wings on a Tuesday night. This location used to a buffet restaurant and has been converted into Buffalo Wild Wings. They have a nice patio on the side of the building for nice weather. We decided to sit at the bar for this visit. Restaurant was pretty empty bar tender was very friendly and helped us with our sauce choices. Minimum of 6 wings per sauce flavor. We decided on 2 dozen wings well done with 4 different sauce flavors. Honey Ginger, Spicy Garlic, Asian Zinger & Mango Habanero. I did ask the sever for extra blue cheese which never came. The wings were not all well done as asked. The heat index for spice level is very spot on. Mango Habanero does pack a punch. Waa Pow!! Spicy Garlic was like a Mild Buffalo flavor with a slight garlic kick. Asian Zinger egh not as tasty as I had hoped. Honey Ginger was slightly sweet pretty tasty. I will say we did try the fried cheese curds so awesome just as good as the ones you get at the fairs. Would definitely order these again!! They have a really good beer selection on tap and bottle. I had Blue Moon's Honey Wheat which is their Honey Moon beer just renamed. They even had Sam Adam's Leviathan. They have like 40 something flat screen TV's so it is an awesome place for watching a game. The Wings aren't as good at my favorite place in Berlin,CT. Last night was both my first and last time visiting Buffalo Wild Wings. Myself and a few family members stopped in around 9pm on a Monday night for some drinks an bite to eat. A serve came by within a few minutes to take drink orders, five of which were beers and two mixed drinks. We also ordered nachos and four sandwiches. 20 minutes later, our waitress returned with our beers and one drink, stating they did not have the ingredients for the other mixed drink. I ordered a Long Island instead. When one of our table members sipped her mixed drink, there was not one bit of alcohol - it's tasted of pure pineapple juice. When a complaint was made, our waitress brushed it off and walked away. At that point, my cousin went to the bar and waited for ten minutes before the bartender acknowledged him. When he returned to the table, he informed us that after getting into an tiff with the bartender, the bartender claimed that "it's possible that he forgot to put in the Malibu." He then added one shot to the drink. 30 minutes later and I still did not have my drink (for those counting, we had been there at 50 minutes at that point). The waitress did stop by at one point to ask if anyone needed refills, at which point we told her I still had not received my Long Island iced tea. She apologized and said she would get it. About 5 minutes later, my cousin decided to find the manager. He returned about 5 minutes later, with the manager bringing my drink. He was rude, and was ignoring my cousin at this point, saying, "weren't you the one complaining about your drink earlier?" One minute later, our food arrived, delivered by a different waitress (#2). We did not see a server again until the end of our meal. While a not necessary but justified comment was made regarding not receiving our drinks by one of our party members, our waitress quickly copped an attitude with us after we repeatedly told her it's not her fault. She then left and another (third) waitress came by to deliver our bill. When we asked where our original server went, we were told "she's new, and I'm better trained to deal with customers like you." Excuse me? After having a conversation with that waitress about how uncalled for that comment was, she walked away and we reviewed the bill only to realize that we were charged for: a drink we never received, the non-alcoholic mixed drink that was to be comped, the drink that took over an hour to received and sour cream and cheese for the nachos which we did not ask for, but came with our order. We informed the waitress who took the check and did not come back for another 30 minutes. Once the bill came, all incorrect charges were removed. We paid the bill, minus any tip and left. That was the first time I have not left a tip at a restaurant. Needless to stay - I'd steer clear. read more

