Unfortunately, there were plenty of mice/rats and some babies in a pot, but he explained the situation clearly and made sure I understood what was going on and what needed to be done when he found them in our broken BBQ set-up in the backyard. I also really appreciated how professional, respectful, and detailed he was while servicing my home. He helped ensure the house was properly de-webbed and treated to keep it roach-free. Even "loosely" going over "details" of your agreement and conveniently scrolling past the fine print when they need you to sign. I should have known better. Then, they show up for 10 minutes every couole months and specifically ignore the work you ask to be performed. Then if you try and cancel your services they throw back at you that you signed up for a year and if you dont keep paying them there is a cancellation service. Do not ever use these people. Very poor customer service, and very sketchy business practices.

All Clear was one of the two companies that returned my call and thankfully they were able to get a technician out sooner. They sent Grant out a few days later to evaluate our property. Grant let me know ahead of time he was coming so I was prepared. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He evaluated the situation and spent 45 minutes going over my options with me. In the end a lot of what could be done was dependent on me purchasing products myself and doing work but I felt a lot more confident about what to do and how to proceed. His information was extremely valuable and he didn't even charge me for the visit! Several weeks later and the rats are far fewer in number. I would definitely recommend calling All Clear Pest Control for your pest problems.

She let me know she received my initial request and wanted to know a little bit more. I told her that I had some ants in the master bathroom and she provided me information on their services. After a brief description of their services and a quote, I knew that I needed someone out as soon as possible. she was able to provide me with a same-day service. It was quick and easy process all set up within 10 to 15 minutes over the phone. I really appreciated her friendly demeanor and helpfulness regarding my Ant issue. I'm saving for a wedding and so the prices that she offered me fit in my budget and she was super helpful! Overall 10/10 for Customer Service. Will edit review if possible after the technician comes out. Follow up after technician: Scott called 1.5 hours after I scheduled my apt and let me know he would be at my house in 30 mins. He was on time and came in to check out my ant infestation. He provided me some knowledge on the traps I had out and let me know that the ants typically die in the trap instead of taking the poison back to the nest. He treated the area and proceeded to do the outside of the house. He also reminded me that if i needed any treatments outside of the 90 day check up that I could call and they would come out.
