This isn't our regular Buffalo Wild Wings location. We placed a pickup order from this location since it was the closest option while returning home. When placing the order, we specifically requested a celery boat, and it was clearly noted, even the receipt shows the celery boat was requested. Unfortunately, when we got home and opened the package, the celery boat was missing. The food itself was fine, but it was disappointing to see a simple yet clearly requested item left out, especially when it was confirmed on the order. Little details like this matter, particularly for pickup orders where you don't realize something is missing until later. Hoping they pay closer attention to order details moving forward. read more

A typical Buffalo Wild Wings experience, it was a great deal to go for lunch. The wings are always a staple that's never bad. The fries have been growing on me and are properly seasoned. Your typical sports bar, there are screens everywhere. Despite it being lunch, service was incredibly fast in getting our food within minutes of ordering. Getting the bill and checking out was a bit of a wait, but nothing dramatic. read more

This venue is perfect for lunch. We go to get our fix of boneless wings a few times per month. While I like the fries they now have tater tots! they offer an excellent special for lunch for two that gives a ton of food for two and at a very fair price. This location is close to EMU college campus so there is a younger vibe. Don't forget the tvs on every wall and on multiple channels . We came on a Sunday night around 10 o'clock. The restaurant stays open till 11 on Sundays and they were doing their late night happy hour. Their late night happy hour includes queso and chips, guacamole and chips, pretzels and cheese. The appetizers were around 4 to 5 dollars which is a good deal. Our server was very nice and attentive. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I am now a former employee at this location because I ordered a chocolate fudge cake (it was free since I was training) and became very sick the following night after eating it (vomiting and diarrhea). Since I had just started training, I tried not to make a big deal about it, other than asking to leave early during two training shifts because I wasn't feeling well and was handling food. The managers seemed to understand at the time. However, the manager later called me an hour before my next shift and fired me due to "repeated sickness," even though I explained multiple times that the illness came from eating a chocolate fudge cake with ice cream after my shift at this very location. Honestly, I'm not upset about being let go, because the work environment did not feel like a good fit. For example, the manager once stood on the counter (where to-go boxes are packaged ) with her shoes on in order to grab boxes from above expo and DID NOT wipe the area afterwards. I noticed there were no cameras in the kitchen and thought to myself that maybe that's why she felt comfortable doing it--because she wouldn't get caught. & something tells me that wasn't her or anyone else's first or last time doing that. Additionally, while not the dirtiest location I've seen, it was far from clean. There were excessive gnats in the kitchen (yes, it's summer, but this was extreme), to the point where ranch and bleu cheese containers had to be thrown out because gnats got stuck between the lids and the sauce during morning restocks. And this was all while I was still in training. So no, this was not the place for me. Getting sick during my very first days of training felt like a sign. This franchise location is awful. If I could give 0 stars, I would. We have ordered from here for years, sometimes they make mistakes. Frustrating. Fine. Last time we ordered several meals and they didn't include one (classic wrap with wedges). When I called to explain that I had not received my dinner and requested a refund, I was informed that despite this being their mistake, they do not issue refunds. Instead, your name is added to an alleged list? They offer no guarantee that your name is on the list for a replacement meal, they just expect you to trust this ridiculous process, despite the fact that they have already demonstrated their inability to fulfill your order. Experienced my first racist interaction with a server. We were denied beer because of a Mexico VALID I.d. We have been customer for over 6 years and this has never happened. We decided to leave and as we were leaving the server had the nerve to say " it's good they left, they weren't going to tip me anyways." We were a party of 12+, they automatically take a good percentage tip out of the bill plus we always tip extra. The food was decent but it was incredibly loud to the point I had to ask the waitress to repeat what she asked a few times because the yeeyee music was so overbearing. It was still difficult to converse with my partner and I just felt very uncomfortable and overwhelmed by how unnecessarily loud the music was. It wasn't until we were about to leave that someone turned off some main sound system and revealed that there was two different sound systems playing two different country sounds battling for dominance! I haven't had good luck with this location. An example: Sitting next to a woman waiting for carry-out, another person passed in front of us and said "Good luck" to a guy he was chatting with in line. Didn't seem strange at the time, just idle chat. As the wait grew longer, the woman and I struck