I never heard back after sending more than a dozen text and leaving multiple message. I assume they went out of business but then reading post here perhaps they have not after being a standing customer for nearly 4 years. It's disappointing to not get a return call. I tried every number including the WhatsApp contact and the email. I even entered a request through the email like a new client and still no return response. Product wise I would be very highly and very kind, but I find the lack of response to be highly unprofessional in the service overall unreliable.

We saw two in the first few weeks after the initial application (which can be expected), so with a quick text to their scheduling line, they were back out to do a follow-up sweep around the house and since then we have been roach-free amazingly. They're super easy to work with and schedule, all can be done over text, and Kevin was so friendly, professional, and efficient. Another regional company, which I had called first, recommended that I have them out for a $195 visit and enroll in a $109-per-month follow-up service. Part of the service included controlling for ticks in our yard, even though we were certain we picked up the ticks during the previous weekend's travels. The person on the phone gave no answers at all about the ticks, whether they could lead to an infestation, etc. After we texted Jesse a picture of the ticks, he identified them and said tick infestations are rare, we should wash our sheets in hot water and dry them on high heat, vacuum thoroughly, check with a doctor to see if there are any health concerns, and call him if we were still seeing ticks in a few weeks. I also mentioned our having seen a few cockroaches around the house. He gave similar advice: it's late summer; if you're not seeing more than a few, don't worry; and call back if you start seeing more. He even gave advice about duct-taping over the flashing in our vents if they had pulled away from the wood. I think the two negative reviews represent folks who misinterpreted his bluntness as a bad attitude. I found him to be straight to the point, knowledgeable, and honest even against his self-interest. So a long story short: I was prepared to spend money on two different; Jesse talked me out of it and instead gave me helpful free advice. This may have cost him some business today, but we now know whom to call if we have any bug problems in the future.

I called them and they immediately scheduled a technician to come out first thing today. There's no automated service with long wait times. When you call, Donna answers and is always pleasant. She is happy to help and works for schedule technicians as soon as possible. The technician who came out today, Matthew S, was super friendly and helpful. He came in, with appropriate PPE, and took care of the problem and educated us on the process that he was administering. He then did a quarterly service, removing all the exterior spider webs and spraying for any additional pests.
