I purchased my vehicle approximately four months ago, and I strongly suggest that anyone searching for a car also consider dealerships with a better consumer history. Only 28 days after the purchase, I began experiencing mechanical issues that could affect the engine. Although the company performed repairs, the same problems continued to return repeatedly within less than three months. In addition, I do not believe the vehicle was properly inspected before delivery. The car was handed over with the oil close to its limit and with very low fluid levels in several systems that should have been properly filled. The tires were also already very worn and had to be replaced within just four months. I have driven less than 2,000 miles, yet the vehicle has already presented multiple serious problems. Even when the 3-month warranty is activated, customers are still required to pay part of the repair costs, in addition to transportation expenses and time away from work. I paid about $6,000 as a down payment, and so far I have spent approximately $8,000 total, including installments and repair-related costs. When I tried to exchange the vehicle, I was told there were over 200 cars available, but I would still have to pay additional money to make the exchange. After all the loss and frustration, I was expected to pay even more just to get rid of a defective car. Another very important detail is that for vehicles with more than 60,000 miles, customers may be asked to sign documents waiving the 3-month consumer protection, which makes it extremely difficult to resolve serious defects later. My advice, especially to non-English speakers: * Never sign anything under pressure. * Take all documents home and translate every page before signing. * If any problem starts, communicate only by email to keep proper records. This experience caused me to completely lose trust in this business. No one spends this much money to end up with a car that brings stress instead of safety and peace. You will probably find similar cars for half the price and the quality might honestly be the same. The difference is that when you buy from this company, you pay a lot more and still risk getting a broken car. In my experience, this company sells defective vehicles. The problem with my car started only 22 days after I bought it. Since then, I have reported the exact same issue five times, and the car has already been repaired four times for the same problem. After six months, the issue still continues. What is even more concerning is that during the purchase process they make you sign paperwork that includes a paragraph where you waive certain rights. I strongly recommend that anyone buying from them take the contract home and read every single line carefully before signing anything. I feel extremely disappointed and unsafe driving this car. No one should spend more than $20,000 on a vehicle and then have to deal with the same mechanical issue over and over again. Since that time, we have been utilizing Circle Infiniti for service, and I must report that the entire staff has been unprofessional, disrespectful, and condescending. They have provided NO assistance, frequently choosing to blame the customer rather than addressing the vehicle's faults. According to their staff, there is never anything wrong with the vehicle and they claim they are unable to duplicate the issues we are experiencing. Due to this lack of resolution, I have already contacted the corporate office and the matter has been escalated to the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Furthermore, our appointment yesterday with the regional technician was highly unsatisfactory.  Nicholas Flamini, the technician from PA and the staff at Circle Infiniti exhibited unprofessional behavior that was neither helpful nor constructive and in fact extremely condescending.  Nicholas was unhelpful and dismissive, implying that our concerns were untruthful and irrational. We have been addressing these ongoing issues for several months. Our primary concern remains the safety of this vehicle, which is particularly distressing given a monthly lease payment of over $1,200. Rest assured we've been trying to seek solutions regarding the ongoing issues with no intent of terminating the lease agreement.  The level of service provided by Infiniti throughout this process has been deeply disappointing and falls well short of professional standards.  We expected higher quality and reliability from this Vehicle and Circle Infiniti Service Staff. We do NOT recommend CIRCLE Infiniti, STAY AWAY !! A few Issues encountered: - AC shuts off in hot summer in the middle of a long drive and AC button activated when starting car in the winter. - door handles making noise when putting vehicle in drive sounds like a grinding - when stepping on brakes sounds like air coming out of it every time when braking - when putting vehicle in reverse driver side mirror stays facing down - headrest doesn't always connect to call has to end call and redial to be heard on second attempt - suspension keeps randomly adjusting at stop light; vehicle will lift and lower itself over and over - when takes off from a stop or when tries to pass someone rpms will spike up sounds like engine is racing, but has no power just revvs up and sits still - Infiniti puddle lamp/door light intermittently does not light up - Radio volume can't be changed just stays at same volume - Back up camera doesn't always work - Remote start doesn't always work from app or key

do not use this place, they are not good people. charged me for engine mounts after an oil change…read more 6 months later i drop off for an oil change, i leave and all my headlights and blinkers dont work. they refused any blame and didnt take any accountability. on top of that they tried to sell me engine mounts again for another 2300 dollars. i told him you already charged me for that last time, he says they are shot and i dont see it in the system??? what? 2 oil changes, 1st one cost 2300 for work that either wasnt done or was done terribly. 2nd oil change(200 dollars mind you) destroyed my whole electrical system and than played dumb. i also asked what happened to his prior workers who sold me the engine mount. he said they got fired for stealing 12 grand from him. seems like a theme at this place, just screwing people over left and right and not doing the right thing ever. take your car anywhere else. their prices are outrageous, their work is horrific and they lie/have 0 accountability.