up a conversation about our difficulties with this location, wrong orders and long wait times specifically. My order came up first....and it was wrong. I stood at the counter and waited for them to correct, and just looked at the woman I was chatting with, smiled, and shrugged my shoulders. They brought out my order, and as I passed by the woman who was still sitting and waiting, without thinking I said "Good luck", and instantly thought back to the guy from earlier. This place is the worst. We stopped using GrubHub specifically because of THIS BWW. They take zero responsibility for totally messing up orders, but my husband decided to give them one more chance. They left out a side of cheese curds, a side of wedge fries, a side of regular fries, all the trimmings of my buffalo chicken wrap, and the buns from both of the burgers. It's not even worth angry eating this ridiculously screwed up order, "Checked by Taylor" - I hate giving bad reviews but sometimes it's necessary. The beauty of Bdubs is you know going to any single one anywhere in the world you're getting the same thing: overpriced, super tiny, undersauced chunks of chicken deep fried into flavorless oblivion. Sure I didn't partake in any of it tonight, but it didn't matter. I the chunks of junk that my friends were shoving into their mouths and masticating for what seemed like an hour. Luckily they had $90 Cherry Wheat to wash them down with. Of course this issue is nothing to do with this location, it is a systemic issue involving the entire chain. We come here late night on weekends because it's not too far from the house, they have late hours and video trivia. The plus side is they will always give me a three dollar margarita on the rocks. Yep its mostly ice but it doesn't take much for me as I am a lightweight. I also am no margarita snob which is a good thing as it is obviously not top notch. The service is very hit or miss and regardless there always seems to be a big wait for your wings. I think it might be a scam to get me to down two more margaritas, I fall for it sometimes anyway. It makes the wait more fun for sure. The wings are the only thing to get in my opinion as they are consistently tasty, everything else is very meh. I like boneless ok but I prefer the real deal flats and drums. My sauces of choice are hot and asian zing. My husband always goes boneless with the honey BBQ, sometimes he gets some o rings too. Do not make the mistake of drinking anything like a margarita while you down your wings. Trust me asian zing, hot sauce and overly greened tequila are not a happy mix. Switch to water, beer or pop. I usually always go to this location! Some days it is really busy, but the food is always pretty good. We went in during the lions game which was fun. Our server paige, i believe was her name( blonde with cute lash extensions) was friendly. It took our food about 20-25 minutes, but once again they were BUSY. I order the new 5.99 classic chicken sandwich with potato wedges w cheese and bacon which was great. Many of my friends had order fries that were a little crunchy and over-cooked well as not having really dry wings, but it was all fixable. We ordered online it was a joke, they forgot the wings... grub hub said not my problem, so I called the store. The manager almost laughed when he said that it wasn't his problem and that he wouldn't give me a refund for my missing wings from Buffalo Wild Wings. I was a bit dismayed as to how busy the restaurant was. Sure looked to me like it was more like 50% capacity instead of the mandated 25% capacity. Recently visited this location. Was particularly impressed with the work ethic of the bar tender who went above and beyond on her job function. At a time like this when everyone is on high alert due to the pandemic I watched her properly sanitize all tabletops and surfaces constantly with quat disinfectant. I wish more staff in the industry did 1/2 as a good a job as this worker did. It makes a difference when people care about what they do and those are the types of business I like to support and made sure to tip her well for doing a job above and beyond without her even realizing I noticed. read more

Solid BW3. The wings are very good with a large selection of sauces. The service is very attentive. There are 5,000 TVs on the walls where you can watch everything from NFL games to Zimbabwean Warthog Wrestling. Only thing they did not seem to have is trivia. There's something mysteriously satisfying about going into a wing place, wolfing down some wings, and beating anonymous drunk wing-wolfers in the building (and elsewhere in the country) in useless trivia. I have been to this Buffalo Wild Wings 3 times recently, the first time, our food was fine but it took about 12-15 minutes to be greeted and take our drink order. The second time, expecting to have another long wait, I pulled out my phone and timed how long it took to be greeted, 18 minutes, and not even by our server a host came and took our drink order. By the time our server came over, it had been 27 minutes since we sat down. The 3rd time we were greeted and sat in a timely fashion, after about 15 minutes after placing our food order, someone came to our table and informed us that they were out of just about half of our order, and then added that the rest of our food was already made and waiting. This did not give us any time to change our order. You are better off driving the extra 10 minutes to the BWW down the road, then you are going to this one. read more
