I discovered a rodent problem. Hall Pest Glenn was out and thoroughly assessed my home to find every opening that a rodent could be entering, including a favorite attic Entry point where there has been a lot of activity. Glenn set traps; returned to check traps in my attic, in my garage, and exterior of my home. He professional sealed up many holes that were entry points in and solved the problem -including letting me know about heavily trimming plants around the perimeter that rodents like to climb and hide in. read more

As soon as we moved into our house we had an ant problem. Every morning there would be a trail of ants going thru our kitchen. We did everything we could to kill the ants from buying those bait things they're supposed to take back to the nest and kill them all with, to spraying the trail of ants, and also making sure our kitchen was spotless so there was nothing for the ants to eat. But still, every morning there would be a trail of ants thru our house that were going nowhere! Then we called Hall Pest Management and they fixed our problem immediately! Glenn was over to our house the very next day and he did a great job! We haven't had one ant in or around our house since he sprayed nearly two months ago! This company tented and fumigated our residence complex last week. As you are required to give them a key to your unit, they have full access and many different workers going in and out. I accidentally left an expensive pair of headphones on my kitchen counter on the way to the hotel that morning. They were missing when I returned. Management shifted blame to another company they work with. Don't use this company. NO integrity and no accountability for their workers. read more

This company is very unresponsive and slow. The HOA required us to use them, could not get a hold of them for a week, voicemail full, no response online. Inspection was done 6 days ago and the report still isn't ready! Not happy with their service at all. read more

Do not use this company they said they were going to tent my place so I moved out for 3 days came back and they didn't do anything! They said it rained, but they never attempted to call me and tell me they were going to cancel. I called them to ask whats up got the answering machine and no return call whatsoever. read more

I am very happy with the rat abatement service we received. Once we began hearing noise in our attic and called Hall, the process took very little time to set up, and Glenn came back to remove the dead carcasses a few days later and seal up the entry points. Traps were left to ensure any remaining pests would be eliminated. Glenn was very professional, phone calls were returned promptly and arrangements were flexible. I've been using Hall Pest Management since we moved into our house 3 years ago. At that time, our home inspector thought there might be a problem with rodents getting into the attic. Glen (the owner) came over and did a thorough inspection, pointing out possible issues. He found (and fixed) some openings around the attic for a very reasonable price. I also asked him about ongoing maintenance, as I had never had to deal with living in a termite-prone area before. I was impressed that Glen was honest and essentially, yeah, I can spray every month, but you're still going to need to tent in 7-8 years - so you're better off saving up for that and just treating if/when we see a problem. That was pretty much enough to convince me this company was as good as it gets. Hall Pest now does our regular pest management service every 1-2 months (mostly for spiders) and the service is still top notch. Everyone I've dealt with is friendly and the prices are quite fair. read more

We have been fortunate to have used Hall Pest on 3 situations. The first was to get rid of bees, the second was to have our home tented, and finally, the rotten wood outside the house that was destroyed from the termites needed to be replaced. Hall Pest performed in an excellent manner for all these problems. Their services were professional, friendly, and most important, expediently and thoroughly well done. Terrible experience consistent with the prior negative reviews of the company. Glenn came out to our home and was completely unprofessional. Showed up late, had to be called that morning, came only by himself to do the repairs, kept telling us he didn't want to be there and was over worked. Became agitated at the end of the day when he realized he was not going to finish and began yelling he didn't want to be there and destroyed more wood all in front of my little girls. I was informed that I received a low quote initially because he didn't have any work at the time. After he destroyed more wood he told me not to thank him because he was "screwing" me and we would receive a supplemental report to offset the low quote. Left with my patio destroyed and was not able to give me a time when he would be back to complete the work. Remainder of the experience horrible just like the previous reviews. The company screens their calls and never calls you back. 1 month later after our patio was left destroyed with wood and nails hanging everywhere they called to get paid. Of course we had to find someone else after being abandoned to complete the work. Instead of discussing the situation they threatened to place a lien. Their "lawyers" told them not to make contact with us? Apparently if you happen to receive a call back following the phone screening, Glenn's communication tactic appears to be yelling and intimidation. Who leaves a job half destroyed after screaming they don't want to be working that day...or does not come back or call for a month, then refuses to discuss with their clients our intended payment to them - but threatens a lien as a false scare tactic. Any hint of professionalism does not apply to this company. Do yourself and your family a favor and stay away from this company. read more

I had a really bad ant problem and called Hall Pest Management. (They were referred by a friend). I found them very knowledgeable, professional and prompt. I have kids, a dog and cat and was worried about the chemicals. They talked me through organic options, although I opted for the traditional treatment. The owner (Glenn) came out and got rid of the ants inside and outside for a very reasonable price. I called one other pest company and they were $75 more! I love these guys! read more

We have used Hall Pest Management in the past, and have been very happy with this company's reasonable prices and excellent service. Glenn is an honest, friendly and helpful guy, who goes out of his way to be fair and to do a good job. He came to my "emotional rescue" one time when we had been invaded by rats and baby opossums. He found their entry points, and sealed off our house, came back for follow ups. We don't like to use poisons, and Glenn is sensitive to different people's needs, including using environmentally friendly deterrents and live traps, when requested. We are looking forward to his checking out the new technology we recently heard about on the news, birth control for rats. There has been a real rat epidemic in our area. Rats have so many babies, and they are very smart. However, the opossums are gone from our neighborhood, now. We have heard, since, that opossums are good for tick control. read more

Glenn was the third pest company to come out to take a look at termite dropping in our dining room. His professional opinion was different than the previous two. It appeared that the termites were coming from an exterior wall- the droppings were a few inches from what appeared to be two tiny holes in the baseboard. However, Glenn said that he didn't think that was where they were coming from. He was right! We had moved things around in the dining room trying to find out where the termites were coming from. Glenn saw new droppings by a mirror that we had removed from the wall. The termites were in an antique mirror frame that was leaning against a piece of furniture. We removed the mirror frame and treated the frame. Glenn also found two areas on the exterior eves that needed treatment. He treated the area and replaced the wood with better wood than the builder had used. He primed the fresh wood. He did a great job. We are very pleased to recommend Glenn. His price was very fair and he was done in one day. read more

I've known these guys for about 6 years. They are the go to guys for my condo which is managed by a local property manager.