Okay, this place is LOUD!!! Like over the top LOUD!! I am not talking about the people, its the TVs. I was expecting a crazy atmosphere because I went with some friends for the UCONN game, but this was too much. I was screaming at my friend sitting right next to me and all she got was what she read from my lips. The services on the other hand is pretty quick, though our waitress did mess up our orders at the end when it came to checks. Granted new place, new job, I get it. Wings were okay. The only thing this visit did was remind why I stopped going to BWW years ago. The waitress was actually not that bad. She was very pleasant and kind, and it looked like she had half the restaurant as her section, so even though she wasn't the quickest getting to us, it was understandable since she had so many tables to wait on. Can't fault her for that, and we didn't give her any less of a tip or anything for that. She was very good. As far as the food goes.... meh.... There was three of us and we ordered: one burger, one pulled pork sandwich, one small boneless wings, one medium boneless wings, one side of potato wedges. After about 40 minutes of waiting for our food to come, and people that arrived and ordered after us getting their food before us, it was one of the strangest things I've seen in a very, very long time in a restaurant. The pulled pork order came and was given to the person who ordered it. They told us the rest of the food would be coming out "momentarily." Well, the person was able to eat their entire pulled pork entree and STILL got to sit around and wait for the rest of the food to come. What? When the rest of the food finally came the two orders of wings were nice and hot, but the burger was luke warm at best and the fries that came with the burger were cold. Since it only took about an hour to get our food we just ate it anyway because we were starving. The small order of wings were beyond salty (Korean BBQ), and the medium order was actually pretty good (Honey BBQ). When the manager (I'm assuming he was) came over to check on us, we told him the small order of wings were wayyyyy too salty, and he apologized, and immediately took them off the bill. I think the best part about the visit was that we finally were able to use the gift card someone gave us three years ago and we finally have one less gift card in the house. read more

So I was staying in a cheap hotel near by so drove down to this place to grab some take out wings. I LOVE wings - these were terrible. The wings were well cooked but there was barely any sauce on them. Some of them had no sauce at all. It was as if they put the wings into the box and drizzled some over the top rather than toss the wings in sauce like you'd expect. They also didn't give me the blue cheese sauce the offered when I ordered. Highly disappointing - and it wasn't cheap either! The lay out if the room itself looked great, I imagine it's an awesome experience if you were coming here for a football game or UFC or something. Open plan, lots of huge HD screens. She was sweet, nice and very involved in her staff and work. It's women like Nicole and Amanda that give chains their amazing reputation. Happy they have a black bean burger option, and it could have been fine if the edges weren't burnt to a crisp, and they forgot the lettuce, tomato, onion. The bun was fine. They also forgot my side veggie boat. I requested jerk sauce, which was good even if it didn't taste too much like jerk. My husband said his burger was way over done, but he ate it. His mantra for the meal was "we didn't pay for it." The fries were skinny and dull. We also got the Honey BBQ chicken salad, which was basically a giant bowl of greens...a few shreds of cheese, a negligible smattering of "pico de gallo," and 4 skimpy shreds of chicken, which I had to spit out, the texture was so gross. I bit into a second piece to make sure it wasn't one bad piece. Also, rubbery, fibrous, bad. This "salad" was almost $12. All together it was $35.....at least we didn't pay for it. read more

I had visited yesterday and I can say service had improved since the last time I've visited, not saying much. Although this location is much closer to me, I'd rather go to the Manchester location. This place lacks urgency. Once you enter, you wait around for a few minutes and have to flag down a member to be seated. Takes about 10 minutes for drink order to be given to you even tho it's an empty room. The pretzel was delicious but I wished they offered mustard instead of cheese. It had a hard film layer on top and was not appetizing. I had ordered traditional wings and those were a disappointment. I had stopped after my second or third wing because it tasted gooey. It was under cooked, wasn't even remotely hot or crispy, it just felt very slimy and unpleasant. After leaving I had felt sick the whole entire night. I wish this location could live up to the Manchester location so I wouldn't waste so much gas driving there. read more

This place is terrible compared to other BWW. They have only been open for a few months, so there is going to be some growing pains, but this place fails every time. Here is a list of my experiences so far: - After an hour wait (after they told us 45 minutes), they told us it would be another hour. We were with a pair of two year olds and a four year old. - Giant hair in my wings - Ordered wings as an appetizer that didn't show up. After an hour (still waiting for dinner to arrive), we told them to cancel the order. Dinner finally arrives, we eat and as we are paying, the wings arrive!!!! Two hours late!!!! - Went in during March Madness, I ordered a Blue Moon, which comes in a tall glass. When they brought my beer, it was in a commemorative March Madness plastic cup, which was smaller than the usual size i get with a beer. It was the same price!
